A little bit suspicious with juventus to win ML is at 1.9 , too high for me to take that risk.

I feel like the odds are a good reflection of the situation with missing squad players but Juventus are still a strong squad with a manager very keen to earn his first Europe win with this team and I think Kiev are going to be a nice head to have on his resume. Maybe the best players are not on the field but they should still have more than enough experience to see this through.
3902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Exchange KuCoin and KuCoin shares on: October 20, 2020, 09:12:33 AM
After the Kucoin exchange was hacked, I lost all my trust. I urgently needed money and they aggrieve me by closing the money withdrawal. I got extremely angry and pulled all my assets from Kucoin and sold my Kucoin shares. Trusting a hacked exchange can be foolish. Be careful. Cry

Well,,, next time do not wait for an exchange to get hacked before you lose all your trust.

Never trust an exchange no matter what. Keep everything you need and save in your own wallet this is the only way. Every exchange is "good" until they stop being good:)

Oops just checked the new event and saw I was only level 8,,, I always thought I was at least level 10;) Time to divest my investment and go crazy for levels? Good luck everyone who qualifies. Many 10+ levels I did not know:)
3904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The SocialGraph Blurt Blockchain Project - Graphene/Steemit Clones on: October 20, 2020, 07:06:06 AM
It has been such many years since I looked for my Steemit account,,, did not even look at all when Hive opened I just gave up because wasted a lot of time there and still did not earn anything as much as cute girls with fake photos:p Sum Blurt out in 1 sentence for us yet to decide please:)
3905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: October 20, 2020, 05:50:19 AM
What a race in Round 5, @Trofo missed the yellow cap by 0.5, overtaken in the last bend by @Joca97, congrats!

I needed one goal from Leeds to secure that yellow cap and to win my multi ticket. It wasn't meant to be even though Leeds deserved at least a draw if not full 3 points from this match. It was all Leeds in the first half and they should have scored one of their chances. Wolves were much better after the break as usual.

Wolves and Leeds are probably some of the most attacking teams in the EPL, so the low score was quite abnormal but every game saps the energy from the squad especially when some players are involved in international duties,,, so it is no surprise the goals are starting to slow down. Definitely SOME effect from no fans.
3906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEO may hit as low as $0.07 on: October 20, 2020, 05:16:24 AM
Neo is an all right coin, as far as altcoins go. I always say the altcoin market is way too overcrowded when you consider that there really are no apps and no utility other than the socalled defi shit going on now. But NEO is not too bad, like Waves and all the other non-English speaking devs coin they will get their dues some day.
3907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: October 19, 2020, 03:55:02 PM
I dropped to 18th this time, such a crazy weekend of draws, and most of us did not see it coming,,, least of all me when we were already 3-0 up and the game was almost over. How we did that I do not know. We are still the SAME OLD Spurs week in and week out. No words for that, just time to move on and clean up. Bale,,, next time.
3908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you trust Defi projects?? on: October 19, 2020, 03:19:02 PM
The conclusion that initially you were interested in this project because you saw that your friend made a lot of profit? it could be said that you haven't done in-depth research. Nowadays, a lot of people take advantage of the DeFi hype to scammed people, especially people who are lazy to do research and people who are greedy. Do your own research. Personally I can't give an opinion because I'm not really interested in new projects because most of new DeFi projects right now are anonymous.

To be fair,,, this is exactly how most people get interested in projects, because they heard about it from a friend. So let us not knock how people get in, but ask them to use the spirit of crypto (which Defi users should be more serious about in fact!) which is,,, verify for yourself.

Or maybe, better to get burned too. Then maybe they know the pain of loss and never repeat it. But knowing Defi people,,,
3909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 19, 2020, 01:53:37 PM
The thing is, does Pogba want to leave United as a whole, or does he want to go to Madrid? That is a very important part of this discussion. United is not a bad team and if I was playing there I would want to stay there, but if Madrid wanted me then I would want to move to Madrid as well and would want to leave United as well, that makes sense. However I wouldn't be going around saying "send me to any team that wants me, I just want to leave" neither.

So, if Madrid and United comes to a deal and Madrid gets Pogba that could happen but he worths a lot of money and I feel like Madrid is not willing to pay that much when they have so much empty contract they want to get rid of. Maybe a pogba and bale trade? That sounds like it could actually work for both teams as well right?

Well the fact that Man United had to use the clause for 1 year extension tells me he himself wants to move on,,, and it is less if he wants to go to Madrid and more if Madrid want him. Not every league now has money to spend, obviously they will want a cut price on his salary to keep him. Bale trade? Not if Mourinho wants him to stay:)
3910  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading in the pandemic on: October 19, 2020, 01:08:09 PM
So, yes trading on pandemic could feel unethical because you have made a profit from human misery, I wish I never made a profit from it and it didn't happen, but since it already happen without me doing anything, I might as well profit from it as well (without actually hurting others finances like toilet paper stackers).

