3901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 97% bitcoin gold crash should feel like a bad omen to you on: August 14, 2018, 08:16:59 PM
Oh, how can you say that failur of bitcoin gold means future failure of bitcoin? They have nothing common, only first name bitcoin from BTG. On another hand see bitcoin cash, it's the only fork for me that deserves attention. What would you say about it? Why this fork still stands steadily?
Bitcoin has it's number one place among cryptocurrencies and everyone knows reasons, it's more anonymous amd decentralyzed compared to others, there are also a lot to say.
3902  Economy / Economics / Re: Has Crypto Changed? on: August 12, 2018, 11:59:25 PM
Somehow yes, why? Because of profit wish. Bitcoin has to be decentralized and it's still like this, however, if you know how price is determined, it gives great ability to rise and fall it. Not only this, crypto had be very low fees but again, it was rised in past for some reasons. Also this coin wasn't created for donating dark things but currently because of it's ability to stay anonymous, people do a lot of shit.
3903  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: where to host my miners ?... on: August 12, 2018, 11:42:47 PM
If you host miners near electricity supply, won't they give you it in less expensive price?
3904  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How the network remain Decentralized when block rewards diminishes or too low? on: August 09, 2018, 11:28:05 PM

I will not go too far in years and let discuss situation in year 2060 (42 years from now.)  In these 42 years block reward will halved 11 times and block reward will be 12.5/211 or 12.5/2048 = .006BTC approx.

If I check Network difficulty, it seems to be increasing with each passing month (No volatility in Hash rate as opposed to price Smiley  )

Since rewards are diminished so transaction fees will become main source of income .

If Network hash rate kept the same pace then for mining to be profitable , we are left with few possibilities.
1. Bitcoin price should go high or
2. Transaction fees should be more or
3. Hash rate reduction (Miners leaving the bitcoin Network)

Now exploring the possibility that Bitcoin price has gone high then it means the user that are paying in satoshies as  transaction fees are paying more than the conventional system so there is no incentive  to use bitcoin for transactions. Same   logic is  valid for if transaction fees become higher. We are now left with option of  Hash rate reduction so that mining + transaction fees still remain profitable but hash rate reduction will only be possible if some miners stop mining(or leave the Network]. If miner start leaving the mining then  difficulty will decrease but network now have few miners and  make the system centralized instead of de centralized.

It look to me every thing like Decentralization,BTC price and  transaction fees are all connected to each other and we should fix block reward as 1BTC  if rewards goes below than 1 BTC,.
Your opinion is very logical but let me state my own one:
At first bitcoin was almost unknown, as time goes, it's name spreads widely. Now we have more than 16 million coin. As time goes, block reward reduces. Mining will be profitable in any way because miners need profit. As time goes, there are more bitcoin customers, less new coin. Supply is low, demand is high so here is the time of high price to make customers and manufacturers (miners) satisfied.
There is no need of high transaction fees because of what I said previously. And if miners leave bitcoin network, it won't solve a problem believe me and no one is going on market to leave opponents alone.
3905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ETH mining, need help. on: August 09, 2018, 10:28:51 PM
Reships/package forwarders are always an option if sites don't ship to you. It'll cost you a bit of money for shipping, of course. You should also be ready to provide documentation in the form of a drivers license or an ID card if you choose to go with this route, as reshippers are currently trying to crack down on reshipping fraud, and GPUs are rather valuable items.

