3901  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which crypto sportbooks are VPN friendly on: June 30, 2022, 05:43:51 PM
Most of the crypto casinos allows the usage of VPN for security and privacy reasons but this can backfire as well especially a casino offers promotions and context because they are against the multi account so even if you're legitimately using your only account the VPN your are using may cause you the problems so your account will be terminated forever so just go with the dedicated IP for proxy.

And if the casino added your country to the blacklist then you're not allowed to play, if you try to bypass the rule by using proxy called VPN at some point you will get caught and you will lose all your funds left in their wallet.

This is true.

The terms and rules re: the use of VPN on sportsbooks have never been black and white. It has always been gray, which makes it hard for us bettors to really get that certainty on whether or not we'll use VPN when we bet. There are lots of things that could go wrong on our accounts when we use VPN to play on gambling platforms in general. There are those sudden bans due to 'suspicious account activity' and other such things which always ends to an account being suspended. My take: just don't use VPN if it's not necessary. The uncertainties tied to using a VPN does not outweigh its benefits to the user.
3902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons why people avoid KYC in gambling casino ? on: June 30, 2022, 04:31:22 PM
It's because:

1. It is not really necessary until you hit a jackpot.
2. Lots of instances wherein services and platforms sell personal information on black markets.
3. Doesn't really affect your profile on platforms you submit KYC to.

I could think a lot of reasons why lots of gamblers don't really want to submit their info to these platforms, but these are just some off the top of my head. I mean, we're in a cryptocurrency industry. Most of the things here are pseudoanonymous. Platforms can track if one person creates lots of accounts to cheat the system through several methods and not only relying on submitted KYC. I just don't get it.
3903  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🎲Tower.bet 🎲🔥 New Platform arrived 🎲Crash 🎲 HiLo 🎲 Wheel 🎲Contests 🎲 on: June 30, 2022, 08:44:10 AM
~snip~
The prizes of the daily spin is TWG only. TWG coin have no real value. We have the only option to use it in ‘fortune pot’ game where we may get 1$ reward if we are lucky. The user will receive some extra TWG coin from the daily bonus option. It is a good move, but we also receive it for our wagering. Why you aren't offering some real money rewards in the daily free spin beside the TWG coin? It will make the feature more attractive.

With the free-spin feature now available it will allow for more exciting promotions in future, for now it's at-least something to allow users the shot at a small prize Smiley

Bobstone
Live support for Tower.bet

I understand that this is a new feature, but why would you advertise that you are giving "high real money bonuses" if your free spin only nets tokens that are worth $0? It would be nice if your free spin contains something that, if the player wins, they can immediately withdraw if they like. It's like you're putting people's winnings hostage on the site by way of giving them TWG.

One of the core things is the levelling up prizes as well, all and all there is value to be had ---- also important to note that tower gold does allow a pathway to real money prizes, through fortune pot and during special events so although it's just a in-game currency it has some value in of it's self

Bobstone
Tower.bet live support

All of these you mentioned takes time and money and not a lot of gamblers have the time to grind these things for some wins. It's a nice side feature of the platform, but perhaps make it so that the rewards will not be that hard to reach and is not locked behind an event.
3904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Had you ever x10,000? on: June 30, 2022, 06:16:46 AM
I remember that interface from years ago. Well anyway, that kind of hit would certainly send me into a cosmic orgasm that I wouldn't get out of for days on end. I like to play dice a lot, but never in my years of playing have I hit the jackpot, or come out in huge profit after a gambling session.

However I'm more fascinated in you doing 6/7 bets per second. Was that already embedded on just-dice or do you have a bot for it?
3905  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔮 Futuur - Predict the Future! 🔮 on: June 30, 2022, 05:06:16 AM
I just recently discovered this site and all I can say is I'm having fun making predictions on several international events. It made me read current events a lot more frequent and I've subscribed to several websites just for the articles. It made me aware of what's happening, and made me interested in a lot of things that I haven't touched before. I know that the main product of Futuur is not the gambling aspect of its platform but rather the data that they're getting from us, the users, be it on real money bet or on Ooms, hence why I could care less about betting real money. But seeing how many predictions I've made so far that turned out correct, perhaps its time to stake some $$$ in there and see how far it will take me.
3906  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nitrobetting.eu - Unmatched BTC Betting and Entertainment 🎰📈🏀⚾🏈⚽ on: June 29, 2022, 04:40:44 PM
This site is quite old in the gambling industry. Does anyone actually have experience on this site recently? I don't read anything about this anymore. I don't know how stable the reputation of the site is. It is a pity that little action is being taken from the site. You could promote it better by offering certain offers to new players for example. In this way it attracts too few potential players. But, that is my vision about it of course.

