3981  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Setup & Troubleshoot] Bitmain AntMiner S1 180GH/S miner on: March 02, 2014, 01:46:16 PM
Wow, 1.35BTC deposit to have you part exchanged while it's still under warranty?

I don't know what to say here.

They've been ripped off before by sending replacements but never getting the defective one back. Leading some people to lie about it being defective to steal a second one.

Don't you have to send it back first to get a replacement?

3982  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Antminer U2 on: March 02, 2014, 01:45:06 PM
I don't understand the purpose of these USB miners.

They will never make ROI, plus don't they have to be controlled by a computer?

And how much power does that consume?

Is this 25GH per H-Card at €250?

3985  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [group buy] The plan for the hosting dragon 1T miner in china on: March 02, 2014, 12:45:16 PM
I would be interested in renting the 1TH power on a weekly basis instead of purchasing and hosting it with you.

Do you think that is possible?

If yes, at what price?

I think you should consider my offer as it will attract more buyers since not everyone can afford $6K

Maybe we can make a deal, as I'm talking it through on skype.

I can break my purchase up with other people....if this is legit!

Well, find out and let us know Wink
3986  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: 1T Miner Testing Evaluation on: March 02, 2014, 12:43:38 PM
jesus does it ever stop here?

DO NOT...I REPEAT....DO NOT buy anything fro this seller.

Why are you acting like this?!
Just doing business here, and i can not receive so many positive feedbacks in my shop if i were a scammer!!
Ricci

You did not receive ANY feedback yet.

You posted photos of someone elses feeback score.

The pictures don't prove ANYTHING.

You could have visited a manufacturer and taken those pictures.

If you truly do have that many units then I dare you to point 10 of them to mine at the bitcoin address in my signature, only for 10 minutes.

Make sure you use eligius and post the status here.

Thank you

To be honest with you I used to have Satellite internet before I had access to DSL and Cable.
And let me say that I do not remember one time that I had a problem with it for the entire 3 years I had to use it.

I do have to admit that it is extremely expensive.
But personally I never had problems.

I am not saying there might not be any downtime but I doubt that will be from the provider.

3990  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Setup & Troubleshoot] Bitmain AntMiner S1 180GH/S miner on: March 02, 2014, 12:50:53 AM
got one on the last batch that i cant get into. lan port lights up, but the side lights on the boards do not.

thoughts?

Judging from my experience and from what I can tell, the side lights start flickering when the miner is actually mining.

Check your network settings.

Remember, most Ants from the latest batch come with an IP: 192.168.2.xx

Notice, it's 2 now not 1.

all 8 i got on this batch state 1.99 on them...

OK.
Can you access the Ant and set your preferences?

Can you ping google.com from the Ant?

3991  Economy / Services / Re: [SELLING] How to buy bitcoin with credit card instant on: March 02, 2014, 12:08:20 AM
Hi, selling method to buy instant bitcoin with credit card, from 100$ to 1500$.

Selling for 0.05BTC

How about giving this info for free?

How would that work?

Here is how....

Create an account on Virwox and verify it.
Neteller will also do the trick since it has unlimited funding options.

Deposit money from your VISA (either directly from Virwox or Neteller).

Convert your deposited money to SLL, then to BTC.

The whole process takes only about a couple of hours to have the BTC in your wallet.

Now you know how to do it for free!

S4 I think it's kind of a waste of time...the guy has so many ids who knows what he is up to...he's got scams for his scams.  There are so many inconsistencies with this bs story if you try to list them out you begin to feel a bit like Alice...lol

You see iglasses, this guy has no option.
He had invested all he had in this.
So he is trying to make a ROI.

That, however, is not going to happen.

3994  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Antminer S1 Sales open] Price changes daily, now 1.37 BTC for 180GH/s on: March 01, 2014, 06:35:58 PM
How about people pay the proper customs and obey their local laws?

Why not. im paying 25% from my wages toward tax bag, im paying 300gbp every year in road tax, im paying duty in overpriced fuel. im paying tax on alcohol, vat on mobile, vat on internet etc. why not pay full price for miners. Why not!

Why not. Give up your passport, say bye  and move to Africa - Zimbabwe. Roads may have bumbs and electricity.. meh maybe. But no vat.

Bitmain is only playing fair declaring real value.

OK, first let me say that avoiding tax is not a good thing, because as much as we don't like our hard earned money being spent by someone else, it does help your country even by a little bit.

That being said....
Why shouldn't I enjoy the fruits of my labor?
Why should someone else take 3/4 of it?

3995  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [ CLOSED ] VX-1 Miner Group Buy - Free 1 TH/s Miner Giveaway on: March 01, 2014, 06:14:44 PM
I let it ride for a few weeks, but i cant resist any more. ( http://www.vxminers.com/blog/2014/03/01/chips-are-production-has-begun )

Looks like a few of you are going to look insanely stupid in about 19 days, and for the one of you who insists on looking like a retard now. NOBODY SHIPS ANYTHING TO KING COVE ALASKA MORON, IT'S A REMOTE VILLAGE. They have to have them shipped to town then go pick them up, but you just keep on keeping on like you know something mate. I'll be sure and quote your story after people get their miners to shred your trust and reputation to shit.

That's funny....
I thought the guys had satellite internet  Roll Eyes

Busted once again mate....

FART OFF!

EDIT: I am considering posting a thread about this in the SCAM ACCUSATIONS.
So, unless you can come up with some valid evidence like in a few hours then I will do just that.

EDIT 2:
Funny how you both (vxminers and you) posted news at almost the same time.
What gives?

EDIT 3: I am glad that you have learned how to use Photoshop.
Did you buy it legally or is it pirate?

EDIT 4: You don't have to wait 19 days, I feel insanely stupid from now.....

3996  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement: Bitmain launches AntMiner solution, 0.68 J/GH on chip on: March 01, 2014, 05:38:57 PM
Is there stock available? Website isn't very clear...

Unlike other hardware vendors out there Bitmain !WILL NOT! allow you to buy one of their units unless they are in stock.

If the store allows you to buy them then they are in stock and will ship as indicated.

+1

1) 2th miners created in their own private lab
2) all + posts are from newbie shills
3) too good to be true price.

Don't let greed get to you, this is clearly a scam

I know  Grin

That's why I challenged them to put their hashing power where their mouth is Wink

EDIT: Even one minute is good enough to publicly prove they DO have that much power.
I don't need 5 mins.
I WANT EVIDENCE.

 Huh
3999  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: SMiners.com :: Shared Bitcoin Mining Plan on: March 01, 2014, 09:10:05 AM
Forget the pictures.

Use the bitcoin address in my signature and mine to it for 5 minutes at full speed - 42TH.

That should prove to me that you have the speed you claim you do.

If you do have that much power count me in for a few THs.
