No offense but isn't it the same that you have done that you were suggesting not to do? Have you done a search to find that tells the same you wanted to tell? This board is filled with such conversation and if I was in my laptop then I could bring you lots of example posts.

Well pointed out maybe I missed it and some messages needs to be pressed on more often till everyone can get the vision correctly. If you make out time to share links to I would be very grateful so it would pass the message more effectively
3922  Other / Beginners & Help / Commitment is part of the solution on: November 24, 2019, 09:57:57 AM
Just a little close look and We can say that we have some problems on the forum, and we would be correct. This problem are not really technical, I have not be hindered by technical issues so far.

The problem I see is dreadful posting, sometimes I don't even get what the post serve as, it's that bad.

Doing a simple racking of my brain one reason for this is low commitment.
If you are committed to a course you do what is only beneficial to that course and if you have no commitment only selfish thoughts then you don't even care about what ever happens to that course.
Let's not also forget that there are always rewards for commitment, like recognition, acceptance, financial, and can make you stand out in what you do.

Be more committed to yourself, the forum and what ever is it you doing. "anything worth doing is worth doing well"

3923  Other / Meta / Re: Use of TOR Browser for Bitcointalk on: November 24, 2019, 08:51:19 AM
I am currently using Firefox but i want to use TOR browser to login Bitcointalk. Is it safe to use TOR browser as i heard it is a dark web browser where hackers can hack our credentials and information ?

If you are currently using firefox except you have or are encountering challenges using it. You don't have to switch to a browser you have heard things that is a threat to you account even if they might not be all correct still you shouldn't take the gamble
3924  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Rules of Bitcoin Club on: November 24, 2019, 08:43:26 AM
Rule 2. Never sell it to anyone who might sell it for less than what they paid for it.
How do you know the intention of the person you want to sell it to this rule doesn't even work, and anybody can sell there bitcoin which is there property for any amount that suits them
If there is anything that drops the price of bitcoin it wouldn't be when a little fractions of people sells bitcoin less than what the bought it

You can regard some who is a cryptocurrency enthusiast to words that is not offensive and suits you still have reasonable link to what you are referring to, crypto enthusiast it self is a very OK expression and can serve anytime without expecting any single word to describe it
3927  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotalk forum payment issue and many more on: November 23, 2019, 10:02:54 AM
Ok I just sign up to Cryptotalk they have a rule for newbies that you have to finish 50 posts before you get credited for your succeeding posts, I was about to reach the 50 posts when they change the rules to 100 posts, now I have 60 more posts to reach so I can qualify,
I have a second thought continuing because of the so many issues confronting members on their payment, like.

There is no notification if your post was deleted
Some of the posts are move to off-topic which is a nonpaying section when it was created on the right section
So many complaints about payment delay as long as 5 to 8 days .

If you sign up and you see all these issues will you still continue?
If there is any where in there rules that they have all rights to make changes or correction to the rules then you might just let your issue rest.
A forum paying participant for making post not minding the amount of participants coming in should have problems here and there. Because just like you most posting there are giving more attention to there gain than to the forum and it's selfish and brings about spam, account farming abuses.
If cant see a future for your self together with the forum I don't see why you should go on there because of payments, what has happened to commitment?
3928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble with a controlled mindset on: November 23, 2019, 09:38:28 AM
If you're seriously in the hole, just stay in the hole and live with it. Don't try to double-down and end up digging the hole twice as deep.
Gambling should be a fun game but all the fun are lost when you try to get greedy and coupe more than you bargained for. I would relate the "hole" in question to be the bottom lose one should be able to bear and when it's reached no point giving it a go there are high chances that you lose when you are on tension, your brains seems to be fixed anxiety sets in and you are pushed off balance. You can always call it a day and prepare for another day. In conclusion gamble responsibly

3930  Economy / Gambling discussion / Gamble with a controlled mindset on: November 23, 2019, 07:28:01 AM
Ever had of a story of people who committed suicide or attempted it because they lost funds which is huge to them. Most of the stories are made up but also some a true and real.
I would never tell anyone to stop gambling come to think of it I gamble also myself but I will Ask we should be guided while doing so to avoid unseen calamity.

How can you control your mindset while gambling, this is really not easy I must say you are drawn to playing it over and over again it doesn't matter if you are winning or losing

Set your target~ before a days gambling you should have in mind what you want to win or what you can afford to lose its easier send than done I know but with constant practice you might just develop the mindset.

Get engaged in other things~ other than this helping out it can also fetch you funds that can be used for gambling or any other uses.

Have time to enjoy your winnings~ I don't know if its also happens to anyone, when you you gamble
And you immediately win a sum that was above your expectations if this happens you can try enjoying your winnings and then latter come back

Your mindset can be controlled is only if you put in effort into it.