Many reship services don't go to Iran, but I did find that Reship.com delivers to Iran. I know from experience that they're not the cheapest service while I lived outside the US, but looking around should yield cheaper options if there are any.
Depends on the country where you live and how good postage you have there. In some countries, believe me it 100% worths to use package forwarders.
OP no one is going to supply you with cheap GPUs, you have to sit and look for them online, to make this deal easier for you, use this website: https://www.nowinstock.net <-- they update stocks and sometimes you can find gpus in very cheap price.
3906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Government backed, regulated gambling is more predatory than Crypto Gambling on: August 09, 2018, 09:59:45 PM
They do whatever they want, if country bans gambling, then why the hell do they leave lottery? It's simply hilarious.
To my mind, country has to regulate gambling a little bit, for example they have to prohibit gambling for poor people, on another hand this business has to be free. Every casino claims to not gamble for profit, it's only for fun. When you are rich and still gamble for profit, then you absolutely deserve if you lose but when man is poor and he gambles casino, it's because of profit and everyone knows it well.
3907  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Ideas for bitcoin sites that are needed? on: August 09, 2018, 09:37:26 PM
If you are very experienced web developer, I think envato.com (themeforest) is great choice for you to work, if you have programming experience too as you say, then codecanyon.net (well, all of them are under Envato).
Making of exchange is waste of time because alone you can't build highly secure exchanger. Flight bookings are already in bitcoin from famous and trustworthy companies. On another hand, online store is still a great idea.
What about to show us your works?
3908  Economy / Gambling / Re: Overview of Active Casino/Dice Sites Accepting BTC on: August 09, 2018, 08:54:38 PM
That's a really good idea and to my mind it has to be pinned but maybe it will cause chaos among new/current casino owners.
Well, what about to add bustabit in your list? This website is still trustworthy, am I wrong?
What about change sign-up-bonus by name Promotion and write here all current poromotion, for example:
1.Billionth bet promotion on bitsler
2. Welcome bonus on FJ
Do you understand what I mean?
3909  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Blockchain Related Degrees on: August 09, 2018, 08:01:41 PM
It would be greet if Bitfury had blockchain courses but as far as I know they don't offer it, on another hand this company is really great and tries it's best to develop blockchain technologies. Dont' know what's happening in Germany but in Georgia there is a blockchain academy (it's members are lecturers and IT specialists) where there are some lectures and as far as I know they give you certificate after you finish course.
3910  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Where can I buy bitcoin without verifying Id? on: August 09, 2018, 07:29:14 PM
The only ways I can think is to offer others following:
1. You can buy something for them if they pay you in bitcoin (no one asks for id here).
2. Find a deal in real life, someone who has no problem can send you bitcoin if you give them a cash.
3. Add your credit card on paypal for example and then ask for exchange.
4. You can buy bitcoins in some countries with ATMs.
3911  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price is melting down and this is your fault on: August 09, 2018, 06:55:29 PM
What did you learn from bitcoin? From your post, I think nothing.
It's curious to see how this people want high price of bitcoin. At first they are looking for low price to buy it, then come here and open threads "bitcoin needs rise" and similar ones, their point is profit. What do you think about stable 20K usd price? You'll come again and say: we need rise... That's boring to my mind, bitcoin goes like it has to go.
3912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Good time to buy GPUs? on: August 09, 2018, 06:35:54 PM
I do think that new series will be very expensive price per mh/s. Dont think there is anything to be very exited about it. Not always new series of cards is very profitable for mining, like RX470 from AMD is there out most profitable card for 3 generations already.
Why to think like that? For example remember what was the price of rx580 at the begining? It was very loe but now? It's very high. Maybe new GPUs will be great for mining too? Who knows? But there is a chance they will be great and low in price for the first time. Also 1stmining is a great website which adds reviews of GPUs pretty soon.
3913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why are you now joining cryptocurrency, where were you in 2009? on: August 08, 2018, 11:58:34 PM
OP please don't act like that, that was the time when people even don't had access on computers and internet in some countries, believe me. There were only some people who knew about it and some accidentally discovered it. There weren't massive advertisements or published news about this currency in newspapers or online websites so I hardly imagine I would get dream about bitcoin. We can't change what was in past but we still have chances and some new coins are hope. Look ripple and other coins, they almost got as great boost as bitcoin got once, so it's not an end.
3914  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New and tough competitor for Genesis mining and HashFlare on: August 08, 2018, 11:43:00 PM
It's shit. It's the next scam in line.

There are various 'investment' plans you can choose from, and they offer you on average a 10% monthly return up to 20% if you go for their most expensive plan.

It's quite funny to see how they don't even try to make their scam look less obvious, but on the other hand, noobs probably don't care and will invest anyway.

These scams have in common that they will vanish before their first year, and I'm pretty sure Dominant Finance will be one of them.
Wish of easy money is what sucks, everyone wants to lay in their armchair or sofa and see how their wallet fills automatically. OP if you know, genesis mining has same (if not better) video where they show you how they mine coins, their CEO even had some meetings but overally, they are scammers, legit scammers, they offer lifetime contract but decline it very soon, which results in no profit and lost of investment.
3915  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Reasons Why Many Families Are Feeling Extreme Financial Stress on: August 08, 2018, 11:25:24 PM
Yeah, there are a lot of reasons behind it and main idea is to leave some people poor and don't make all money in circulating. For example why the hell one person has to own billions when he/she even can't spend it during his life? What about the idea to limit everyone's tangible property and money? For example let's set max 500K euro on person, won't it be fair? Leave another money for health caring programs, for study, for building and for caring of our nature.
3916  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 22 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: August 08, 2018, 11:00:08 PM
Do you guys notice how besides the #2 player (godog) most of the players who wager the most BTC, don't make the most profit. Pretty crazy eh?

