Where are you licensed?
3942  Economy / Gambling / Re: ►►DiceBack.com: Play as usual, get % back! 5 sites, 7 games, 7 coins on: February 22, 2017, 04:15:45 AM
What does "custom deals" mean?

Do you get a higher percentage affiliate commission like other affiliates?

3943  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Reliable are Bitcoin Casinos? on: February 22, 2017, 01:33:56 AM
Most of the Bitcoin casinos are "hide the operator" sites. And when your identity is hidden, more people tend to scam. Because if you can scam anonymously, this is a perfect situation for criminals.

You could test it by yourself:

a) Give a credit to 100 anonymous debtors

b) Give a credit to 100 known debtors

Now, compare the failure quote and I already know that the rate will be higher at a). Hence, Bitcoin casinos have a higher probability of scams!

The best thing is to have a legal expenses insurance, because then you can at least try to enforce your claim. Wink

3944  Economy / Reputation / Re: GAME PROTECT.Why isnt there a repthreadfor this SELF PROCLAIMED LAWYER FOR GOOD? on: February 22, 2017, 12:50:21 AM
What is personal information?

"Recorded information about an identifiable individual that may include his or her (1) name, address, email address, phone number, (2) race, nationality, ethnicity, origin, color, religious or political beliefs or associations, (3) age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, family status, (4) identifying number, code, symbol, (5) finger prints, blood type, inherited characteristics, (6) health care history including information on physical/mental disability, (7) educational, financial, criminal, employment history, (8)others' opinion about the individual, and (9) personal views except those about other individuals."

Now, compare this with your fantasy drug story! Cheesy
3945  Economy / Reputation / Re: what happened with xetsr? on: February 21, 2017, 11:07:27 PM
Alts are allowed fool! So your tactic about defaming my name was pointless.
I informed the community about your alt and if alts are allowed, how did I defame your name? Did you ever hear the word logic in your life?

...showing personal information on a fucking PUBLIC FORUM is against the forum rules.
And how exactly is this related to me, as I did not show any PERSONAL information?

Such information is only given in PRIVATE which someone has already asked from me.
What information?

PM is the only way to get that information from me.
What information?
3946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How legal is to create betting/gambling site? on: February 21, 2017, 10:06:21 PM
i don't think that creating a betting/gambling site need license because we only have buy a domain and hosting, build the site with installation the scrypt, and make promote. i would suggest you to create bitcoin gambling site rather than gambling site using fiat because its more safe if something bad is happen.

Yeah, i also think creating gambling sites doesn't need license. And as you suggest, bitcoin gambling site is really more than better if he create fiat gambling site. Because now the time is starting for bitcoin, and majority of the people who play online gambling they are usually use bitcoin gambling sites. Because different countries people are playing, So it is easy for them to pay bitcoin than fiat.
Online gambling with fiat requires license. If you do not have it, you are not allowed to open one. However, bitcoin has provided us the opportunity to make a gambling website without any paper or identity. Moreover, because of the anonymity, Bitcoin also protects gamblers from cyber attackers and prevents information robbers on the internet. As you can see, we do not need to provide the personal information to join the casinos
In any country, if you are earning money from any business you have to register your business name. If you not how can you take your profit without providing valid proof. So to collect your money you must take a license from your govt. Otherwise, that income will come under black money. you will face problems from your govt side.

I know in every country have rule to register your business and also mustily need license. But in online bitcoin gambling site don't need it, because as i know, whenever we play in bitcoin gambling site, they don't need even our personal information, and as he said, he is right that fiat online gambling sites need license but in bitcoin we don't need it.
In most countries in this world, you need a license if you offer Bitcoin gambling, because license requirement is not only limited to fiat money, but also include valuables.

3949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: best gambling site? on: February 21, 2017, 09:29:23 PM
well of course, there are gambling websites even without the house edge as they just expect people to lose funds of making the bad decisions, in my opinion the smaller the house edge the better gambling website is.
How can you make bad decisions when playing dice?
3950  Economy / Reputation / Re: what happened with xetsr? on: February 21, 2017, 09:07:31 PM
I already add a ~ in front of his name, but he is still on the DT list. Does this mean no one else did it, otherwise he would be already removed?
For each DT1 inclusion, you need two exclusions to get him out of the network. If you add a '~', that does nothing for anyone besides yourself and people who use a custom trust list (and have you in it). I don't see why the user should be removed from DT (yet).
He took a loan and submerged since 6 months. If this is default trust for you, then this is also fine for me. Smiley

I only feel a little bit bothered if attackers refer to the negative feedback of a submerged loan scammer, especially as his false feedback is disproven for a long time.
Sure sure.
You are the so called self proclaimed trusted and loyal one here aren't you. Roll Eyes

I know this user and have his information to answer any of those questions.
But I am not at liberty to divulge any such information unless a real lawyer is present and not just a google licensed one who got their bar from a cracker jack box. Undecided

Giving out such information is against forum rules and Theymos did say you will be liable for such actions against anyone whom is using his forum.
This is in reference to the doxxing regulation he put in place just two months ago.
So learn up on the rules and regulations here so called self proclaimed lawyer loyal member of this bctalk forum community!
Giving out what information is against forum rules?

