3941  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade by yourself on: July 23, 2020, 10:56:37 AM
You're right lazy people usually trade counting on bots or signals they need to form more profit with less work but it's never possible to trade nobody can succeed without diligence Most of the time the signals are with the incorrect signals so trading is at a loss. If we analyze the market ourselves and trade then we will understand the present state of the market and gain knowledge The above discussion is great for traders.
Imagine the complex situations around the cryptocurrency market and somebody somewhere stick to trading with bot. Bots don't actually understand some complex situations the market is currently facing, most of their decisions are error prone decisions compare to human trading. Personally, I prefer to trade myself while I manage my portfolios against lose.
3942  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any way to out of this insecurity? on: July 23, 2020, 10:15:49 AM
Don't expect all cryptocurrency exchange to be same when it come to it security, some had the money to use while others don't. Mostly, the exchange we should be afraid of are the new cryptocurrency exchange and not some old exchange that has good reputations when talk about security. The likes of Binance and other good exchange should be embrace and use.
They don't  hack without a source, those hackers do carryout their dubious actions through compromised emails and systems, many had sometimes given out their social medias handles which had exposed them to hackers, they then use the opportunity to maliciously steal from their victims. To be safe in this cryptocurrency industry, ensure to hide your identities from hackers and always  double check your URL before imputing your data.
3943  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Finding Altcoins With Potential on: July 23, 2020, 10:05:25 AM
The best what you can check is activity on social sites, admins activity on Telegram group, number of proposals on Github and then compare it with the market capitalization. I am sure, that there are tens of hidden gems in the market.  Wink
Many cryptocurrency projects are now active with their social medias because they have understand that, potential investors always tend to check their social medias activities before they invest into their choosen projects. Doing more research into the projects through checking project team profile can also be an added advantage
3944  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN price chart suggest $9k on: July 22, 2020, 09:04:11 PM
...but I still do believe that we reach another ATH in the future once this global pandemic is over.
why do you think once the global pandemic is over Yamifoud?  I wounder if the pandemic will generate even more interest as an inflation edge/diversification investment considering all of the world's economies are printing more and more money because of all of the pandemic related costs.
Those without funds(fiats) are regretting their actions right now because seeing the price of Bitcoin going down and ethereum without them having funds to buy from the dip. The novel coronavirus pandemic had done more harm to countries economys than anyone can envisage. Those with fund after the post-pandemanic will jerk their fund into Bitcoin and other potential cryptocurrency.
3945  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we headed for 250k btc in 12-18 months? on: July 22, 2020, 07:30:11 PM
Probably not going to see $250k for bitcoin, the current happenings around the cryptocurrency isn't telling anything good on Bitcoin hitting such a higher price in the coming months ahead. The bullish guesses should be postpone to next year when the moon will be visible according to Bitcoin history from inception. Maybe the cryptocurrency market will see another all high coming 2021 and bitcoin will bring the good news to it holders, $250k isn't going to be feasible IMO.
3946  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoins dominance coming to an end? on: July 22, 2020, 06:59:07 PM
I don't see this as bitcoin losing it dorminance to altcoins, though the current happenings or events are been hype by these defi projects. Those projects are been hype because the team projects are sole responsible for the hype. This won't take a longer time from now before bitcoin will take full control of it dorminance. Bitcoin will definitely take over the cryptocurrency market without panic and this will be soon.
3947  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal and Mastercard are very close to integrate crypto’s payments!!! on: July 22, 2020, 06:48:24 PM
The easier it is the more people will use it, so I see this as a big win. They have a good repuation (well most of) and giving people access in a uncomplicated manner can just be good to support the global acceptance rate
Are you referring to PayPal as a company? Unfortunately this company has no single reputation when talking about companies about to venture into cryptocurrency, this company had done evil to her customers including myself about my pending transactions. Their support service is the worst among all others. MasterCard is what am happy for coming into the cryptocurrency space because they actually have their reputation built solidly and their presence will help grow global adoption.