I would not worry about this type of moral and ethical dilemmas in trading my friend. Same as in gambling, when people were taking advantage of inside knowledge on sickness, it was the same as any other inside information,,, you are not directly doing anything. If you really feel bad about it, do something in real life that actually helps people and you can make up for it.
3911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 19, 2020, 11:35:23 AM
I hoped we'd meet in that final but they had 2-0 against Tottenham at home and managed to lose the game in the 96th minute by a Lucas Moura hattrick.

Keeps bringing me back nightmares to think of that final,,, I remember everybody including our good old Poch crying and in tears and saying this was what football was all about. To be so heroic and then to fall at the last stage, and to the best team in the world. Now we fight for Europe again but not on the biggest stage but that is fine for me.
3912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people avoid bitcoin? on: October 19, 2020, 11:03:16 AM
We have to admit that despite this digital age now, and even with high technology-driven world, there are still a lot of conservative people who prefers their traditional ways of managing their funds. In addition to that, the involvement of bitcoin to several scams in blockchain industry, made the people who doesn't have better understanding with bitcoin think more negatively. They were so skeptical because they were afraid that their funds might be lost. Despite bitcoin's popularity, we can't really avoid this kind of people who refuses to believe the great features that this largest cryptocurrency has offered because of their mindset is being negative.

It is all about comfort in the end,,, plus we have to remember that personal experience matters. A lot of people have been burnt by technology too. Some see crypto as bad because they were either victims of hacks or scams,,, and they failed to understand they were not using bitcoin the way it was supposed to be used, but that is not their fault and it is up to us to help them get there.

Just want to check also I do not get the matchday total jackpot. For instance, if every match day of CL I see we can have a winner, but how do you calculate total matchdays? Is this group stage matchdays only?
3914  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Chainlink is a shitcoin and will dump to zero on: October 19, 2020, 09:12:31 AM
LINK will probably not in the top 10 in the near future but it isn't shitcoin. Many of the major exchanges that are listing it have proven its legitimacy, I think Chainlink will drop over time but won't be dump.

Probably not? More like most likely not,,, anyway, no point in arguing about which is a shitcoin and which is not,,, I think if we are comfortable looking at our own projects and seeing the people supporting it and we are cool being in the same boat with those people? Then all power to you.
3915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 16, 2020, 02:30:02 PM
I think he’ll extend his contract at Juve if it’s for footballing reasons, I mean who wants to go to Spurs? If it’s for more money maybe he’ll move unless Juve don’t want him any more. If I was him I’d stay with Juve though.

Even as a Spurs fan I have to agree. Not much to look forward to at Spurs because of the level we are at now. Yes we are fun and exciting to watch but only when our attackers namely Kane and Son are both playing and fit. It is the rest of the team that is never really in tune. Mourinho remember actually loves to attack WHEN he has good attackers. Remember Real Madrid?
3916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Degens, we are fucked by AC, again. on: October 16, 2020, 12:44:00 PM
99.99% Defi tokens are scams. This is what was said on Twitter by @CryptoWhale. Just 2 days ago. He also got tricked by some defi scam and this proves everybody who goes in will eventually get burned. Why not just stay away?
3917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US 2020 Elections data, polls and bets on: October 16, 2020, 12:02:19 PM
However this time around we know Trump, and everyone who hates him will go out and vote, just Texas had like 10% of all voters from last election come out and vote on FIRST DAY of early voting, so there will be highest turnout rate this year just because people want to vote against Trump, not because they want to vote for Biden.

I do not like Trump. But we have many politicians like that in other countries and from my personal experience: people who hate politicians like that are willing to spend days on Social Media, but not go to make a vote.

On the other hand people who love the Trumps actually take the time to go out to vote and puff out their chest.
3918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH - Pre-Paid smart contract so user don't pay transactions on: October 16, 2020, 10:53:42 AM
Seems like a very very good idea,,, I wonder why nobody implements this? Is it because then the employee could maliciously execute the same smart contract over and over and cause the employer to lose gas?

But why not just shift to layer 2 for it all then whoever pays tx does not matter?
3919  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: October 16, 2020, 10:15:23 AM
Following Steve for sure. Luckily he did not put in Spurs in the selection as that always makes me worried when people think they will win;)

Atletico is the danger here though. They love to play for draws so if you get that win,,, then you are probably safe with the other 3 selections.
3920  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Covid 19 on: October 16, 2020, 08:55:46 AM
I am a businessman, I get a lot of income from my business, and I leave the world of trading, bounties and investing in crypto.

A year ago you were active in bounty and airdrops. The same cannot be said about people who call themselves businessmen.

Nevertheless, you are probably a successful trader, and you know better than we do that the most profitable asset was and remains bitcoin. It is he who is an asset that more and more people trust.

Today there is a second wave of COVID-19. Many people are again forced to leave to work remotely. As a result, crypto exchanges have more clients. Against the background of self-isolation, interest in cryptocurrencies is growing very much, thus you make the right choice, again returning to the topic of cryptocurrencies. Today Bitcoin plays the role of an insurance asset that can provide effective support during a pandemic.

Busted;)

But to be fair,,, I think people with real jobs like me still can find the time to do bounties but for sure not to the extent that actual bounty hunters do. But you are right,,, real businessmen and people have even less time and spend it all on their own business. Now with Covid even more desperately.
