What a ride. I have to hand it to burnside and the_swede, I think you guys made the right decision. It's not perfect and a bunch of people will be unhappy, but it was probably the fairest decision given the circumstances.

So now that this is done, see you in the post-IPO orderbook battlefield Cheesy

(And don't forget the other cryptostocks as well, I've heard some guys left cheap shares lying around)
3963  Economy / Securities / Re: [PicoStocks] 100TH/s bitcoin mine [100th] on: July 31, 2013, 12:04:58 PM
Week begins at monday and ends at sunday. Today we have wednesday. So, there's still 3-4 days left before it may arrive. And even it will arrive expect 2 days before it will be hooked up, configured and mine. This project begun half year ago, 3 days that way or another don't make any big difference.

You underestimate flexibility of week in case of ASICs Bitcoin

So I finally decided to catch up on Labcoin to see what all the fuzz is about and HOLY SHIT LOOK AT THAT ORDER BOOK

Regarding the tape-out discussion:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=170332.msg2832504#msg2832504

Hi Guys

We would like to say that. Yes....we did tape-out of the ASIC some time ago. The exact details of the ASIC schedule, volumes, vendor etc. is kept internal since it's very sensitive information towards competitors. The product development tasks are on-track."

We are still on schedule to begin shipping in September.

Thanks
KnCMiner Team
3967  Economy / Securities / Re: [PicoStocks] 100TH/s bitcoin mine [100th] on: July 31, 2013, 09:46:50 AM
eventually each share is supposed to be 200MH/s. Right how we are at 1/1000 that rate.

i thought i read something before  $5/ GH, if its $100/.2GH/S  eh thats a little scary

At the current Ask of .43 BTC and the current Gox Price we're at USD 47,- / .2 GH

If 100TH ramps up to full speed the next few days they are going to have 25% of the network Cheesy (just for a short while... just the tip)
3968  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: How Many would like Wifi for KncMiners? on: July 30, 2013, 08:28:06 PM
lol, yes because i forgot we all love having wires everywhere, they are so nice. fucking retard. I hope you plug your laptop in and have a 200 foot ethernet cable to walk around the house with. Ohh but yet again, you probably just have one stationary desktop to be confined too, since trolls need confinement.

so you're going to take your KnCMiner for a walk around the house? Grin

You clearly missed the whole point, KNCMINER as in a single miner, I plan on having multiple KNCMiners, which will require the power to be spread out across different circuits, which according to the multiples of dumbasses to stay wired, which would require running ethernet wires room to room, like a complete moron.

I was just kidding, I understand your point Smiley

Nonetheless, should KnCMiner decide to not add WiFi to their boxes, there are a couple of options to work around this problem (eg. Ethernet - WiFi dongles as mentioned by BkkCoins)

We of course don't accept pre-orders.

Go do research. Figure out how this works. Just based on your questions you've done none. These are the same questions placed in every single IPO thread it seems and people need to invest time before they start investing money. Don't listen to what anyone says here because in all honesty any number they give you is pulled from no more rational place than their own ass.

+1 - my estimate is 90% ass sourced. Wink

about 80% of the estimates on this board are ass sourced!
3971  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: July 30, 2013, 02:55:53 PM
1 shares= 1/100'000*200TH= 200Mh/s right?

So price per Gh/s is: 5*0.016BTC=0.08?

You need to approach it differently: How much will BTC Garden occupy the total network hash rate? 10-15%? Owning a portion of the company means you get a "percent of a percent." You're not buying bonds but into the company's plan of maintaining a sustained network percentage.

Also it's 10.000.000 shares, so make it 20M/Share.

But yeah, what Franktank said.

Don't panic yet. There's still more than a month to go. When we reach the end of September and they need "two more weeks", that's the point where we can start panicking. Wink
3974  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: How Many would like Wifi for KncMiners? on: July 29, 2013, 03:09:31 PM
Neutral. WiFi is a nice to have, but I don't really deem it necessary.

Hesitation can be indicative of procrastination, anxiety, and a fear of progress.

A moment of clarity & decisive action can detfeat all of these things.

i like your nick.

They're doing a standard cell ASIC, not a mere FPGA copy over.

Which ASIC vendor and which process?
Not sure either's been announced. But they have said it's a standard cell ASIC and not a mere FPGA copy-over.

The only info I've found is that ORSoC has some deal with eASIC which is more FPGA like than ASIC despite the name.

eASIC? they're supposedly working on 28nm chips for ActiveMining as well. Interesting.

44GH sind 44000 MH

Anscheinend Englisches Tausenderzeichen, 44.024 GH dürften also schon korrekt sein Smiley

Karnigel, du hast dich trotzdem um ein paar Kommastellen vertan. 200 von 44.024.000 sind nicht 0,0454% sondern 0,000454%

http://www.onlineconversion.com/percentcalc.htm

Regarding the VAT Bug:

Seems like the total gets calculated correctly, but the single items keep the VAT.

ie.:

2x BitBurner XX     EUR 249,90,-
1x Can bus Cable   EUR 9,52,-
-------------------------------
Total                   EUR 218,-

Might have been just me though.