3948  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India may again ban cryptocurrency on: July 22, 2020, 06:34:07 PM
There's a possibility of India to ban crypto again. According to an article by decrypt, "A new bill in India may be proposing up to ten years of prison or fines up to $3.3 million for using cryptocurrency."
If the bill passed, the chance of having Indian into the crypto space will be very low as the punishment is too high.
Source- https://decrypt.co/32160/india-considers-another-widespread-ban-on-bitcoin
I was shocked when i saw the news on icodrop's telegram news channel because the whole crypto space celebrated the victory of cryptocurrency being legalize by the Supreme Court early this year in indian so since then, I've been wondering what could be wrong that warranted the proposal of such action to ban cryptocurrency activities all over again
There's nothing to border about because the Asian countries are most afraid of the cryptocurrency because of it volatility, I guess. Though, this ban has be raised several times from India, they can't ban Bitcoin because; Bitcoin is a technology and from history nothing immerging like technology had be ban, so, Bitcoin can't be ban for any reason for now.
3949  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Upgrade Stole My Bitcoin on: July 21, 2020, 04:44:15 PM
This has been the problem with upgrade pumping up from your computer system and just clicking on these pops could lead anyone to a dirty place like OP. Am very careful about my computer upgrad because many had lost their stash through this process. Advuse- always visit the original or official websites for the upgrade than to click phishing links.
3950  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Twitter hacked on: July 21, 2020, 04:30:00 PM
It looks like Elon Musk is the part that Bitcoin is missing and everyone is waiting for. See how quickly people were in a hurry to part with their bitcoins by sending them to the above-mentioned wallet. Imagine what would happen if Elon Musk wrote on his Twitter "Buy Bitcoin, I believed." And he will throw off a couple of screenshots from any exchange. This is to create an instant FOMO effect and then to the moon Grin.
Humans are so much greedy because those Twitter handles the hackers made  used where not Bitcoin fans; only some few ones. Personally I won't believe this tweet from Barak Obama because he's not among the bitcoiners but thousands quickly believed in these tweets. Let's not be greedy as hackers and scammers are mostly doublers.
3951  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is based on probability. on: July 21, 2020, 03:27:48 PM
How will trade be probability based? When you buy potential coins or tokens and hold for a long-term base; why won't you be rewarded awesomely?. Imagine buy some good coins like bitcoin for trade and wait patiently before trade them, you will get huge profits on the long run without a doubt. Get you hands on a good coins and forget probability of a thing, do more research before venture into buy of any coins or tokens for long-term.
3952  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A good advice for every traders. on: July 21, 2020, 02:36:15 PM
The above peice of information are very good. Most traders failed because they lack trading integrity. Doing what is right nomatter the situation of the market according to your master plan which makes you to enter into the trade in the first place
You're right, as a trader ensure to strictly follow your master plans; not to get into the wrong hands during execution. Many traders had fall short of this and many had ended up bad. If you're to stop your loss kindly do when the time comes, when you define your percentage profit don't exceed your defined rules, integrity matters alots in cryptocurrency trade.
3953  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Twitter Accounts Hacked & Used to Scam People on: July 21, 2020, 02:27:09 PM
Twitter said this twitter account hack was because one of their employees got socially engineered by a hacker. That's why the hacker was able to compromise these huge accounts.
For me, the real problem here is the Twitter itself. A lot of people got pissed off of what happened.

My question is, do you think about what happened on this, does it affect Bitcoin? Negative or positive?
The mindset of humans are full of greediness, this was the problem of those that fell into this traps. But, the effect of this happened are going to be positive on the long run, because Bitcoin was just been used on Twitter by those hackers. Twitter are to be blame for this and maybe the world might look into an alternative to Twitter accounts, like decentralize social media. We shouldn't be greedy and also, we should always verify our information before act.
