3961  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoin price based on bitcoin price? on: May 25, 2018, 11:39:39 AM
When I was still very new in it, I couldn't notice anything about it but now I have also noticed that when the price of bitcoin falls, it drops the prices of bitcoin. For the increase of bitcoin, I do not think it affects altcoin so much like it is for decrease.
3962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL is the only policy. on: May 25, 2018, 10:22:14 AM
Market is fluctuating today a lot . But I hope it will not continue. So I am applying HODL at this moment.
What is your policy at this current market volatility?

I don't believe every coin is suppose to be held for eternity. Coins like bitcoin to me is not supposed to be held in such way because the coin has potential for profit anytime any day, so why do I have to hold it if I'm seeing is going to drop beyond my entry price? So, I rather sell, make my profit and wait for another good entry position
3963  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: paper Trading, who do it? on: May 25, 2018, 08:56:49 AM
I have been told by a lot of good traders that before I become a pro trader I need to paper trade. Who does it and can some one share his experience and strategy for me to learn. It Is even effective in making one a good trader?

I believe that what you mean by paper trading is same thing as demo trading. For my view, demo trading is just for you to familiarize yourself with the trading platform, getting use to the buttons, where to find them, making orders, indicators etc.

As for the trading experience with demo and real life trading,  they are not the same because one involves "fake" money visible on the platform while the other involves your "hard earned money" on the platform too. Off course you know the emotions wouldn't be measured in the same way  Grin
3964  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Not Sure, But look like coinexchange.io has done the exit scam on: May 24, 2018, 03:23:07 PM
If the information you gave is anything to rely on, I think we should be a little bit patient before we start spreading FUD. Obviously, sometimes things can go wrong but it is the way it is handled. Lets wait and see.
3965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: ByteBall Signature Campaign on: May 24, 2018, 10:21:59 AM
Everyone can stop complaining now about payment and if the campaign is over. Payment has been sent to those who qualified. This campaign will last 1 more week.

It's really sad to see such little faith from users, especially with how long i have been managing.

It is unfortunate when some users behave sheepishly. Well, it usually comes from dummies. They can't focus on another thing before payment arrives.

You users don't understand what reputation is, yahoo is highly reputable and your payment is just a give away. Don't always panic for your payment if you have done your job.
3966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reviving lost bitcoin on: May 23, 2018, 03:33:32 PM
I wonder how possible it is. To me I see that if a coin is lost, it is not redeemable. This is because the receiver is anonymous or either it is sent to a wrong wallet id. But if governing parties of a coin can do such, that is nice.
3967  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What’s hot in June? on: May 23, 2018, 10:13:44 AM
Nice listing and I believe they are going to fly very well. Further to this listing. Bitcoin Diamond to me (in my opinion ) is going to give a chase too in this era.
3968  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this right time to re-enter into Bitcoin? on: May 23, 2018, 05:21:17 AM
Buying now is ok. Price has been dropping since this month and I don't expect it to deep more than this range. $8,000 and thereabout is nice because next month could begin to take a turn around for bullish.
3969  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What cancer is keeping Bitcoin and the crypto market behind on: May 23, 2018, 04:37:52 AM
I do not see any cancer yet on this market. Bitcoin cash is just proving to be a good fork coin and in no way in context with bitcoin because that isn't going to happen. Truth though is that this year has not given good profit to investors but we shouldn't lose hope yet.

Last year, the market was "slogish" up until second quarter of the year too.
3970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What defines a successful ICO? on: May 22, 2018, 07:58:33 PM
If you are an investor, Progress prices are more important than exchange listings.

Even exchange listing shouldn't be utmost thing at this moment but an exchange with good volume.

What do you think is a better definition of success in an ICO? The amount it raises or whether the token is ultimately listed on an exchange?

https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3163849 "Are Blockchain Crowdsales the New 'Gold Rush'? Success Determinants of Initial Coin Offerings"

This paper argues eventual trading status is more important.

