Ok. A new FailCoin logo is masterpiece (for me, best of all Coin logos and i`m gonna do T-shirt with this logo) and new FailCoin team is do impressive job.
T-shirt will be great.  Maybe we will invest in t-shirts and we will sell them for FAILs. That is a big step tho... we'll think about it. At that point we need to secure the network... |

Hi. I do upgrade i and see one connection (like before) but wallet stay out of sync. I try a few combination of conf file but again stay out of sync. I back old FailCoin-qt and other old files and it`s gonna sync. Any idea how to resolve this?
I am now working on it.... stay FAILed with the new wallet. |

Wallet updated but no node to sync... any hint?
Try those: addnode=188.40.252.207 addnode=212.5.50.12 addnode=188.126.29.181 P.S. I have no problem with syncing (Windows wallet), but I will review it again. Europex already updated their wallet and didn't report any issues. |

MANDATORY UPDATE! UPGRADE YOUR WALLETS!!! Why:
1. FAIL was forked and now total amount of coins will be 84,5 BILLION.
2. Difficulty will re-target using Digishield.
3. Changes will affect after 55,000 blocks (we are now on 52,720).
4. Reward will halve every 70,000 blocks.
5. New Windows and OSX wallets are availible. They are based on 4.8.5 qt and they are with Hearthbleed fix!
6. Links for the wallets and source are provided in OP.
How:
For every end user (assuming they are Windows Wallets)
Each of these steps must be done:
1,) Make a copy of the wallet.dat file located in C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Roaming\FailCoin
2,) Close the original wallet
3,) Download and extract new wallet + dll files
4,) Remove, delete or overwrite the original Failcoin-Qt.exe and .dll files with v2.0.0.0
5,) Double check you have done step 1!!!
6,) Run the new v2.0.0.0 wallet
7,) Ensure that the wallet is synced
8,) No need to create confAt block 55000 any old wallets will stop working and will be disconnected due to an invalid Proof Of Work. |