3954  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Lesson: Stop loss Strategies on: July 21, 2020, 02:18:29 PM
Have learned to move-on whenever I find myself into any form of shits while carrying out my trade. Personally, I don't apply stop loss because of my personal experience, sometimes ago, I bought some coins #ARPA in Binance and went to trade them, I made some good profits and wanted to make more,  but the market crumbled;  but was Left without any options, a little holdups save my ass from loss to huge gains. In the trade I made roughly 100% profit with ARPACHAIN(let learn to apply risk while trade)
3955  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any way to out of this insecurity? on: July 21, 2020, 02:08:07 PM
Over the past few years, I have been horrified by the way accounts of various exchanges and crypto-related websites and individuals have been hacked by hackers. Is there any way to out of this insecurity? I think cryptocurrency will lose popularity if it continues like this, share your ideas on what can be done to overcome this situation.
This depends on the cryptocurrency exchange, some exchanges are the cause of their hacks, sometimes some of these hacks are been investigated and traced to internal involvement which we can wholeheartedly said they are the architect of their misfortune. Good cryptocurrency exchange can't be a threat because of their investment in their security shields against any hacks. When choosing your cryptocurrency exchange, ensure to put security first before making your coins deposits.
3956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know if the project is fake? on: July 19, 2020, 09:41:19 PM
Fake project is really frustrating if you're one of the victim especially for investors and bounty hunters.
I had read an interesting way to make sure the project is real. You can identify the project is fake by it's address of the company who is running IEO/ICO. Fake project would be indentify with this way because they put fake location. You can check it with google maps to verify if it's real.

So how do you indentify if the project is fake?
The truth is, many investors don't care to check their projects they choose to make their investment, this has made many of then suffered loose. Also, traders don't carefully embrace the power of investigation before buying into a coin to trade, many of then are been pump by scammers. For anyone to get fake projects will be as a result of greediness.
3957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know if the project is fake? on: July 18, 2020, 08:16:00 PM
There are several tools involve in checking dubious cryptocurrency projects, though, many of these tools are paid tools to expose the projects as scam. For me, I do  more research into the projects to find some good profile team members photos and their social medias handles across board. Sometimes their websites creation through the help of WHO'S web analysis. There are good individuals who are good investigators, I so much respect them for that job.
3958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties managed by team themselves on: July 18, 2020, 07:55:51 PM
I like what bounty detective team are doing presently, there is no going back once a bounty got introduced by bounty detective because they use escrow, they handle the distribution at their own convenient time, you don't have to worry about not getting paid because all tokens are in bounty detective hand
There are some of their bounty projects they don't have total control, like Basic Finance project they promoted last time, bounty hunters made several complaints against the distribution by the team and Bounty Detective said they can't do anything aside the issue because the team project were the ones in charge of distribution, some hunters completed their KYC and were denied access to their login into their account.
3959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Three phases bounty distribution on: July 18, 2020, 07:40:16 PM
It's all about the utility of the project, if demand is high enough there won't be any damage to token value if bounty hunters dump their shares but mind you it also depends on how much tokens were given out to bounty hunters
That's true mate, good projects won't feel the impact of the dumpers when their project has more case use in real world than just virtual case use. Those projects with the right team members will survive any attacks from bounty hunters anytime than mere scam projects. Also, the value of the tokens in distribution matter for any project to strive during the dump, the lesser the tokens the better the token price.
3960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is USDT trusted to use? on: July 18, 2020, 07:31:47 PM
For me in the cryptocurrency space, no money is 100% safe, so is USDT. Although since the USDT was created it has a lot of bad news but it is the most widely used stable currency, and for me USDT is just a currency to avoid volatility not to invest so I do not keep USDT long time.
The USDT don't have the US government consent before creation because they are the rightful owners of the said digital coin, this coin pose much danger to holders in the future because their funds can be frozen without their consent. Holding this digital coin should be with care as the coin can be stop. Remember, the US government digital currency will be USD pair and for USDT to make it will be under probability.
