I would be enjoying too if I know how to select decimal odds in bitcoin-betting mode.
Hi Taxidermista, Click settings in the top bar (the gear) and you can change it there. It will save your settings to your account, so you should be set from that point on! So you need to sign up and log in to select odds type in anonymous mode? That's really weird. Besides It does not work properly, the setting is not persistent, the next day american odds are back (Firefox browser). I will help you out offline, PM sent! |

Thanks crazy! Still this is a little confusing to the uninitiated, not the delayed payouts but the late results updates. I hope this is just a design aftertaste of the beta status...  On the plus side I like that a number of the more "esoteric" leagues are included. Hi TaxReturn, Thanks for your feedback; I can confirm that all payouts are done on a daily basis. As for the late results I do apologize; we are working towards making the results appear quicker, and some of the more "esoteric" leagues as you say tend to fall behind on this process. Hi stoppots, Thanks for the feedback! 1. Regarding the cashouts: typically, we cash users out automatically at the end of each day. If we notice that the user had multiple input addresses on their deposits, we will wait for a cashout request to be 100% we are sending to the correct address. We are currently working on improving this system by allowing users to instantly cashout at any time. So for now, just use the support form reference your account # and bitcoin address, and you should be good to go! 2. Regarding the baseball rules: You were correct in saying that the baseball rule #4 is only for playoff games. We are going to edit this rule to make this more obvious. 3. Regarding the bet slip bug: This is the first time we have heard of this. This is a serious issue, as your experience betting is super high on our priority list. I am going to mess around a bit now and see if I can reproduce. I may PM you for details (what web browser etc)? It's kind of been all over the place the last couple weeks. Was at $2.20 USD then went up to $4.50 and now its around $3.50. Might not seem like large movements but really its massive swings of like 50%  |

Show me one other bitcoin sportsbetting site offering up an 800 number for customer support.
Also take a look at the odds being calculated for parlays. It seems they may be incorrect or inconsistencies.

For parlay odds, I will help you with some calculations: In your first screenshot: -162 (American) = 1.62 (decimal) Parlay multiplication: 1.62 * 1.62 = 2.62 (decimal) Convert back to American: 2.62 (decimal) = +162 (American) You can follow this formula for any number of teams in a parlay. I hope that helps! Also, on your settings page, you can change your odds format from American (default) to decimal if you prefer the 1.62 notation for odds. Thanks! |

I hadn't bet on anything yet though In that case, your balance will be returned automatically within 48 hours of not making any bets. If you want some help sooner than that just send the support team a message through the web form here: https://nitrogensports.com/support/Provide as much information as you can about the transfer (time, amount, address you sent to). The support guys can take a look and track down your account. If you want to provide an email in the form, they can track down and email you your bitcoin URL based on the information you provide. |
