3921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What has bitcoin done for you? on: August 29, 2020, 09:37:44 AM
Total control over my digital funds. Bitcoin has given me much in this regard as the Banks can't dictate to me the cons and don't they have within their powers.  The government decisions concerning financial institutions can't have impact in my holdings as I only have control over my assets with Bitcoin. Fiats currency going down has nothing to do with me anymore because am myself boss, these and many more Bitcoin has done for me per se.
3922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Satoshi Stop bitcoin? on: August 29, 2020, 09:26:13 AM
He hasn't stop Bitcoin before and can't stop it again. The project has grown beyond one entity as such Satoshi Nakamoto can't stop the spread of Bitcoin or it existence. Though, the only means anyone even Satoshi Nakamoto can stop Bitcoin is only if he can have 51% attack as many have said on this platform. According to many, this can be done with huge funds and at the moment seem impossible. He can only distort the market if he eventually push  his holdings into the market, but can't stop it.
3923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto passive income - a bubble? on: August 28, 2020, 07:04:17 PM
Mining is a pleasure at a very high cost, which may not always be profitable enough. Passive income earned from betting also requires serious financial investments. In the absence of such, the most acceptable option is trading. With the necessary knowledge, the return will be the most significant.
Trading is profitable to those who exactly understand the process and most importantly is not meant for all cryptocurrency enthusiasts or participants. Mining was good when they newly came into existence but later turned out to became scam investment. Betting is not good when you don't have the ideas about it, the only bubbles in cryptocurrency is staking. Through trust wallet I had to start staking Tron token to get some good airdrops but unfortunately they have stopped. Staking is the safest.
3924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Patience above all will be rewarded here on: August 28, 2020, 06:22:57 PM
Many fail when investing in Bitcoin, because they are too focused on making instant profit. Even though the key to successful
investing in Bitcoin is to have patience, without patience only losses can be obtained. Even investors with low knowledge and
skills can successfully invest in Bitcoin with just being patient.
Patient and low risk is the way to be successful in business. A low risk investor has a long way to stay in the market but if you get impatient to take big risk because of big profit, you are likely to go out of market faster.

Probably was what happened to me today: I bought some iris token from binance last week and saw some loss while the weeks runs out. Early this week, the token saw some small appreciation which did not give profit for my investment but thought of selling was there. Immediately I saw my 2% profit I sold the token. The funny thing here was: after my sold there came a tweet from the team about their testnet and the market experienced a huge pump, but at this point I became incapacitated because I sold out with fear. Risk is what determine your profit in trading.
3925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UK hospital launches rehab programme for bitcoin addiction on: August 28, 2020, 05:52:36 PM
That's unfortunate news from Bitcoin haters. People with other addiction who needed help aren't getting the help, so, let the government or the hospital help those with severe addiction problems. Although those with such addiction are very few I assume, the fact still remains that trade isn't meant for everyone out there. If I can't trade, then I can hold for a long-term which also looks like trade in my opinion.

Trade is as risking as gambling if not check.
3926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can't wait until I can pay using bitcoin at the supermarket on: August 27, 2020, 07:09:12 PM
Well, in the united states there are good places you can pay for your goods unlike the other parts that are still coming up with the technology. The recent happenings has shown that, many merchandise doesn't understand the technology while the world still facing the pandemic. Bitcoin community has been educating the general public about this technology and in short time from now the world will start embracing the technology, then will the payment system be made available for all. LN(Lightning Network) has good innovative ideas that will make this technology work wonders for big and small businesses in terms of payment.
3927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Biggest Crypto Regret? on: August 26, 2020, 07:13:54 PM
Not selling everything I had in 2018. I would've have much more crypto and fiat value now. That has to be my biggest regret but also the next one of the list was wasting so much time in useless bounties that at the end didn't pay nothing.