To me, I won't make a dichotomy but to simply say that a successful ico is the one that keeps to its promises, from dates, exchanges to be listed on in their road map. Keeping to everything in the white paper in general and not to vary it with time and lying to investors.
3971  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin millioniares will crash Bitcoin to $400 on: May 22, 2018, 03:07:30 PM
Well that is only a speculation but there are also investors who are not yet convince that Bitcoin price will end rising yet. Perhaps they would to wait more and sell when it is already six digits. There are a lot of investors of Bitcoin that are confident that bullish run of Bitcoin in not yet done.

Really... like early adopters are still holding on to a coin they probably bought below like $5 ?. And they didn't offload while bitcoin got to its ATH last December? -- This I doubt. The early adopters wouldn't be doing theirselves any good if they have not sold and maybe buy in again. Thats how the market will be sweet.
3972  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will AI Replace the Traditional Trader by 2020? on: May 22, 2018, 01:52:06 PM
For me nope, not possible. We have bots at the present time and they are not satisfying that purpose simply because thread is not predictable. It involves both the mind and physical body. Thus, bots are bots , humans are humans and can't be replicated.
3973  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Amateur trader question. Unintended gains? on: May 22, 2018, 12:11:36 PM
I broke my original rule of short trades. I set that limit order and was delighted to see that I snagged 2.30 BCH, but didn’t want to take the small sat loss so I let the funds linger. Slowly watching the sat fall.

In trading, it is better to keep to what is already working for you, sticking with it would see you making a consistent profit. Then you also should avoid being greedy. You don't fight back the market when you are certain you are losing the trade that you could avoid or exit at the middle rather than waiting to see the end.
3974  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin and ID on: May 22, 2018, 10:01:09 AM
Many Bank only allow +18 users to use money services is right for you?

so if this right bitcoin not need ID so under 18 years can use it

The reason that certain amount of cash is restricted or questionable when a minor is having it is to prevent them from going into illicit dealings like drugs, buying of guns etc so that they can be observed. But bitcoin has no boundaries, no limitations as to age and otherwise.

If you have large amount of bitcoin, you can play around with it, transacting, transferring to exchanges but once converted to fiat, eyes will be on the inflow and outflow because of certain restrictions as I said earlier, either because of age, cash transaction limiit etc.
3975  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin started its uplift ?? on: May 21, 2018, 07:13:39 PM
Really the etheruem coin has not been riding with bitcoin like we saw last year. As for bitcoin, it surely gives difference between buy and sell, in between being the gain or lose  Grin. It is surely a volatile coin.

It goes up and down daily.

This is what makes it the pride of every investor. The movement of bitcoin contribute so much to cryptomarket index.
3976  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Follow Strictly while trading on: May 21, 2018, 02:30:23 PM
These are nice tips to good trade performance. I like the last which encourages to learn from one's mistakes. This is how a trader can build their own strategy as he progresses from the mistake. Also, I didn't see patience on the list.  A trader has to build a level of patience, it is good for trade.
3977  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: sad news, prepare for dump on: May 21, 2018, 09:48:17 AM
This information wouldn't be a problem to the market. It is an issue of exchange delisting coin and moreover, bitcoin is not affected. Thus, it will appear as if nothing happened in the cmc.
3978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Time to Sell Altcoins on: May 20, 2018, 09:37:10 PM
The best time is simply when you have made profit from your investment. For instance, if you bought from ico or you actually bought from exchange and price has increased, you can sell if you want. Sometimes too, price can drop. In this business, delay is dangerous  Grin
3979  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Hovering Around $10k on: May 20, 2018, 08:13:53 PM
my bitcoin price will probably fall further and may hit $ 7400 later. new bounce back.

Are you really thinking that price would come down to $7,400 anytime soon? This I don't think is coming. In my eyes, I think this is the time to buy bitcoin and some altcoins too.
3980  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin loses 10% of its value after being called "rat poison" by Warren Buffett on: May 20, 2018, 06:53:06 PM
The big bourgeois understand how to manipulate the market by just rendering statement in the public arena or media and that will either make or destroy the process and progress of the market.