True. I wouldn't have noticed this site had it not been for the email that nitrogensports.eu sent me earlier this day. Their current branding is weak, and I don't think a lot of people will be interested in using this platform given that a lot of other platforms already exist with better promotions, better community engagement, and literally just better in a lot of aspects. If only they could put some love on this platform again, people would try this site again and give it some attention that it wanted.
3907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Self Exclusion on a National Basis, Australia 🦘 on: June 29, 2022, 03:04:57 PM
IMO Australia should extend this program on platforms overseas. In this way we can be sure that the gamblers turning themselves in on the self-exclusion program would have no other way but to really keep their gambling addiction to themselves, and be forced to look for a new hobby that doesn't include gambling. I believe the Australian government can do this, and hopefully a collaboration between nations to keep a list of people in self-exclusion program can be made available and be kept safely to curb gambling addiction across the world.
3908  Economy / Gambling / Re: risk of kyc on crypto casinos ? on: June 29, 2022, 07:36:47 AM
Before signing up any casino why don't you read their terms and conditions to know if you are to undergo KYC or not. But come to think of it, why are you afraid of KYC since you wanna gamble you should be ready to pass through some verifications before withdrawal and that is the best.

This line of thinking is just wrong. Some of us don't want to give our personal details to casinos upon signing up simply because of the possibility that our information can be sold elsewhere. It has happened before concerning even the biggest of companies, and such platforms are not far off from committing the same offense.

I don't think anyone who thoroughly passed through the KYC system would be victimized for any reason, it's only those who are afraid of releasing their details. At times it depends on total amount which you want to withdraw from the site would required KYC.

If most platforms can simply just implement this, I wouldn't have any problems sending out my info if I get a huge win. But if I was asked the most sensitive KYC questions upon signing up, that's just simply a hard pass for me.
3909  Economy / Gambling / Re: Alternatives to 1xbit on: June 29, 2022, 06:22:01 AM
Nitrogensports used to cover a lot of those obscure sports and competitions that you are talking about. Even cloudbet did it too for a time, I believe. But yeah, perhaps just stick to Stake or sportsbet.io and stay away from 1xbet or 1xbit. These two sportsbook are run by the same team, and if you want to have a good time with your money, you'll think thrice before you deposit on either of these websites.

I believe that you already know this, and I don't know the main purpose of this post, but I believe that this is to somewhat 'clean' the name of 1xbet lol.
3910  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: June 28, 2022, 11:41:06 PM
I would like to ask if staff of bitcointalk.org can leave blank the signature of partecipant of this shady campaign !

It is awful to advertise a scam business that has some scam accusation unresolved at the moment ! And shady also for that players which is enrolled into this campaign and don't think that many players has lost many money

in this site.

Should the mods ever touch any signature campaigns here and remove all their posts and content, I'm pretty sure some people would soon start spewing nonsense like 'censorship' and 'freedom of speech'. This has happened before and it was a pretty big mess, hence why I believe theymos and his mods will not act on this on themselves. They can only warn about scam sites but they'll never ban them on this forum due to the reason stated above.
3911  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅🍅 wintomato.com 🍅Dice 🍅 Slots 🍅 Sport Betting on: June 28, 2022, 04:57:20 PM
Due to affiliation formula change , some players faced aff rate decline, but we are compensating these changes for VIP affiliates

The representative had been active today [1] and yet not response from them, should we need to wait the next 2 months like the previous accusation? I wonder why they can't assist and confirm if it's a fake or legit accusation while they already say on the chat if this user have multiple accounts.

@wintomato where you're?

[1] https://archive.ph/NAJqv

They should resolve the above accusation in prompt and fair manner.
Because if they won't give their side and just let it slide, it means, the player has reason why he accused them.
They gained good number of players but here in the forum, if there will be unresolved case,
I don't think they can gain players or gain their credibility as a gambling site.

Has this change been communictated properly on your social channels or even on your main menu? Suspicions can easily be deflected if these changes are not kept internal, most especially if it is something that affects people that bring more people into your site. Good thing that this was resolved, and that the complainant is okay with the resolution. Changes that affect players—no matter how subtle—should always be communicated, take note of that.

