My country hasn't got listed on the top 10. Maybe this data is based on the countries where gambling is legal. In my country gambling is illegal, even the lotteries weren't allowed. Very few states run their own lottery and the control is in the hands of government. We don't have much of traditional Casinos, so people are not much into gambling. I'm sure the younger generation in my country is getting more involved into online gambling. Maybe within the next few years my country might also gets added to the top list.

Well I don't gamble that much but when I do, I place my bet depending on the playing team or person. What I observed with IEO is, it can be lessen the scam projects, LESSEN only, I still believe that we can't totally remove all scam projects with any type of offering.
But in IEO, it can be more expensive for sure than ICO.
But I believe, if the project is really quality, investors will put their money in any type of offering, even it is just an ICO or IEO, I can say that because some of the projects that are quality indeed are done via ICO before.

Tax-less Society idea won't get implemented in the near future or after long years. Each and every country government function with the tax revenue through different sectors. To the paid tax, there is no proper return or development support from the government. This is where people refuse to pay taxes and prefer the possible ways to overcome the taxation.
