The potential of Bitcoin is still tremendous. 24/7 unblocked low charge instant payments are here to stay. The disintermediate nature of the Internet will also capture the world of finance and take a part of the payment business. If Bitcoin continues to survive, $50k is still in the cards.

Even in this slump, the future of Devcoin shines bright. With each step, its mission strengthens.

Perhaps I will reach a trillion Mooncoins, but BTC.... 

I am waiting for a killer application for Bitcoin to really take off (a Trezor device or something else that will make Bitcoin cross the chasm).

I could not imagine companies wanting a website other than providing info and who had an email address other than your fellow student also having a Pegasus email account at the University's computers in 1995?

That stupid feeling afterwards made me jump into Bitcoin as soon as I learned about it. But the majority will do what the group is good at: resist change, regardless of the obvious. It will take time but it is inevitable.
