3941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What does it take for a game to "hook" people on: July 28, 2021, 09:40:00 PM
That means, if people are back to play the same game repeatedly, they are hooked because of the game and have curiosity about winning if they have many times losses. Those feeling will make them come back in the other days just to fills their curiosity and if somehow, they are trying to play the other gambling games, they are curious about that game and will try or test their luck in that game. Who knows, they can also win some money from the other game and if that can happen, they will play many gambling games to win that games.
I think the one that can really hook a player is if that particular game is exciting and the chances to win is not solely because of luck since there are games that requires knowledge and strategy just like poker and sports bet. Well this depends on every gamblers preference but certainly a game that can give us satisfaction when we gamble is what we're looking for.
It depends on the preferences of the player, in my case that is what I prefer, games on which skill plays a part like poker, blackjack and sports bets are my favorites but just as there are people like me there are many other people that just prefer games in which there is no skill involved and they are relying 100% on their luck, they simply want to have some relaxation without having to think too much about what they are doing and by what I can see in physical casinos these are the most popular kind of games by far.
When it comes to physical places then games offered would really be on both luck based and strategic based like poker and related games on that. This is actually depending on users preference and some perks that

had been offered because some people would really stick out on places which would really be offering good user experience and those bonuses which would be the reason for them to stick on.

Hooking up people or getting users on this market isnt something easy as it sounds.Gambling market is fierce and broad and this is why it would really be needing something like this.
3942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safety on: July 28, 2021, 08:44:00 PM
actually nothing is 100% safe in crypto.  but there is a good way of anticipating that is by storing it in a hardware wallet such as a nano ledger.  I think it's safer even though there is still a risk gap
Everything is having a risk but its normal that we would really be sticking out on things which is lesser in terms of risk and this is really through those hardware wallets which we do have known ones like
Trezor and Nano and i dont trust up any HW but only this two.

Next, is that you should be mindful about your seed phrase which is your main priority.Dont share up dont make it aware on other people and that would at least be making yourself
safe specially if you are really go for long term and holding big amounts of coins.

Just be aware and that common sense is needed for you on at least on making yourself to avoid possible hacks or lost of coins.
3943  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can I recommend a friend to buy Bitcoin now? on: July 28, 2021, 07:36:28 PM
Bitcoin is now rising, and it has jumped by 3k in less than 10 minutes. Although everyone is happy but also worried, is it going to fall again?
My friend asked if I can continue to buy it? But I see a lot of people commenting that giant whales are now controlling the market. I told my friends not to enter the market for now, but my friends seem to have misunderstood me.
Do you think that this kind of market should be forbidden to enter or continue to buy?
I suggest not to panic selling。
Why not? This is a good idea, bitcoin has proven to be the most profitable investment for me, in 2015 I bought $650 btc and I held it for almost a year and I got profit more than 150%, since it I am not afraid to invite my friends/families to buy bitcoin and there are some who was successful and thanked me.
Your personal experienced will serve as good reference for people who you going to invite, if you have good success within this business
recommending wont' be hard for you as you can let them realized how valuable this investment and how good it can turned along the way.

Truly a good opportunities to buy now and allow them to explore for more, if they are into trading or investing there are many other options for them.

It's easier to convince other people to buy Bitcoin, if indeed we have experience getting big profits from investing in Bitcoin. We just need
to show our success portfolio to our friends, he will definitely be influenced and want to follow in our footsteps. But don't let our friends
invest unsupervised, because beginners are likely to make the wrong decision. If our friend fails, he will surely blame us, therefore teach
our friend at least basic  knowledge about Bitcoin investment. And guide until our friends understand how to analyze the market correctly.
Not that really a suggested thing since it would just motivate him to follow your path but at least as a friend or someone who do introduce bitcoin into him then always attached or make him know about

the risk behind and not just introducing him into some sort of hype or something because once those expectations would be broken then they would be finding you to be blamed on.

Just tell them about the potential but also tell them about the risk so that they would really be aware somehow and would clean up your hands when they lost up and you had given some warning.
3944  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motivated by "breaking the code" on: July 28, 2021, 06:57:35 PM
I think it is human to "challenge" authority or a someone with power..... or something that are difficult to win. The "House" always win is a challenge that are created to motivate people to conquer it.... and a small percentage of people can achieve that. The reason why the "house" always wins... is because people do not stop gambling after they win.... they just play on and deposit again.

You cannot see the "code" .... but you know there is a machine (algorithm) that are behind that code... and you want to challenge that machine to see if you can out smart that "machine" .....(in our mind, humans must be better than machines)  Roll Eyes
Big wins are the motivation of those people whom do really think that they can really beat up the house which is really a very wrong mindset to have. Most gamblers would really be having this

kind of motive in mind which would really be pushing their limits and end up on wrecking their wallets or simply with finances. Beating up a machine?