That's also my regret: I had the chance to make some good and decent profits from my holdings but kept those shitting tokens to see them.rising but went down to zero at this moment I type this. Some of my worth was around $3000 back in quarter 3q 2019 and all of them went into drainage, till now am still in search of my $3000. Hope this help others as experience for future purpose. I won't keep any ga dem shitting tokens anymore for any reason.
3928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safest cryptocurrency wallets on: August 26, 2020, 05:59:27 PM
No cryptocurrency wallet is safe but depends on individual uncharge of the wallet. We heard thousands of complaints from different cryptocurrency holders raging from the trezor, Nano among the hardware wallets that their cryptocurrency has been stollen without their consent or without them disclosing their private keys or passphrase to anyone. Don't be fool by thinking having these wallets is a guarantee to your safety, you have to protect your assets either with hardware wallets or other wallets. Till date, am still using web wallets and my assets are safe.
3929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to escape loss as an altcoin trader on: August 26, 2020, 05:45:03 PM
I can't say there is an escape in altcoins trading because they're just another headache to new traders into cryptocurrency. Well, maybe you can try holding for time being as you await a price spike from the tokens, sometimes you have to be smart with news or tweets from projects core team members or from CEOs for a possible pump. Most of my chances are from telegram groups that specialized in sharing of tweets from projects CEOs, when this is done ontime the token price must spikes up within few minutes after the tweets. Am a day trader and sometimes midterms trader.
3930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What can be the reasons for this exponential growth of #DeFi? on: August 26, 2020, 05:32:40 PM
Exactly it's "hype". Well, I'd say we are on the brink of being crowded on the defi space and sooner or later we'll see scams involving defi. Scammers are looking now into this industry just like what happen way back 2017 with the crowded ICO on place. Just my opinion but my hunch tells me it will be the same as to this defi.

Scams had already infiltrated the #defi ecosystems and it will be an extension of what happened back in 2017. At this junction, investors should be more careful than before because the game changer's has entered into the market. We saw what happened to YAM token, this should be recognize as an example of what's to come into the system in future. Am very much careful not to get into the hype to that extent I loss my sense of belonging. #defi is an over hype ecosystem and care must be taken not to loss one assets to them.
3931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm dumping my coins because.. on: August 24, 2020, 07:52:02 PM
I dump my coin after got it from a bounty because to me, it is better to take the initiative and planing to buyback. Since most of the time, a coin will have a dump because of bounty hunters so I just want to anticipant this behavior.
This perception is totally wrong. Not all altcoins or tokens that are paid to bouty hunters get dumped. There are situations where bounty hunters that sold their coins so early later regretted doing that.
This is an indication that the project is very strong and that the team has done real good job in upholding the standard or their project.
That's correct, there are some tokens sold by bounty Hunter's that's still causing them sleepless night. Atomic wallet token was given to me and before I could say Anything I  sold them for peanut and later saw what happened and still happening with Atomic Wallet token. I regretted my  actions and won't hesitate to always monitor projects before thinking of dumping their tokens or not. Trusted projects tokens should be kept even though their values stay lower than expectation.
3932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin so unstable? on: August 24, 2020, 07:37:59 PM
Bitcoin is not stable because is wan designed in such a manner, although things can be slow when global adoption set in. Bitcoin being a speculative asset can't be find stable like gold, good isn't a speculative asset like Bitcoin, so, don't be surprise at their level of volatility. Also remember that, gold itself isn't stable because its curve isn't straight. Gold is less volatile than Bitcoin but comparing their existence, gold has been around and Bitcoin just came into play and can be stable as time goes on.
3933  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin might never reach it's ATH anymore on: August 24, 2020, 07:22:34 PM
This is logical, demands will always have positive effects on the price of Bitcoin, the market has started hitting up with #defi projects and we have seen how the recent spikes triggered the price of Bitcoin. We will see another all time high not because of human predictions but because of demand theory. Though we might not see it now but in future, so, the global adoption of this technology will definitely give another all time high IMO.