Are alt accounts allowed?

What is a repthreadfor?

Where exactly did I proclaim that I am a lawyer?

Yes, please post all pms with your alt account Lionidas, so everyone can see that you offered me to continue our pm conversation publicly on the forum and that everyone can see I never told you (alt Lionidas) most use the provider Ezugi for their live dealers.

It is your alt account arcanaaerobics who claimed this yesterday:

And you posting PM's publically makes you a proven person to believe in with ANYBODY'S PERSONAL INFORMATION HERE!?

Big thanks to the OP for showing this video link, this will prevent many players from getting scam by this casino.
It might not be only from this casino because almost all the online casinos here use the same providers so it's probably best to avoid all live casino games after seeing this video .

Most if not all online casinos use them including the biggest (And baddest?) of them all

Cloudbet Tongue

They have since taken down all their blackjack tables since this video was released 24 hours ago if not told to them before hand because I saw them not available on Friday night after their site update was done while I was logging in to there. Only their baccarat tables were up and they were bringing them online one at a time(like they always do after a system update -it resets everything) but those tables didn't come back up to have players use.
Coincidence? I do not think so now after seeing this come out to the public.

Game-protect is currently investigating Ezugi.
"You heard of Class action law suit before? You know what that means don't you?!"

Of course: https://game-protect.com/full-flush-poker-litigation/

"Claimants don't pay a fucking dime for services rendered the state where they are filing it against do!"

In the Unites States not, but abroad yes. And all those cases are outside the US.

"Why would I who lost money in these fraudulent actions from this corporate conglomurate with Cloudbet who is failing and falling now(they are at their weakest point act now or else it will be too late, they run away to tax haven hideaway!) and this Ezugi casinos even want to put any more in the toliet with this bs situation?"

You don't know how much money cloudbet has, you don't know how much money the liable owners of cloudbet have. [/b][/u]

WSEX also closed business owing over US $1 mio, but the responsible founder is still millionaire:

http://game-protect.com/wsex-haden-ware/

All bolded and underlined were sent in a PM to you. I did not give any approval to post them publically.
You did not have my consent to do it.
So what of that Lawyer!? Huh? HAHA!  Wink

For your reference if you happen to have forgotten with your sudden lapses in memory.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1795588.msg17927085#msg17927085

Game-protect told me that most use the provider Ezugi for their live dealers.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1795588.msg17907094#msg17907094

No, I did not tell you that most use the provider Ezugi. Please change to: "Game-protect is currently investigating Ezugi"

And btw, I made an interesting discovery  Smiley

You want me to post more of your PM's?
Go on. Go right on ahead.
We will see what more shit comes out of that smart mouth of yours. Wink
Why did you delete your other arcanaaerobics post here, where you confirmed that this is your alt account?

You said I can continue our conversation on the forum and this is what I did.

What PERSONAL information of you did I publicise? I even doubt that you are a person!

Yes, please publicise all my pms, so everyone can see that I never said Ezugi is the biggest provider. But it was your alt account arcanaaerobics who claims that most of the provider use Ezugi for their live dealers:

3953  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let us talk about a Bitcoin poker room in free fall, betcoin.ag on: February 21, 2017, 02:53:52 PM
What do you care? are you the one causing their failure or you just don't like gambling services that are not taking you serious?
I care about their customers. Because if a publicly proven scam lose 60% of traffic within only 2 months, some customers might will not get their account balance honored, like they did not honor the crystal clear won 500 Bitcoins jackpot won!

Not many operators can cope with a 60% decrease within 2 months!

arcanaaerobics is an alt account of Lionidas

I was yesterday contacted by Lionidas and had a conversation about Cloudbet / Ezugi Blackjack live dealer scam and he finally asked me to investigate and take the case cost free for him. After I denied, Lionidas blogged me for pm after his last pm and I responded to his last pm in this thread:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1795588.msg17909066#msg17909066

Quote Lionidas pm: "You heard of Class action law suit before? You know what that means don't you?!"

G-P: Of course: https://game-protect.com/full-flush-poker-litigation/

G-P: In the Unites States not, but abroad yes. And all those cases are outside the US.

Quote Lionidas pm: "Why would I who lost money in these fraudulent actions from this corporate conglomurate with Cloudbet who is failing and falling now(they are at their weakest point act now or else it will be too late, they run away to tax haven hideaway!) and this Ezugi casinos even want to put any more in the toliet with this bs situation?"

Yesterday arcanaaerobics opened this thread: Cloudbet casino's live dealer provider are scamming on all Blackjack tables

Today arcanaaerobics confirmed his alt account Lionidas, as he referred to the pm conversation I had yesterday with Lionidas:

Quote from: arcanaaerobics
And all the pm's show you are "asking" for money for not doing anything I couldn't do myself.