3913  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which crypto sportbooks are VPN friendly on: June 25, 2022, 11:54:09 PM
Sportsbet.io I have tried on three occasions to bet using a VPN because my ISP during the International last yr kinda sucks. Well my account is still intact, although at the time it wasn't clear whether my country isn't serviced by the casino or not. No written terms on my country, I just gambled on my gamble and said 'fuck it' anyway. I'm not comfortable doing it because I may have broken some terms without me knowing but yeah, 1 year in and nothing happened so far.
3914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China warns Bitcoin is heading to zero on: June 25, 2022, 10:02:32 PM
At the least they no longer ban it  Cheesy

China perhaps realized that they're just spending time trying to do these actions and inactions on their citizens buying bitcoin that they only gave up and let their people buy and just add that subtle warning in the end. They ride this current downtrend to create a statement that they're never wrong, hoping to get the "I told you so" response in the end. Whatever tactics they use, China will still surely see its citizens buying bitcoin whenever they can.
3915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most of us have lived a world of USD dominance, but history changes on: June 25, 2022, 07:45:56 PM
Not really looking forward for it to happen, because once it does you know things are already looking dire for the rest of the world. Countries shifting to bitcoin means something bad has happened economically that pushed us to convert to bitcoin as our main currency. I'm not a fan of fiat, but us having a standard to work with means everything is working as intended, although the system really needs some tweaks in order to not get those huge blows every so often that causes the whole world economy to collapse. I'm very much okay with bitcoin existing side by side with fiat, but if bitcoin is the only option that remains, then you know that everything else failed for our economies.
3916  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can fight inflation? on: June 25, 2022, 07:20:02 PM
It does not fight it, it just helps soften the blows to people who already has it. It was never meant to be a solution to economic problems and save everyone in the first place. Even bitcoin loses a ton of its value during bad economic conditions, so I'm not sure how people still believe that it does not and will not lose its value and be a solution to inflation.

Keep some bitcoins and help yourself, but do not expect that bitcoin can retain that value 100% of the time. It's not a magical object that is immune to anything negative, it has its flaws too, so better stop believing that it's here to always save the day.
3917  Economy / Gambling / Re: ZHB77.com: [USDT/RMB Betting] BIG BONUS [Quick Payout] 真好博亚洲新娱乐网 on: June 25, 2022, 06:46:09 PM
Not a lot of Chinese casinos around this forum, so it would be nice if you can transition to cater people from other areas too so people can have more options. I visited the link, and I can say that I like how it's responsive to mobile browsers and how fast it loads everything. Main issue is, as pointed by other members, you lack the translate function to English. You already have the basics, but it would be nice if English-speaking players can be considered as players to your casino, too.

Also, just read some of the terms but I can't seem to understand some of what's stated in there. Probably because of poor translation but I hope you can get someone to translate it to English for us to better understand it before making a deposit.
3918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Type of Gambler Am I? on: June 25, 2022, 05:28:38 PM
I guess I am a relief/escape and a conservative gamble. I only gamble on weekends when I don't have anything better to do, or I just want to kill time. I am not a very sociable person, and I tend to hide behind my computer to socialize. I see gambling as a means to socialize and kill time, and boy it has been, so far, good at doing just that. My finances are pretty much set in the next decades or so, hence why I feel like I have the leeway to gamble at my own will. Profiting is the least of my concerns, as I already made enough money to last me the next 10 or 20 years comfortably without forcing myself to work.
3919  Economy / Gambling / Re: ($10 FREE BET) 8bethub - Innovative, enhanced and fair Dice gambling experience on: June 24, 2022, 03:08:44 PM
I found this on the main page:
Quote
Instant deposits
Don't like waiting? Have your eligible deposit credited immediately for a small fee.
Does this mean we have to pay an extra http://small fee for our deposits to get credited instantly?

Same thing. If other casinos implement this without having to ask for extra fees, why put this one on your site anyway? Other casinos don't allow instant credit of deposits but they still get by, and are even doing good on their profits. Perhaps you can remove it and don't allow instant deposits yet since you're still a starting platform with a little budget to work with.
3920  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Think Its One Too Many on: June 24, 2022, 11:58:00 AM
I guess it should be enough grounds to raise suspicions and cast doubt on the platform. It all starts with denying payment to a single person. Then the number of those people that they are not paying will eventually rise. Might be a pessimistic view but some of the scams I am aware of happened this way. If the platform managed to resolve the case within the day of it being publicized, it will still leave a mark to those who read about the accusation for sure. Even if this platform is a huge one with lots of supporters, people will still remember some of the wrong things that this platform did.
