3961  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: The most important part of investing in bitcoin is timing. on: July 10, 2019, 11:17:11 AM
It is obviously right timing isn't working in all investors. In some cases that investor never risks their money at the bear season as they usually think that it will get worse in the coming day but the are actually wrong and they are just losing the chances that could be doubling their money counts.
This to look that if we are investing early this year, we are making it huge but its too late to realize. It means that we are in wrong timing if we are investing today.
3962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Timeline for the altcoins to have bull run. on: July 10, 2019, 06:56:07 AM
Regarding altcoin today it is very difficult to predict something.  This complexity is aggravated from the moment when Bitcoin improved its price by almost 4 times first in 2019, but altcoin did not follow it.  apparently, indeed, society pays the most attention only to those coins that have the most prospects in the future.
Then don't focus on altcoin, if you are holding, keep holding until they rise.
The best coin to trade now is only bitcoin, take notice and you will see how profitable it is in bullish times, 5 to 10% is easy doing day trading.

For long term holders, don't react on what is happening now and let bitcoin be more dominant until it will become stable as afterwards that's the time where altcoins season will begin.
3963  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risks to consider before trading? on: July 10, 2019, 06:32:34 AM
How many times have I tried to trade, I have always left the market with virtually no profit.  Perhaps I have not devoted enough time to analyze and study the market.  Although it seems as though I have initial knowledge, it is very difficult to navigate.

Most probably, you need to learn from your mistake you will improve.
It's only you who can help yourself, if you really are interested in trading and want to be successful on it, you will not just stop, instead you will take the challenge.
3964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is parlay an effective betting strategy? on: July 10, 2019, 06:09:04 AM

Just avoid being caught up on decent overall odds on random matches. It's really attractive but risky.

I know the risk but higher odds would give more entertainment to me, and by the way, don't worry about the risk as I don't put a decent amount in a parlay bet.
3965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins Holders ,be calm on: July 10, 2019, 05:37:04 AM
Bitcoin was among the first crypto currencies release, it took a decade before it reaches the value, and it experienced also the up and down in value.

I'm pretty sure less than a decade.
Based on the price in https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/ in 2013, the value was 100 usd  and I think that's the first year it was recorded in value but I was read bitcoin was already traded before with less than a dollar in value.

So from less than a dollar and it reaches 100 usd, that's a big achievement already and that's a good value, but bitcoin does not stop, it continue to grow.

The pizza guy bought BTC in 2010 -

3966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How does a perfect Bounty Campaign looks like? on: July 09, 2019, 06:45:31 AM
To be honest i don't participate on affiliate links of any bounty campaign because i don't think it's profitable at all. For me a perfect bounty is that it's being managed by a reputable bounty manager, the project must be solid and has an experienced and professional team. More over the rewards must be fair and can accommodate lots of participants to have a better payout in the end.

For the bounty participants to be able to enjoy the reward, the bounty manager has to limit the participants.
Some participants would join in the middle of the bounty when they see some major improvement that could likely make successful and usually they are the high rank who own a big stake compared to a lower member, so even if some members participated early but they don't have a high stake, their reward will be affected, that's the sad truth.
3967  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is parlay an effective betting strategy? on: July 09, 2019, 06:38:43 AM
doing parlays is really bad , everytime you make a parlay bet you are just giving your bookie extra money ...

I read this kind explanation from some people and I really believe on that.
I do parlay but not on my regular betting which I could use a decent amount of money, let's say the amount I use per bet is 100 usd in flat betting, I could only spend a little extra which is 10 usd for a parlay bet, so if I lose that, I would not hurt that much like my regular per bet.
3968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TWN - Decentralized News Platform! on: July 09, 2019, 06:14:45 AM
After waiting long enough, until now there has not been a sign that there will be a resurrection from Twn. It seems like the information has to be maintained, both from the team and the bounty manager himself. can't analyze why until there is no further information. Is it from friends who share information that they can share here?

Forget about this project, I think it's more than buried, I still have some tokens, but for me they're worthless, the rest that I had, I managed to sell for a reasonable price...