3957  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: best gambling site? on: February 21, 2017, 11:35:35 AM
Tell me best gambling site .
1)should not be sport gambling site .
2)should be simple bet for high/low.
3)should be accessible in mobile.
4)should have 0% house edge .
5)No charge for withdraw .
6)Have sudden deposit facility with at least 1 confirmation .
7) Trusted 100%
Cool No limit of gambling in any way .

There is a lot of site which meet this requirement though. Like bitsler, crypto-games.net, bitvest and moneypot apps. These apps that i really recommend for you to try since, it already well known for their name. And btw there is no single games that dont have 0% house edge. Every site always have minimal 1% house edge which is you will against house. Different with PvP games which has 0% house edge but you against players which is unpopular among gamblers. And btw why there will be no charge for withdrawing? Compare to your win i think withdrawal fee is not really much though

Not every site has a minimal 1% house edge. SafeDice has a 0.5% house edge.

Yes, i know that safedice is an exception. That is why i said most gambling sites have 1% house edge as their standard. And mostly higher than 1% house edge will not attract any players to play on their site. That is why most of site always make 1% house edge as their standard. But if there is other sites that offer lower than 1%, that is their rights though. Because gambling site wants to get profit too, if they think below 1% they can earn good profit so it does not matter
Any idea why Satoshidice think they can charge 1,9% house edge (double like their competitors)?
3958  Economy / Gambling / Re: [SCAM] mBitCasino just CLOSED my account after a 3.5BTC I TRIED TO CASH OUT!?! on: February 21, 2017, 11:22:40 AM
You had created two separate accounts on their sites with the same name (yours) Roll Eyes ??
That is what I got from the response from the mbtcasino representative.
Is that right? Tell us that can't be so. Sad
Because if it is infact true then they have you by the balls so to speak because it is stated in their T.O.S you can not have duplicate accounts using them and have one active while trying to do a withdrawal.
You have no traction in your argument and might as well cease and desist right now.
Because they can prosecute you by their laws since you are using their site which is their property and not yours.
And those two accounts I registered were by error on my part and did not have any kyc or aml verification on them at all so it was not an issue like the one you are in now.
You are over a barrel on this one bud.
You better stop now before you start to regret it if you go forward with what your trying to do.
Extortion is an offense and you do not know the laws where they are located even if you did know where they are for real. Their chat service is outsourced and not the actual location of their main company or operation. Even their marketing directors are from different locations you do realize this don't you mate? Undecided
Since when can an illegal casino have juridical valid ToS?

- Despite from the point that you can not have a legally binding agreement with a domain name.

- Despite from the point that you must agree to the ToS when sign up. But the words terms and conditions are not mentioned when you register and they are also not directly visible on the webpage (required by civil code of Curacao)!
3959  Economy / Gambling / Re: [SCAM] mBitCasino just CLOSED my account after a 3.5BTC I TRIED TO CASH OUT!?! on: February 21, 2017, 12:28:10 AM
Again, I don't want to respond so please refer to a previous post. mBit is a scam quasi-licensed online "casino" - they're not Apple, Google, or Megaupload, as I'd mentioned in a prior post.
mBITCasino is not licensed!

You discuss about non applicable terms and conditions -> funny Smiley
3960  Economy / Gambling / Re: [SCAM] mBitCasino just CLOSED my account after a 3.5BTC I TRIED TO CASH OUT!?! on: February 20, 2017, 10:27:15 PM
Quote
Terms and Conditions of Use of Services of mBit Casino

1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the usage of games provided through www.mbitcasino.com as well as other URLs provided or licensed by SoftSwiss LTD (“the Websites”), as may be specified from time to time.
You can not have a legally binding agreement with a domain! Legally binding agreements are only possible between natural or legal persons. They must state the operator Direx N.V. in this "terms and conditions", to be juridical valid.

I believe you're getting confused...

1) The Domain idea came out AFTER they negated a partial settlement - this is a means of protest and warning others. There is no legally binding agreement with ICANN or whatever host I used to register.
2) Yes, I've contacted their regulatory agency... please read the updated 1st post.
It appears you are confused: Smiley

1) I don't speak about your domain case. I informed you that there is no legally binding agreement between you and Direx N.V., because they speak only about the domain name mbitcasino.com, but you can not have a contract with a domain name = no juridical valid terms and conditions.

PokerStars example:

Quote
Please note that the agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, Rational Gaming Europe Limited (=company) ("Rational Gaming") and Rational Social Projects Limited (=company) ("Rational Social").
-> between you and the company xy and not between you and a domain name... understood?

Despite of this, the ToS must be easily visible/findable and not hidden in the sitemap. LOL Also, when you register, they don't mention anything about their ToS. This is not in accordance with the Curacao civil code.

2) I did not say anything about contacting their regulator