3934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason hunters dump reward as soon as received. Trust Exchange etc on: August 23, 2020, 10:38:28 PM
The bounty hunter only gets a small reward, I don't think Dump happened because of the bounty hunter,
it's natural that we as bounty hunters sell it, because we also need money, don't always blame the bounty hunter!
You're correct, the fact that even the bounty hunters need money to sustain their families will compels them to get involve in dumping their rewards after token listed on cryptocurrency exchange. Those without any other sources of income won't hold their tokens and watch them become $1 or above. Projects had always made allocation for all the campaigns and those for their bounty don't always have weight, so, what they gave to bounty hunters can't crash the market per we.
3935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins for bounty hunters on: August 23, 2020, 10:19:43 PM
This will close the gap between bounty hunters getting paid for their jobs than what we have seen recently. Paying bounty hunters with this stablecoins won't change the mood from you, have used some good stable keys. As for me, I won't bow to getting paid through stablecoins because they save no good purpose. Rewarding bounty hunters will always tips from the experience.
3936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do scams harm Bitcoin's reputation in the mainstream world? on: August 23, 2020, 09:53:28 PM
Mass people know little or nothing about crypto. All they know bad things happen around crypto. They know that only drug dealers, porn industrialists, arm dealers use bitcoins. So if mass people hear anything new bad event around crypto, crypto will suffer alot
I wouldn't see that as a bad reputation to Bitcoin if it been used for dealing with the bad individuals or group of individuals. Nothing that's happening with Bitcoin that had not happened with fiats, terrorist do make use of the fiats alongside the drug dealers, so, these has been in existence before the advent of cryptocurrency. Fiats are used for Ransom and Bitcoin also does, nothing differentiate Fiats from Bitcoin when talking about their negative point.
3937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Bitcoins before the upcoming banking crisis states author of Rich Dad Poor D on: August 23, 2020, 09:45:04 PM
Basically we always had different new crisis from the Banks and this won't be a total different type. Believe me, the Banks won't close their businesses but will adjust their operations to fit into the new era of cryptocurrency. Robert K had figure it out that the forthcoming Bank crisis will be more disastrous than before, so, let anyone who can buy Bitcoin do before its too late, am happy to be part of this movement.
3938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fill your bag with caution on: August 22, 2020, 10:12:56 PM
Am always be careful when choosing some altcoins for investment( either for long-term or short-term) because they have taught me a bigger lesson from my beginning. Don't play with a bag full of altcoins as they all depends on Bitcoin to make their decision, I won't associate myself with such that can't make it own decision. I would rather continue to make my bag with Bitcoin than any name associated with altcoins. Not in the second world after here.
3939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Those initial exchange offering (IEO) reduce opportunities for bounty hunters? on: August 22, 2020, 09:06:07 PM
Will the current hype & acceptance of the initial exchange offering (IEO) over the erstwhile initial coin offering (ICO) affect the opportunities for bounty  hunters?
Can a project on initial exchange offering (IEO) still fail or exploit people?
Not really some projects that are doing IEO are still launching bounty campaign to create awareness, bounty campaign is for advertising their projects to get funded it is a big push for the project IEO to get more fund and investors to help them to get acquainted, it's a win-win situation for both parties.

On a clearer note, those initial exchange offering project that still engaged in doing Bounty's are not actually sure of their project and those exchange aren't big types. Imagine, doing an initial exchange offering on binance and on bitfinix then still want to get the hunters into it, that would be a total waste of resources and uncalled for. A good project doing an initial exchange offering on Binance doesn't need anything for the project to spike fire at a go.
3940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dev and team, show some care on: July 25, 2020, 10:28:18 PM
They would love to be,  but because of their greediness they Won't. Project team should be happy when their project is seeing the best light from investors. Sometimes, even when their project is successful they tend not to pay those who brought them the luck. Project team should encourage bounty hunters, either by making a compulsory escrow services available for the hunter's.