Its an impossible thing to happen. We should play for entertainment and not for making some income.
3945  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: is this a good divide? thanks on: July 27, 2021, 11:52:10 PM
i was thinking %35 bitcoin, %25 eth, %15 cardano, %15 ravecoin, %10 alt coins just for the fun of it lol.

I think %60 bitcoin, %30eth, %10alt coins.
This is a relatively safe allocation ratio.
Not a bad choices though or do you think it's worth it that way?

I might choose more on Bitcoin rather than almost half of your money in altcoins. Bitcoin is more worth than those altcoins during the bull market so I would like to rethink if my decision is right.

And one more thing, ravecoin and cardano might not be worth it than Ethereum itself. So think again before you invest, just look at their market movement and see which is worth it then compare it also to Bitcoin and you will see the big difference.
60% is already past half and i would consider to be a good choice or division of his funds and putting 30% in ETH is also a good call and the rest is also good too.

On decisions like this then it would be mattering on personal preference because we are the ones who do handle out our finances. Just mind of  the risk and youre good to go.

Bitcoin should be on prioritize because we know the potential of it on long term aspect. Its just a matter of choice and your decision would be followed in the end.
3946  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There are three kinds of people in the Bitcoin world on: July 27, 2021, 10:54:35 PM
There are three kinds of people in the Bitcoin world, idealists, opportunists and faithists.

  • Idealist
Many early Bitcoin participants were mostly idealists, and they hoped to get a lot of benefits through Bitcoin. But many idealists have not persisted until now. After holding the currency for a period of time, they have not seen more benefits in the currency circle. They chose to withdraw due to their own greed.
  • opportunist
They prefer the volatility of Bitcoin prices and find opportunities to buy Bitcoin at low prices by analyzing market price fluctuations. When they see a opportunity in the market, they want to realize the freedom of wealth quickly
  • Faithist
They stick to their beliefs, believe in Bitcoin, and as long as they buy Bitcoin, they are willing to bear its risk. When the price of Bitcoin falls, they will not panic the market and choose to sell, but think it is a good opportunity to buy at a low price.

I think there are more Bitcoin opportunists in the forum. What is your opinion on this? Which one do you think you are?
They all sound like the same. I mean in the end, they all are opportunist. Why do you think the "idealist" decided to withdraw? It's because they found an opportunity. Why do you think the "faithist" decided to buy more when the price was low, because they found an opportunity to buy at cheap. The end goal of all three here is the same. To make profit and get rich. This what the market has become now.
Agree on what you had said that they commonly share on the same goal this is why these 3 type of people are just really the same which the target is to make profits.

They might be having some difference in behavior but the goal is common this is why it isnt really that much of a concern whether which one type of you are in.

Every decision would be situational. You might be Idealist and then theres thing change then become Faithist or Opportunist or something like that.

3948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk made tweet about animal coin again. Time to buy doge and Shiba Inu? on: July 27, 2021, 08:52:47 PM
Only fools would just dive in with this kind of coin shilling but for those who had been aware on how this clown do move then they would just simply ignore into those words that do spit out into his mouth.

Bit aware with Dogecoin and Shibe but not on Tadp  which i do believe that you are just trying to shill out this coin. When it comes to tweet then this would be most likely to be ignored.

When it comes to buying then its someones choice but if you are already having some experience on this market and those shitty influencers or people then you would know
on what would be doing next.
3949  Economy / Economics / Re: knowledge and Capital which is Very important in Business or Investment? on: July 27, 2021, 07:42:40 PM
I have heard a lot of people talk about success and almost all of us are chasing after it, with the intention of making it right.
Most of us also want to venture into them without getting the rudiment and fundamentals of the business and investments before engaging in them. So a factor or several factors are been considered before and for a more renounced performance called (Success), so what is most important to an individual, company, or organization to consider before investing to attain the desired height of success?

Is it KNOWLEDGE or CAPITAL, or even BOTH?
BOTH!

Capital wont work if you arent knowledgeable and knowledge would be useless if you dont have capital to use on.So this simply shows up that both do really need to each other.

You would able to determine on whats lacking when it comes to investment decisions. You would need money and you would need to be that mindful or knowledgeable

because if not then you are just simply doing gambling because putting up investment into something which you dont know on how to do then its purely gambling.
3950  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motivated by "breaking the code" on: July 26, 2021, 11:37:53 PM
We play gambling for entertainment,it doesnt matter if you playing dice, slots roulette or something like that but it do share up on the same aim which is to enjoy and win money in bonus
but there are really people who do really try to beat the house or the game and wont stop until it do happen. They dont mind on how much they would spent out and they would
stick on what they do have in mind no matter what.

