3961  Other / Off-topic / Re: So how many of you went camping this summer? on: December 25, 2019, 11:28:41 AM
I got married this summer and went with my wife to hilly areas of my country. We did camping for couple of nights but majority of our stay was in hotels. Next summer we are planning for a full hiking and camping tour. such activities give boost to your energies and mood. Highly recommended for all.
3962  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-12-19] Heard of bitcoin's 'halving'? It's set to shake crypto markets ... on: December 25, 2019, 11:05:47 AM
Shake it?

I doubt it. But the expectations are clearly bullish in this regard.
If it will be bullish so eventually it will again shake the market, what scenario I am seeing is that, bitcoin price will pump and it will be overprice due to hype, then followed by a big correction which shakes the market eventually.

Over the past few halvings markets have always risen, typically around 1-2 years after the halving marks the peak of the bull market.

This seems to coincide with current market developments as well. We'll get a real shot at retesting the 5 digit psychological barrier once again and finally break out of all the bearish sentiment that is currently present within the market.
Hopefully that would happen, if bitcoin rises in smaller events compared to halving, I think we can possibly see bitcoin trading over $10,000 prior to halving. However, we should remain realistic of other possibilities that might not help to improve the market.

This time is different, market is more matured and people are getting clever.

Its FOMO and people immaturity that took bitcoin to its ATH in dec 2017. Investors are now more sensible and are not ready to sacrifice there hard earned money as in 2017. Bitcoin halving is most overrated thing of current time and many think that nothing will happen with this event.
3963  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin back to $10k soon according to Bloomberg? on: December 25, 2019, 09:44:07 AM
Almost all studies or research which is related to Bitcoin price speculation have failed miserably. The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and small technical analysis does not work here. I have heard so many of these research that I have stopped looking into them. Whatever they have analyzed I know will eventually happen. When it will happen? is the question.
I sincerely agree with you on bitcoin because of the volatile nature many people has lose money. I have decided not to follow propagation on bitcoin but buying and keep faith for it to appreciate and sell. Bitcoin will ever cross above $10,000 but what makes you money is buying at the right time and sell at the right time.

Bitcoin will surely pass 10,000$ but no one can tell the exact date. If we look back on year 2019 we will see bitcoin moving in both directions. What bloomberg is predicting is analysis based on equity trading and I don't think technical analysis of equity trading work with bitcoin.
3964  Economy / Economics / Re: ASIAN CRYPTO FRIENDLY COUNTRIES on: December 25, 2019, 08:48:23 AM
Japan is no doubt The Land of the Rising Sun for Crypto. Japan is the only country that has embraced the crypto revolution in true spirit. Ban by china on crypto exchanges and ICOs also give opening to japan to come up as crypto leader.
There are not much friendly countries in europe and america like japan and S/korea.
3965  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Merry Christmas to All Bitcoin Users! on: December 25, 2019, 08:04:24 AM

My New Year's Resolution to bitcoin and cryptocurrency:
1. HODL
2. INVEST
3. RESIST
4. TRY NEW OTHER THINGS