I will not totally forget this, though it looks like dead right now but this coming alt seasons might make this alive again.
You are a lucky investor as you manage you sell somehow but for those who hold hoping one day it will give them profit are still hoping things could change and they'll have the opportunity to be profitable again.
3969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: July 09, 2019, 06:05:15 AM
Once Manny gets tired, Thurman can go for the kill.

I'm sorry but did we see Manny got tired in any of his fight?

I think that's why he is winning because he is too condition and the only way to beat him is through bias decision or if he is hit with a lucky punch.

5 billion npxs and 29 billion npxsxem will be burned at 14th of july, check here: https://mobile.twitter.com/Superbit123/status/1146455587103870976/photo/1

Even though they will implement their burning strategy whether it will really the coin to increase the price of NPXS/NPXSXEM because their supply seems to be very high but we don't know exactly how long this burning strategy will keep continuing in order to reduce the supply of these two coins.

In other other side there's also impact with the price if ever they will keep burning supplies, after all when demands grows the value will follow,
we really needs to see good movement from the team and how they will continue to attract new investment to support this project.

From the company point of view, they are actively developing their blockchain in order to distribute more POS machine to other countries. According to technology development, they are doing their best in order to adopt more POS machine from different countries. Let's hope the best with pundix company.

With that, we should not loss hope about this project, if we just look at the current price now, we might panic, but it we let ourselves aware of the development, we will its potential in the future, and that's the right thing to do.
3971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao Now Stands as Favorite vs Thurman — Sportsbooks on: July 09, 2019, 03:49:47 AM
Thurman may be younger but pacquiao already proved his reputation to the boxing community. He already defeated some world champions before and been undefeated for some years. It's obvious that pacquiao has greater odds on sportsbetting websites. Imo this is just like his previous fights, pacquiao will win and he'll earn more money again.

Even if he lose, he will still earn big money, but let's hope he will win so he will have more fight before he will retire.
Thurman did think he can beat Pacman and made him retire, that's mouth will be shut when they fight in the ring comes the scheduled fight, Manny will once again win and prove that he is not too old to retire in boxing.

Its not that simple. For sure he will earn a great deal of money even if he loses the fight. But in case he loses it, then his future prospects may be in jeopardy. Getting a good opponent is very important, and Manny will be getting a big boost if he upsets Thurman on July 20th. Also, in case he loses this one, then his fans may not turn out in great numbers for the upcoming fight against Khan.
If whoever lose the fight and still can fight after, the effect of the lose is still temporary as one boxer can recover and get his reputation back again.
Manny lose to Mayweather and Horn but this man still has a lot of fans and supporters and I believe his fight this month will bring a lot of audience in the arena.
3972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 09, 2019, 03:41:45 AM

I doubt we will see that KD and Westbrook tandem but well, Thunders knows how to find talents before but sadly they didn't became champs with them.
That's why they are planning to rebuild again, there are young talents that might come and lead the team to more success.
No team can make a player to stay forever, though westbrook is no doubt one of the best player in the NBA but he is not a good example of a team leader,  and we all know basketball is a team game and not only a one man game, so even with his very awesome triple double stats its still useless if he cannot lead his team to be in the NBA finals and to win.
But Kobe Bryant stayed to Lakers until he retired?

Thunders is sort of a talent scout but they should start getting their team rebuild and I hope they can cope up with the next season.
Kobe indeed stayed until he retired, they have very similar type of a player as they both have wanted to handle the ball, the good catch with Kobe he always have a good team behind the titles, that he've got role players that's willing to adjust with him, unlike Russ he's individuality focused with stats and not on how the team will win.

Kobe is GOAT for a reason, westbrook may won MVP but he is not a GOAT.
I wonder if theres a lot of fans out there who like westbrook, I think he has a lot of haters and I hate this guy because he loss against the Blazers where I bet on their team to win, you know they are the favorites that time but he is not shooting the ball well but still persist to shoot.
3973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How does a perfect Bounty Campaign looks like? on: July 08, 2019, 12:56:12 PM
the number of senior participants, I first saw how much the number of participants who had high ranks participated in the project, to be honest I was too lazy to learn a project I only relied on my instincts, I would only participate in projects that I liked.