Behavior of a certain person whom would easily get addicted sooner or later if he would continue that kind of mindset.
3951  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Signals in crypto on: July 26, 2021, 09:42:09 PM
As I can say no one really knows about the coins that at which time it will go high and at which time it will be down, but there are some groups and some people which tell and predict about studying the coins and at a certain percentage they are right.
Perhaps, choosing those potential coins like Bitcoin and the leading altcoins will somewhat give you a higher chance to double your money or even more. But if you just rely on the signal groups because of their colorful and promising words, it was likely you are making a donation to them willingly.

That is why it was more advantageous to familiarize the market and I urge newcomers to do that before deciding to make an investment in crypto. Because one reason why many had fallen and get fooled by these signal groups was due to lack of knowledge.
Because a beginner will usually only choose the fast lane so that it makes a way out to join the signal group, I think that at the beginning it will give good advice, but in the future we don't know it can even become a trap by scaring you into buying the right coins. not full potential, I'm still not sure in certain groups so it's better to learn to seek experience than just being managed by a group of people and not proving maximum results.
Knowledge is vast so I think it's more about looking for advice on which one do you think is best.
Signal groups make me sick, I actually don't trust them, never in my life do I ask them.
That certainly happens to newbies is they believe that they can make shortcuts to easily make money in crypto. This is what I also think before.
Well, signal groups are there to pretend to help and promised us but in the end, they are the ones who make money and leave us. I believe they are more greedy than these newbies.
Never ever in my crypto career on hearing out or joining out with these crypto signals groups yet majority of them are just pump and dumps or simply a scam on trying out to shill their
token just for them to release their bags.

Common victim of this are those noobs that are greedy which they do believe into those sweet words of making guaranteed profit on knowing those assured pumps.

Once you do gain experience then you would definitely be aware of these schemes.

3952  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling on friendly matches on: July 26, 2021, 08:18:26 PM
Lol. Is there any game we have control over? It is called football game and anything can happen with any game. Underdogs are turning tables and causing heartbreaks. To my view, I don't think there games we have control over but we can say greater percentage favourable to a team.
We don't have control over the games that we bet on. Friendly match or not, we do not control them. And for these friendly matches, the only one that has control over them are the higher management which seems going to be possible for them to manipulate the results at their will. In some sporting events, this is really happening and we don't know when that's going to happen but some athletes have voiced out that this is really an insider and happens as it's against their will.
Manipulating or not then we wont even know because most of the time the performance of these friendly matches arent really that interesting to watch.I do have that kind of impression this is why i dont really make out some bets on friendly matches.

When it comes to odds then i dont even see it for it to be considerable.Better to go with official matches where you can really feel up the thrill on the game since you know
that they are aiming to win not like with friendly matches which they dont care at all if they do win or lose.
3953  Economy / Speculation / Re: What have changed in BTC price on: July 26, 2021, 07:26:19 PM

Can we now call 2021 the year of Bitcoin/crypto adoption year?
Really hard to tell but for sure we did really able to see some progress for this year where we do able to break those previous ATH's and able to reach 60k which is a solid indication

that there are lots of changes that did really happen in decades time and comparing on the level of adoption then we are really able to identify on how far we had able to reach out.

For now the best thing to do is to go with the flow and if you are a short trader then you would definitely be minding on how to make profits in long term basing on current
price movements.
3954  Economy / Speculation / Re: fomoulation: the age of green dildos is upon us on: July 26, 2021, 06:57:20 PM
it is starting with the first green dildo appearing today surprising many users and showed a small sign of FOMOs starting again as price suddenly jumped up to reach 39k in less than an hour.

this could be the beginning of seeing more green dildos indicating lots more FOMO to come.

Hard to tell but most likely because community do commonly react when the price is starting to move out after that very long time of moving sideways which everybody is really on that hesitation on
making up a position.

It is just a matter of some initial movement to make up some trend and i dont see any news or sentiments that did really trigger out bitcoins price and it did just soar up even though on small percentage
but it is way more better than on previous weeks.

Green dildos? Lets hope for that it would happen in next days.
3955  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anything like excess gambling on: July 25, 2021, 11:33:55 PM
It depends on individuals and their networth some one who earns $100 and gambles $70 can be said to be gambling excessively and out of control which might even tempt this gamblers to go as far as borrowing funds to gamble and if the can't meet up the start doing away with their properties. We can go on with so many scenario but the bottom line is that excessive gambling exist.
Spending $70 amount out of your $100 salary is already suicide or solid indication that you are already addicted with gambling. No one into their right minds on spending too much specially that there are things
which is more important than  gambling.

Anything which is excess not only limited to gambling is already giving out that kind of consequences ones it turns out to be messing out your life or after effects and you would realize
but its already too late.

