There will be a reversal before that. we are at 94 or 95 straight 29k marks. As a miner more than anything else I can tell you 29k is very much an okay price for big miners. So at the moment big mining is driving price more than speculators. It is an occasional 'thing' maybe 10 percent of the time so sooner or later the price will go back to the hands of investor/speculators. Yeah and historically September has been red for the Bitcoin market for most of the time. It sounds crazy but i am expecting a fall towards 25k and i am happy about that. This correction could be the last one and it is good for the market. I see us in the 2015-2016 slot or pattern. which means we slowly drift upwards to 60-72k right before the ½ ing next year. A sept rollback is possible but if you look at the 8-9 month slot in 2015-2016 price was good not great for mining. So we may not get the large 10-15% rollback you predict. Basically we look at old patterns and hope we repeat the pattern we guess. Since I mine and hodl more then I buy and hold. I pick the older pattern I like. Reality is who knows. |

Nice. Bitmain have s19k on their site just now, 120T for 2700W - 23T/J, $2500, seems like a good deal compared to the s19xp at $33/T for 21.5T/J efficiency.
The letter K next to anything Bitmain is scary, the last time they put a K next to the S9 it was a huge disaster, I wouldn't rush buying the first model of any miner, I'd wait until enough people have tested it and reviewed it, keep in mind, that cheaper miners almost always mean less quality. Nice stuff Phil, I hope you get to phill this little box pretty soon before the halving, is this in the same old farm which you had cooling issues with? yeah the miners are 20 feet to the right of the box. note the wall color is the same  |

how do you dissipate heat, especially in the summer mos, if I may ask? the yellow wall will be cut out and the side of the box not visible will directly vent outside. the side you see has a water curtain . the side facing the yellow wall has four big fans wall < fans < box < miners < aisle < water curtain < the side you see box is 8 by 8 by 20 |

I have older eyes and dark screens are terrible for me.
So on the front page which is now dark the donations amounts are next to invisible to me. That's more of a contrast problem than a dark problem, it's a gray font on a gray background. Your monitor quality can make a large difference too: on my laptop I have to adjust my viewing angle to see it, on my monitor I can read everything. nope I am color blind a white background works with just about any color print a black back ground sucks with many colors. since I am color blind. his donations are in dark green (maybe) on black not going to work well for me. and with many other colors, black background sucks for me. btw I have at least a dozen screens and all of them suck with the donation color in green ? maybe grey and black back ground. edit the correction works fine. thanks |
