Already i sold all of my coin.and earned a huge profit.some coin i got from my bitcoin and few i bought from the exchange with low price.when the price was reached $600 then i sold all my BCC and make a good profit.Price already dump and may be it would be $100 within few days.
I didn't even have any, but if I got I might still hold it . Not hoping for it's pump just to remind myself that even once BCC exist and it makes a great panic before it created. Not yet, I want it to get stabilized. As all of my BCC came to me as bonus (for my BTC). I would like to store it as an alt for long term. Can't predict the future here in cryptoworld. BCC can one day rise again. |

Hey  What is a good way to store many different altcoins? My PC situation atm is not reliable. Got one laptop who overheats and turn off randomly and another one with failed USB ports etc. I dont expect it to live long. So having multiple wallets on either of the laptops dont sound like a good idea to me. Dont like the idea of browser wallets. My alternatives are: - Use my current laptop. Can I just backup my wallets somehow and store it on my NAS? - Buy a very cheap laptop with Windows 10/Linux and use it as a wallet. Only connected to the internet to transfer. - Create a wallet VM. Got a ESXi server. Then backup the whole VM several places - HW wallets? Is there reliable one who can hold all/almost all altcoins? - Can I use ARM devices? RPi or Odroid. Reliable? I find this wallet thingy to be very confusing. Up to now I just kept it all split across 4 exchanges. Reached 3600UD in value today I feel it is time to move it to a better long therm place If you are a regular trader, split the coins on different exchanges, online wallets and soft wallets. If you are to hold them for a very long time (or at least some of ti), write them down in paper (Print them). |

Hopefully, BCH will recover ones the transactions are stable and blocks mining get faster by reduced difficulty. Still I think considering the current Hash rate they need to reduce difficulty drastically so as to make network faster.
Once miners find rewards of mining they will slowly start to move in. We need to give some breathing period to this new coin.
We all definitely hope like that. What you say that's right but OOT

Which you predicted is a true he up to 500usd but now BCH is experiencing a sharp drop.my opinion in this month he will stay at 0.1BTC he will not rise 0.2btc again this month of August.but I Will buy a little again today with price 0.074btc for keep watch if it later rises to 1K usd Price depends on the number of users and uses. Miners will always mine that coin which would be beneficial for them. Bitcoin is the indisputable leader in SHA section. It's hard for another SHA coin like Bitcoincash or Litecoin to compete with it. |

Bit of a newb question here, but it has to do with selling my altcoins. So I bought Ethereum when it was $200, and now I want to sell it. Make a nice little profit there.
But wait! Now bitcoin has gone up to $3100. When I bought the ETH, Bitcoin was only at about $2500.
Am I losing anything? Am I gaining anything? Or has nothing changed? This one is a bit of a mind bender for me.
Bitcoin is the mother of all cryptos. So, the future of crypto lies with the bitcoins. In my very personal opinion, buying bitcoin is better than any other cryptos. But to diversify your investment, you can buy other cryptos using your fiat. Use alts as your backup plan. |

Genesis mining and Hashnet (Bitmain) are real miners. (Proof: Their signed mining address) and I can vouch for them.
Minergate too holds a large pool and might have some good mining hardware and is my second choice.
ViaBTC, one of the largest exchange and pool are also offering cloud mining service.

Looks like India does have a fragile batting line up,they just lost their third wicket,i used to watch cricket in the early 2000s but lost interest because it consumes a really long time to get to the results which is not suitable for the current day and age as it is difficult to find time .It looks like a spinner friendly wicket and Herath bowling the second over of the match indicates that it will be difficult to bat on in the third and fourth innings. I was wondering, is it possible to mine Bitcoins with just my laptop in terms of hardware? I am unable to afford the physical miners and I am interested in getting started.
With the rise of ASIC miners, mining bitcoin with CPU is not possible (you may never get a block or share on mining pool ever.) But if you insist on mining, you can mine other coins like monero. With just old i5 GPU, you'll easily get about 30H/s on average and running them a week, you'll get equivalent of 0.00125 BTC in a week (current rate). |

I think they are confident about bitcoincash being limited as a minor altcoins.
It's not the first time that bitcoin have been forked. But with many major voices (of miners) with Bitcoin cash, it may rise to some level to become Top 10 crypto.

Currently, the last few days have shown that Bitcoin is currently in one of its most stable periods ever.
The price has stayed relatively the same for around a week after the minor dip.
So, without volatility how else do you make money?
I'm thinking of investing in loads of altcoins that have gone down in value significantly (over 50%) - Altcoins seem to be a lot more volatile so I'm hoping that they will bounce back and go up in price substantially.
Hence, why I am investing in so many (albeit with only minor amounts in each one). I am hoping that just one of them will go up in value and pay off all of the other investments that I had made, plus a hefty profit.
Is this a stupid strategy or is it genius?
I based it off Charlie Geller and Jamie Shipley's strategy in the movie 'The Big Short' (They managed to turn $100,000 into $30 million after five years). They invested in unlikely opportunities that were significantly undervalued because people thought that they were much less likely to happen than they actually were. So most of the time they were wrong, and lost their investment, but... when they were right, it paid off big time.
I thought the same while I entered the trading market. But the coins that got low often got abandon before I could dump. The only way to succeed in alt trading is to invest in the coins that have a something to stand out from the crowd. |

If you intend to do so there are two major things for mining.
Temperature and Electricity.
Go to as cold place as possible, AFAIK Malaysia have larger temperature variation within places.
Go for constant and cheap electricity. If you can't depend on grid, set a solar.

Can't say much as now. Most people thought BCC/BCH would be quickly dumped but someone/many people are constantly buying BCC/BCH. Either they are pumping the coin or they think the coin has a bright future. Depends much on how Bitmain uses theirs hardware. |

It has one of the most controversial and confusing ticker.
Many exchange like ViaBTC (the main supporter of coin), Bittrex, Yobit, Bter etc are trading it as BCC.
While Kraken, Cryptopia etc are trading with ticker BCH.
