We're registered in the UK, we have a registration pending with the FCA in the UK (which was an optional requirement which we opted for).
As a company, you were registered but as an exchange, not yet. Anyway that's your prerogative. So many exchanges are not legally registered that have been in operation. But with the legal registration, adds credibility and trust to the users. |

Past couple of weeks / months masternodes popped out of the ground as mushrooms, we want dont want to be seen as such a coin. We have a decent idea, a real purpose of the coin and a motivated team to hit our roadmap goals. If you read our whitepaper the idea will hopefully be clear to you, now we should take care that we attract real Intermodal businesses and get these companies as investors. If we are able to pull it of all depends on if we can get them adopted to start using IMC in their daily operations. We just at the start and we already are in discussion with some smaller Intermodal companies and have an agreement with some already to buy from us in ICO. You are absolutely right. So many projects with masternode feature to earn fast money. And also I hope whatever is on your whitepaper will be realized. So many projects with very detailed wp but they ended up not successful. |

This kind of project is not the first one to venture on intermodal industry. But the last one, Ive encountered last year seems to be not successful with this platform. But since you said you have the capability to make this reality because of your combined experience in the intermodal industry, then please make your services be available to them. Most of the projects will market that they can do this, do that but ended up nothing. I'll wait for the time that you will really serve this industry. And not only promises.

I am not saying that you are wrong or that you are scam. i will not say that because i am not God and so i do not know your heart.
But come to think of it; how different will a scammer speak from the way you are speaking?
Have you ever followed a scam coin to see how they work? There isnt much of a diffference. They also premine a little which is actually very significant compared to current supply. THey hold it themselves and DO NOT give it to a reputable escrow service with terms and conditions just as you are holding it yourself.
THey dont also publicize the premine address for all to see.
They seemingly vehemently support the project also just as you are doing. they bring more people on board though airdrops and other means also just as you are doing. Depending on how ambitious they are, they get it listed on very good exchanges.
I mean to say they also work like other good coins whiles slowly dumping of new buyers who are deperate to setup masternodes or start staking or hold some coins with the hope of the great future being promised by Dev.
They can also dump heavily at the spike of a very big volume.
Either way they project leader abandons the project after a few months.
So why should we take you for real?

honestly, I thought this coin is dead already soon after the launch, especially after polls and votes for MN cost.. which makes me wonder if Dev know where is he is going.. and if he really has plans for the coin's future.. surprisingly the coin is still alive and there is even an exchange and now a working wallet with MN support.. so let's wait and see what happens .. maybe he can make it Lets see i can a sure you, you won't be disappointed. A plan to do great things with this coin cant wait to grow are team even more and release our road map am trying to release it this week  I wonder what great things are in store for this coin. Too many projects have roadmap just for shows As I understand some projects tend to change their plans depending on how the sales are going? Is that right? Also, it's good if the plans are achieved according to their roadmap even if in case they will not achieve their targets. Most of the good projects just die down because of lack of funds. |

Yeah, his second commit on github pointing to solaris ann thread. Not so clean after all. Yeah, it is nothing wrong to make a forks, but at least you can spend some to make it right. Sadly this one is a waste of time. Wrong specs, no info and no communication from "Dev" The dev should at least be visible here. Or he's checking this out with his alt? It is very rare that a coin satisfies the most stringent requirements from the very beginning, rather the opposite, but it usually does not affect the possibility of an early PUMP - it's a clean lottery, so why not take part in this crazy lottery? More than likely, that scenario would happen on this one. And the ones who benefit from all this are those that got it first and of course the dev team. |

And regarding how you will generate the income, I thought one source is from the ads but you said from the small exchange fees. From the sound of it, he's pretty serious of what he wanted to embark on. Though the features of Marbles have been introduced to other altcoins already, but if the dev is really serious in developing this and have constant communication with the community, he can build loyal supporters here. He just don't need to break the supporters' trust.

Okay, given the fact that you hit your soft cap at the shortest time possible but guaranteeing that this will have no single point of failure is too much. Please don't promise too much because if this project will encounter obstacles someday, it will lose its credibility.

What we are getting across is that we are not reliant on one single project to make the ICO a success, we have multiple liquidity drivers with businesses backing Yield Coin. Therefore, even if we do hit obstacles along the way we still have other liquidity drivers to fall back on. Great to hear that. Might look deeper into this project and might be worth in the future. I need to read more info regarding this project. Attending such conferences is an indication that this project is real. |

Regarding the dates on the roadmap, the indicated dates, are the announcement dates but we understand that it might be confusing so we are considering to not to show announcement date on the roadmap.