3933  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Merits again] Discuss the velocity of Bitcoin on: November 16, 2019, 03:04:28 PM
I have to say this I am not much of a technical analysts and am also not very good at chart reading. So this reply is all about my little understanding and it's subjected to correction.

With the definition of velocity by the site
"velocity is the measure of how quickly money is  circulating in the economy"  source https://charts.woobull.com/bitcoin-velocity/

With that in mind velocity of bitcoin can be the "measure of how swift bitcoin is circulating a nations economy.

Change in velocity of bitcoin will impact bitcoin and bitcoin adaptation using my country to site an example the amount of bitcoin circulation in my country although must bitcoin holders are using it as an investment asset and not for a medium of purchasing goods or items, this will make the circulation of bitcoin not as quick or swift as it should be and it would not help in the promotion of the adoption of bitcoin.

If my country can often use bitcoin in daily needs purchase velocity of bitcoin would be increased circulating more bitcoin in the nation economy which will foster the rise of bitcoin adoption in the nation.

I always have in mind about creating a fast bitcoin to fiat conversation and trading center am still thinking about it, more like a place where you can come and get your bitcoin currency converted into fiat or get goods for bitcoin , I know it sounds like an exchange in a way but this is offline and it's for axis close to the center. This would encourage more rising of bitcoin community project
3934  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Overpopulation of a developing country is one of its major problem on: November 15, 2019, 04:43:40 PM
Over population of a developed country is more of a problem. It is certainly do here in England.
Over population is always a problem any where and it's fast rising, England is considered as a world power and a developed country with good economical system.
According to world population review England has about 66million with a gross domestic product nominal of over $2 trillion.
Now let take a country from Africa (West Africa) like Nigeria
The population of Nigeria this year is estimated at over 200million people with a gpd of approximately 450million.
Considering this factor developing countries has more disadvantages of overpopulation
3935  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [For merit] Discuss the effect mining rewards have on the price of Bitcoin on: November 15, 2019, 12:36:30 PM
Mining is a fundamental part of bitcoin. In a very simple manner mining of bitcoin is when individual(s) called miners find a way to deal with some mathematical problems and this miners are rewards with bitcoins This puts bitcoin in circulation.

Mining rewards sure do have an effect on the price of bitcoin for example if there are more miners transcations would be faster and more bitcoin would be in circulation but if the reverse is the case then it's the opposite effect.

But mining has challenges and this challenges has an effect on the price of bitcoin.
Challenges like cost of mining~ mining of bitcoin  is not a walk in the park it requires high cost because it consumes large amount of energy and not every has the resources to go ahead with it.

I can say if the rewards of bitcoin mining is high the price of bitcoin would be reduced it could be as a result of more bitcoin in circulation, more miners getting involved.

I would make a quote "since the beginning of 2019 – near the depths of the bear market – while mining difficulty has increased 33%, the bitcoin price has increased a huge 100% – pointing to a robust and healthy incentive for miners to maintain the bitcoin network"  source https://datalight.me/blog/researches/longread/how-mining-difficulty-affects-bitcoin-price/

Bitcoin mining rewards can reduce the price of bitcoin if the reward are on a high level

3936  Other / Politics & Society / Overpopulation of a developing country is one of its major problem on: November 14, 2019, 08:27:24 AM
If the available resources can be fair shared amongst available inhabitants this would greatly spore a happy community, state, and even nation.
The birth of a child, the first cry of a baby, a new life should most likely bring joy and happiness but no being able to take care of the child because of low income and resources can become a night mare and very frustrating. This is a circumstance experienced by developing countries.
With few economical developments going on the level of over population in developing countries is worrisome not only to the country but to the world at large, we get to see on a daily occurrence immigrant try to legally or illegally get into a country with more prospect than theirs. Some get them self killed and to those that manages to get in "any thing to survive" becomes there watch word which can increase crime rate.

Why are developing countries getting over populated
Developing countries are getting over population via so many reasons like

Poor education~ developing countries are struggling with poor educational system, they lack adequate family planning orientation, a family who feeds on below1$ a day can get over 8-12 kids and they see it as a blessing

Early marriage~ this is also an urgent issue that should be tackled you girls as young as 9 get pushed into marriage and start as a very early stage to give birth and when the hit menopause they must have given birth to over a dozen of kids.

Sexual crimes~ sexual offense like rape, taking advantage of the poor for sex, child trafficking, sex trafficking can cause a rise in unwanted pregnancy and over population grows.

Overpopulation is dangerous for developing countries and the government has it as a priority to educate the people on this and also look into the issue.