I would be nice to see a "Top Losers of the Week" and just wondering how those players are doing.

I remember a few years back, people would make like 50-100 BTC per day on Primedice, but I guess alot has changed.

What is crazy about that? I am pretty sure it is a possible thing to do, well I am not sure how he do it but I ever did exactly the same thing with him but because my balance is not thst big I do not have the chance to get huge profit but my wagered amount sure increasing fast. Btw there is no way they will put top losser of the week, because people will actually count on how much profit that they actually get or may be even can point something out from there that will harm owner as well

Dice site normally has 1 % house edge. That means you are losing 1 % of every amount you wagered. Given the current top 1 that wagered over 90 bitcoin, that mean he should be losing around 0.9 bitcoin. Thats why most of the top wagered are not on the top profit list, it is in the nature of gambling that gambler should be the one losing. The one winning alot is what we called as variance

Here is the previous week, unlike that one the high wagered players did tend to pull off larger profits. While it is true that variance decreases after more sessions of betting the tiny house edge here hardly seemed to have an effect on these players of this week above.

Also, right now these leaderboards aren't accounting for Ethereum/litecoin, we'll be patching that up soon Smiley

Looks like maker433, Deneme4321, and denemem44 and Makerdenemem are all exactly 1 person.

They all got the "deneme" in their nickname and the last "Makerdenemem" and "maker433" are also together.

So basically one gambler has done over 380BTC in wagered and won over 38BTC.

Whatever strategy he is using, it seems to work pretty well.

Good catch, it's seems they are really similar because random names aren't like that + can't believe it's just coincidence. Also isn't it prohobited to own more than two account on primedice?
His strategy really works well but it's another question how much he lost too, even with 97% win chance, it's still pretty easy to lost your coin and even if you play like this: wager 1 btc until you lose, then try to profit that 1 btc <-- is very risky too. He is lucky...
3917  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Crypto and Gaming wallet on: August 08, 2018, 09:52:43 PM
OP do you mean something similar of https://faucethub.io/ ?
What you only offer us is wallet where we hold funds, in this situation bitcoins from buy/sell of games with low commision? Or seems I can't understand main idea of your project. If I described well what you mean, then it's not something unique and amazing for me, it's just simple project and it's pretty easy to launch, depends on how well you know seo for make it popular.
3918  Economy / Economics / Re: China Begins Production Of x86 Processors Based On AMD Intellectual Property on: August 08, 2018, 09:13:55 PM
If china does flood markets with cheap CPU's based on AMD's designs perhaps bitcoin CPU mining might become profitable again?   Cheesy
Just saw this thread, despite the fact that you think china will steal and do the same outside of AMD but this doesn't means CPU mining might become profitable. You can see for example aliexpress and other china based online markets, here you'll see amazing GPUs in very cheap prices but do you really believe their GTX1080ti (manufactured with things no one knows...) will be the same as originally manufactured? If this is true, then everyone would buy GPUs from them which can roi in 1-2 months.
3919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Asking: Cold wallet payment notification. on: August 08, 2018, 08:20:44 PM
If you have blockchain.info's mobile app on your smartphone, then mark adresses you want to get notifications, like you mentioned "watch only address", leave your smartphone in network/wifi and you'll receive notification. On another hand, there are some services which offers email notifications but non of them offers messages on your number.

3920  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where do you report or review scam sites? on: August 08, 2018, 06:16:14 PM
Why isn't trustpilot a good way to review the site? As for me it's simply the best one.
Sometimes country of origin is main factor here which can accidentally show low trust on really trustworthy website.
Personally I found forums as the best option for this. For example if you want to check bitcoin related website is whether scam or not, bitcointalk is great place for it. Why? Because everyone opens ANN thread here and you can see scam accusations, if you can't find any information about website on this forum, then I highly recommend to avoid them.
On another hand reddit is good choice, for fragrances we have fragrancenet and etc, every niche has it's website where you can review scam sites.