Everybody should be on control so  that you wont really be ending up on a disaster.
3956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Binance too big to fail? on: July 25, 2021, 10:45:50 PM
It's definitely not.

In fact, I'd say that BNB is probably the token that is most prone to any sort of bad news on the regulation side. Any unfavourable news coming out of China, US, and Europe can possibly crush the whole business model of Binance.

Even though they say that BNB is striving to build Defi, it is a fact that most of their profit generation comes from Cefi still. No one will be bailing them out either if they do fail.
Well yet even if BNB is prone to many attacks and bad news yet this still the banner of the Hottest and biggest Exchange now in crypto.

But when Defi was created ? then lets expect more climb and may reach finally the 4 digits dream.

Unless some thing bad is happen and the binance exchange is hacked, only then we can see the downfall in bnb. Other than that there is no exchange which is even close to binance in terms of liquidity and trust.
The trust that they had gained is something that wont  happen easily on any exchangers out there. It is  because on the dedication and seriousness into their business on why they had achieved that state.

Binance is too big to fail?We cant really say but its hard to believe on that it would just vanish out or would have some huge hacking incident to happen or exit scam but we know that its  unlikely to happen.

Why would  they do bullshit things if they do know that they can make out profit in  longer years to come as long they do retain their reputation that they are trying to protect on?
3957  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Small capital and Big capital on: July 25, 2021, 09:59:40 PM
Trading and investment is a game of numbers and moreso how to use the numbers judiciously while properly applying the knowledge. Some people say small capital is the best to start trading with while others say small capital will leave you with limited choices that the best is to trade with big funds. Starting with big fund will always be the best provided the user is able to manage it. So many things are connected but I conclude that big capital is good but a good trader can work with small and big funds and make profits with it. Let me hear your opinion on this!
Work with the capital that you have, trade the money you can afford to lose. For me, capital is a big thing because that determines on how much money you can possibly earn, the higher the capital the better but if you are still not good in trading, I suggest as well a small capital first because as a newbies you’ll experience many mistakes in trading.
Not all would really be the same in terms of capital capacity which simple mean it would really differ into each other.Bigger capital doesnt always  mean about getting more chance
of profits.

Of course it would still be varying on how you do trade even if you do have just small capital but doesnt mean that you cant make it bigger. It all matters with consistency and
sustainability.

If you do know on what you are doing then capital wont really be that much of an issue.
3958  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling attracted to emotion or luck on: July 25, 2021, 07:59:42 PM

I agree with you that we should stay positive when playing gambling. It is very difficult to chase the winning in gambling so we do not have to waste too long just to try playing more rounds because the chance will not be too big. But that will be different if we have luck because we do not need too long to win some money. Playing gambling without having any tension between winning instead of having fun will be better to enjoy the game.
I agree in the part where you said that gambling with luck won't let you to stay for long, only if you are good in controlling yourself, if you have that discipline to quit before that luck expired.

And also, with your last statement quitting after enjoying is a best way to treat gambling from my personal side.

If you are aiming for much deeper or for money, make sure that you are equip by all information and skills. This venue of business mostly for people who are focus and those who knows what they are doing.
Luck is something that come and go instantly and you would definitely find it out when you are winning. If you do really mind about profits then securing it out would be your priority and this is where

we talking about self control which is different into each individual.Luck is something that do come and go and there are no things on this world which could call out where its impossible.

So lets not put up into our minds that luck is something that can really be affected by something.
3959  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: do you believe on signals? on: July 24, 2021, 08:41:02 PM
Dont waste your money on buying signals. Why doing such thing if you can create on  your own?Just like what others been saying that we are all speculators on here and believing into those signals

are utter bullshit for you to believe on or even the worst which you do really end up on paying money just for you to get it.For some groups they do call it pump and dump which is particularly

talks about  certain shit coins to be pumped intentionally or on a manipulative way which its really hard to determine if you decide to jump or gamble on.
3960  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mining vs Holding on: July 24, 2021, 08:04:34 PM
Do you think mining is kinda tied to btc? Because back when btc was struggling, people mining were barely making profits after deducting the electricity.

Also, normally do miners hold the earnings in btc or they sell out for fiat immediately?
Some miners will pay in fiat currencies but I think most miners are die hard Bitcoin fans and are probably holding onto the Bitcoin for the long term. Some of them will be transferring their Bitcoins into new equipment and maintenance.
Normal thing because bitcoin isnt accepted anywhere and miners arent exempted for them to cash out or convert out their coins for personal use or for their business maintenance and some sort.

Its out of our business honestly since its their investment and any profit that they do get will really be depending on how they would use it neither they do hold or spending up actively or converted on fiat.

They might be bitcoin supporters and could possibly hodlers too but there would be some personal reasoning on how they would be using up their coins.
