Similar to the previous bunch, all of these accounts have been used for promoting and defending AdkinsBet scam casino and, more recently, 1xBit casino as well. I haven't been able to find obvious links between these two groups, so it is possible that they are managed by two independent individuals or a small group of people.

3962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: June 27, 2021, 09:02:29 PM
Still, LTC was the second cryptocurrency to be released, and despite being a BTC clone, it was always better and more evolved. If the crypto market finally goes bullish again, I am confident that LTC will follow and the price will rise; but, if anyone believes that LTC will go on its own bull run due to Mimblewimble or any other technological advancement, I am skeptical.
LTC was probably not the second cryptocurrency to be released. NameCoin was. Correct me if I am wrong.

I believe you're right. According to the bitcointalk, NameCoin's ANN was posted on April 18, 2011, compared to LiteCoin's ANN that was posted nearly six months later.
Additionally, before LiteCoin there was another fork of Bitcoin that is still active today: Ixcoin.

I have a feeling that sweden will have a long run in this Euro as they finished above Spain and they barely concede goals and also their match up system looks kinda fair...and with this being said , don't be surprised if you see Sweden in semi-finals or even the finals. It's even England or Sweden in the finals but hard to chose from Italy/Portugal/France or Belgium on the other side of the Euro2020 Play-off panel.
A group stage ranking dosent mean much but they got a good draw. Honestly they got a good chance to win against Ukraine,Ukraine has struggled a lot in the group stage, but im expecting lots of goals in that match

Sweden are also my favourite in this match, and they have impressed so far in the tournament. It was only by a hair that Ukraine made it out of the group stage as one of the top four third-placed teams. When we look at clashes with strong teams, the Ukrainians played well against the Netherlands, but lost the game nonetheless, while they had very little chance to score against Austria.
3964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC price VS gambling on: June 25, 2021, 09:41:59 PM
Therefore, it is advisable to spend bitcoin, not hold.  This is money.  Money cannot be taken too seriously.  Otherwise, everyone will call you "stingy knight".

Not a good idea for people who just earn an average amount of bitcoin.

Let the spending and selling to those who afford to sell at any price. No need for an average earners or small holders to participate in that.

The market is manipulated. No need to follow the right path that we need to spend bitcoin because of the idea that money can't be taken too seriously.
I also disagree with the person that you are quoting, the point of bitcoin is to give you full ownership of your money, something that cannot be achieved with fiat, so if someone wants to spend all the bitcoin they have on their hands then that is their call but if someone else wants to keep it and save as much as possible then that is fine too, also when we take into account how fast the price of bitcoin grows, the instability of the fiat system and that we need to save for our future then it is obvious I prefer to save most of the bitcoin I got.

Bitcoin is conceived as electronic money and that's why I believe it should be used that way. If no one were spending and no one was selling then there would be no bitcoin in free circulation in the market.
While there's nothing wrong with accumulating in anticipation of a better price, but what would anyone buy if there weren't sellers on the market?

The Labouchere strategy is also popular. It's a bit more complex than the Martingale and Fibonacci strategies and is also known as the cancelation or split martingale.

I'm not familiar with this one, I think I'll take a look about this strategy.

You have a good description of the Labouchere strategy on the wiki:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labouch%C3%A8re_system
and also on the official website of Seuntjie's DiceBot:
https://bot.seuntjie.com/BettingSystem.aspx?id=2

As I mentioned, the strategy is a bit more complicated, so using a bot is preferred, but it can also be done manually with a little help of a pen and paper.
3966  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the martingale system sucks! (doubling down on losses) on: June 25, 2021, 09:07:16 PM
I understand that the martingale system is flawed and the casino still has an edge over you, because they have unlimited money, while our bankroll is much smaller. But what other system should we use then? As far as I am aware there is no system that is better than a martingale approach. With the doubling down strategy we have a fixed betting size, that guarantees us to recover all our losses from the previous rounds. The tail risk is that we lose 10 times in a row.

There is no such thing as a guaranteed always-winning strategy. If such a strategy existed, then any provably fair casino would go bankrupt. We can use different strategies to increase our odds, but sooner or later the house always wins. It's just math.

The Labouchere strategy is also popular. It's a bit more complex than the Martingale and Fibonacci strategies and is also known as the cancelation or split martingale.