Christmas greetings to everyone living on this beautiful planet earth. Let's all pray and hope that the new year brings happiness to everyone living on this planet.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful resolve.
3966  Economy / Economics / Re: What if crypto vanishes? on: December 24, 2019, 04:44:21 PM
Nothing will happen as there are very few things dependent on crypto. Ten years ago there was no crypto and ten years after its launch, we are seeing crypto mostly on exchanges and for investment purpose only. There are very rear chances of crypto elimination altogether but the majority of sh*t coins will vanish very soon.
3967  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's going on? on: December 24, 2019, 04:23:10 PM
Pumping and dumping happens in every trading market. Be it crypto, equity or any other trading market. That’s the beauty of every market, it go down to bottom (give everyone fair chance to buy) and move up. Don’t take this pumping and dumping as something negative. Its due to this pump/dump billions of USD are traded everyday.
3968  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to $5k? Tone Vays on: December 24, 2019, 04:02:56 PM
Everyone in crypto world is free to give his/her opinion. Tone Vay predicting that because earlier this year bitcoin went down below 4000$ and then came back strongly to 12000$. My friend history of bitcoin not always repeats in same manner. Buy when you think it’s right time to buy and sell when you think you are getting enough profit. I never pay any attention to such predictions.
3969  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC which price it's heading next? on: December 24, 2019, 03:36:39 PM
Many have generated funds for Christmas celebrations in the latest bull run. Its bitcoin gift to those who invested their money along with love in bitcoin. I planned to buy at 6000$ but bitcoin made a strong run from 6500$.
To OP question, nobody can answer wt will be bitcoin next price. It can be anything.
3970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people still fall victim to obvious scam? on: December 23, 2019, 05:15:36 PM
This is probably due to the lack of DYOR before investing in any project. People mostly invest after listening from different people and after browsing catchy sites. Even after research, no one can be assured that underlying project is a scam of valid. ICO is like gambling , where people usually lose.
3971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: STOP BUYING BITCOIN NOW!!! This coin is crap on: December 17, 2019, 03:16:00 PM
we can say this when bitcoin is above 10,000 usd ( not to buy). But whenever bitcoin is around 5000 usd, it's highly recommended to get it. There are many people who don't agree with us (bitcoin lover). but I am sure one day they will only regret this opposition.
3972  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright: "BTC is not Bitcoin" on: December 17, 2019, 02:54:21 PM
The best thing the crypto community can do to such fake satoshi and attention seekers is by not giving any importance to what they are saying. I just saw few clips of this video and its clearly evident that its pre-planned. He will continue doing this as long as we will be discussing him.
3973  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best time to selling the BTC Now on: December 17, 2019, 02:26:58 PM
I would best time to buy bitcoin is coming right now. Price already has fallen to 6800$ and looks like it will go further down before settling at some price. Those who have bought at higher prices shouldn't sell rather HODL, bitcoin will come back very soon. Don't panic.
3974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins prices are bleeding heavily on: December 17, 2019, 02:04:44 PM
Altcoins prices are bleeding heavily, with some of the top-20 coins showing losses of more than 34% on the day.
The most popular altcoin Ether (ETH) has dropped over $50 in the last 24 hours to a price point of $156 per coin, recording a heavy loss of 24% on the day.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/tuesday-shows-bloodbath-for-altcoins-up-to-34-losses-on-top-20-coins

do you think this down market will continues and welcome back to the bears in crypto market again ?
or this is only the preparations if the market will growing really hard and the bulls will show up in the near time ?

Buy more =] This isnt that big of a fluctuation when you look at the big picture of things.

Unfortunately not many pay any attention to this side of the picture. Altcoins are not bleeding rather they are calling very loud and clear to buy them and book your future profit. In the end, we blame whales and other tycoons for manipulating the market.
3975  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bad "good" news. on: December 17, 2019, 01:42:24 PM
The best defense against fake news is always follow authentic sites and double check news that look suspicious. If you start following every news blindly, you may end up in trouble.
Not every news on this forum is authentic, you have to scroll down read comments of senior members to decide whether OP is right or wrong.
3976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to understand risk in crypto on: December 16, 2019, 11:18:04 AM
How we learn driving and understand risk associated with it? Few by taking classes at police learning centers and remaining by driving our self. Same for crpto trading, you can learn some risks by study (charts, technical analysis, news etc) and remaining by trading yourself. That's the best combination.
3977  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC rally of $9,000 ain’t enough? on: December 16, 2019, 10:45:07 AM
There is no confirmation that bitcoin is going back to 9000$ rather chances are that bitcoin may decline further to $ 6000.00 or $ 5000.00. Recovery to $ 9000 will be a big oxygen for crypto investors. 9000$ will not be enough for those who have bought bitcoin in latest bull run, when bitcoin peaked at 12000$.
3978  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Experience of A Bitcoin User on: December 16, 2019, 10:09:07 AM
Thanks for sharing this article, its informative for all of us.
Spending just few extra minutes before sending coins to any address is the biggest shield against such attacks. As technology goes up, so will be hackers strategies. We need to stay vigilant against new attacks.
3979  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are the world’s governments not using cryptocurrencies? on: December 16, 2019, 09:45:36 AM
I think it's about preferences. Although cryptocurrency has so many benefits to offer, governments realized that they will get nothing from cryptocurrency. This rivalry between government and cryptocurrency won't end very soon.
3980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If You Bought Bitcoin Each Week in 2019, You’d Be up 49% on: December 16, 2019, 09:22:14 AM
You don't need to buy bitcoin every week if its bullish trend. Its only good to buy bitcoin and other cryptos when whole market is in red. You can buy slowly to get good average in the end. To be rich with bitcoin you need to buy at right time.