That's pretty easy using your method, but wouldn't that affect your stake when there's more higher ranks participating in a campaign?
3974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is parlay an effective betting strategy? on: July 08, 2019, 12:35:54 PM
It depends on the game that you are trying to play. I have seen the best parlay win in Sportsbet.io IIRC, it’s a bet of 0.005 BTC in 10 games I think, then it’s football and he managed to get the right bets and won 8 BTC with that. The multiplier is so high and he is definitely a lucky man towards it. It’s like wtf and I verified it and saw it.

I think it would be dependent on the odds of the games itself. I have yet to prove myself that I could win a parlay with a lot of games with the lowest odds (meaning the highest chance to win the actual game) but it would really be hard to predict, maybe an underdog could win a game and you wouldn’t expect it still.

Mostly of it would be dependent on the luck on that certain day.

That could really happen, but I only see that kind of bet slip shared in Nitrogensports, not in sportsbet as they don't have a chat room.
3975  Economy / Gambling discussion / Is parlay an effective betting strategy? on: July 08, 2019, 08:45:35 AM
I've won some good amount with paylay in sports betting in the past but when I start doing it in a regular basis, it seems my overall return is negative.
So my question, do you bet on parlay and why?, and what's the biggest odds you've won so far?

3977  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A real decentralized exchange on: July 07, 2019, 11:26:48 PM
I used Idex very often, since on this exchange it was possible to sell those coins that were not on other exchangers.  But as for forkDelta, all coins are sold there, including garbage.
Yeah, everything  where sold there but how about the price it looks like? Probably nothing and nobody is buying those garbage.
I really appreciate this exchange cause they automatically listed new coins but somehow the price aren't giving me satisfaction, it is very low and ain't favorable to us.
3978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Timeline for the altcoins to have bull run. on: July 07, 2019, 10:43:24 PM
Everybody really hopes about the bullrun of altcoins. BUt fo course, we may not only wait for it to earn the profits. So far, altcins are still recoverying. Although several days ago the BTC signed the bullrun, it dropped now and has a more stable price. I think that altcoin itself will ne more times to gro and near to bullrun. We cannot predict the exact time for this.
Though the current trend of altcoins is not good but I don't consider that to be at negative side. Maybe we could say that, this year isn't a perfect time for altcoins but of course, we can't still disclose any possibility that it will surprise us in the coming days.
We are still in the 3rd quarter and could expect changes in the market flows.
3979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Bounty Programs Really Work? on: July 07, 2019, 10:15:55 PM
Initially, the purpose of bounty programs is to help the project team and developers promote their new projects. Working or not a bounty program will depend on how the BM manage and control the bounty. However, so far, it works so much. But of course, it will also depend on the projects itself, interesting and trusted enough or not
Even though they hired BM to manage such promotion but still can't be guaranteed for it growing marker demand. It is all about how the project it looks like and how developers working on it to look attractive by investors. Bounty hunters participation is just helping to promote their project but we can't rely them for the future of this project.
3980  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC procedure in online casinos does more good than bad or the other way around? on: July 07, 2019, 10:02:19 PM
KYC done to any site or anywhere if it is not registered by the authority or by the government could be harmful as you might not know where those data could be misuse and how it can effect you. So people do not prefer to use such types of sites where KYC is required.

Yes, there might be some sort of security breaches when this KYC will invade your personal privacy as a person. We don't know what lies behind this registration, it might be used against you in the future. Online gambling casinos shouldn't b requiring that kind of customer transparency of identity , because all gamblers wanted to anonymous.
Supposedly it should be, but as I observed now there is a huge numbers of gambling site are requiring KYC upon registration and it is our call to decide of giving our personal identities or skip. And the fact that they require KYC, we have no choice but to follow if we wanted to be. But anyway, they aren't forcing us to join with, its still depending on our decision.