3969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Finals in June 2021! on: June 25, 2021, 06:58:22 PM
One thing I liked about Hungary is that almost their entire team was of Hungarian descent (the only exception I could find was Loďc Négo). On the other hand, the Western European nations fielded squads that were predominantly composed of players who were born in Africa or Latin America. Obviously in football the eligibility rules are quite tight and you can't include non-citizens in the squad. But many of these players (Kimpembe, Pogba, Mbappé, Dembélé.etc) had the option of representing their country of descent as well. They chose European countries for obvious reasons. Now this is a disadvantage for the poorer countries.
You forgot to mention Willi Orban, he was born in Kaiserslautern, Germany and is living in Germany for his entire life now. He even played for the German under 21 national Team. In 2018 he decided to play for the Hungarian national team instead, i guess because he thought his chances for regular appearances are higher there than in the german squad and it worked out for him as he is a starting player their. He can play for Hungary because his dad is from hungarian.
On the subject of the French national team. France used to be a colonial power. That's why there are more people of African descent in the country than in other countries. It is true that they are over-represented in the national team, but it is a fact that black people are usually better athletes and coaches will always just the best players that are available to them.
I would say that there are plenty of players like that in history, and not just in football neither, there are tons of them in basketball as well, specially American players who are not good enough to be in NBA end up playing in other teams at euroleague and then they become the nationality for that nation. No idea how that works, I mean think about it, you are not REALLY believing you are from that nation do you? Is Wili Orban 100% feeling like a Hungarian? No.

It means why would you pick that nations team and why would that nation accept you, but for some reason both players and those nations fall in love with each other and sometimes even become bigger than the players from that nation because the outsider wants to prove that they really want to and work really hard versus the player who was already born there and do not care about the result.

Well, he was born in Germany, but I guess Willi Orban has some Hungarian roots. Orbán or Orban is a Hungarian surname and even occasional first name. In German it would be a variant of Urban.
I have not looked into it, but it is possible that he has dual citizenship because he has at least one Hungarian parent.

We've got Michael Saylor hoarding

We've got millions of people losing their keys

We've got guys like John McAfee dying, maybe with thousands of coins locked up forever

How does this not end up where a very small group of whales own the majority of coins and the rest own a miniscule amount of sats, and/or progressively more and more get lost throughout time?

Bitcoin is 12 years old and some say 6 million coins are lost at a guess.. The fact they are gone forever, to me suggests that this cannot be 'the future of money', as more and more will continue to be lost each year.

First time I had chest pains, I woke up at 3 in the morning thinking I was having a heart attack. Pain to the left of my sternum going all the way from my front to my back. First time I had chest pain that actually felt like it was inside my body. I was panicking and trying to get out of bed but couldn't because of the pain. Ended up dragging myself out of bed sideways and collapsing on the floor.

The thing was, as soon as I was upright, the pain went away completely. I sat upright on the floor breathing properly again, then tried to go to bed again after about 15 mins. Pain returns with avengeance. It was only happening when my body was vertical. I figured it wasn't a heart attack, so I spent the rest of the night sleeping upright in a lounge chair.

It was a bad case of costochondritis (from stress and overwork) so much that one of my ribs had slightly dislocated.

Still, it was enough to scare me into getting healthier.

I dont 100% know if this is a scam but 100% know that every sign point in this direction and that I feel scammed and I can't go on risking paying another 90-100$ to hope to get the prize they promised. It is right there on the exchange but I can't withdraw them. Any serious exchange would allow me to top up with the remaining of the 0.0032 BTC they demand and not having to deposit ANOTHER 0.0032.

Thank you for reading. I hope someone can figure out more about this

Unfortunately, you definitely got scammed and I'm sorry to hear about your loss. At least you have learned a new lesson.  Tongue

No legit exchange will ask you to make a deposit in order to get 'verified' or have your account 'activated'. This type of scam is quite common in the crypto world and is probably one of the oldest out there.
There are many threads on this forum that list hundreds (or even more) domains of scam exchanges, so if something doesn't smell right, or if you're unsure, never take any action without asking the community first.

As for your deposit (it is a small one thankfully), it is now too late, but such warnings may help to prevent new victims.

Pricao sam s jednim direktorom banke u HR vezano za crypto, i on je prvo pitao "a sto je pokrice koje mu daje vrijednost?".

Pa, to i je logično pitanje budući da nam je cijeli monetarni sustav tako postavljen. Što si duže dio tog sustava, teže ti je shvatiti (i prihvatiti) 'out of the box' rješenja.
Što si mu odgovorio? Ja uvijek malo zapnem na tom pitanju jer mislim da nema jednostavnog odgovora kojeg možeš sročiti u jednoj rečenici.  Cheesy

PSG have agreed a record deal with Inter Milan to sign 22-year-old full-back Achraf Hakimi. The deal will pay the Serie A side up to Ł60 million (bonuses included) for the Morocco international who will sign a five-year deal in Paris. Chelsea were also interested, but sources claim the European champions never made an offer. Instead, PSG completed one of the biggest deals of the transfer window so far.

Thanks for your suggestion. Currently, I use 750x700 for me images, because some people are surfing the forum via phones with smaller screens.

Although it is a wise decision, as Rikafip suggested, you don't have to use both parameters. It is usually enough to specify a width parameter, and the image will resize proportionally.
At the moment, your images look distorted. Try editing your post and see the difference.
