I shouldn't cashout at 32x, maybe next time. My bad, in this case, I apply for a 25x slot. Thanks for correcting my mistake. If the slot is filled by another member, and the previous step on the ladder is empty, shouldn't the winner will be awarded for that empty slot? I checked the rules of contest again but there is no rule about the precise number. Clear-cut roll number rule is not listed on rules: 1 claim per round ID- 1 claim per account on roll hunt numbers. ( I don't ask both 25x and 30x, if the number busts on 32 and the 30x is filled by another member, automatically the previous one have to be awarded.) 2 claims per roll hunt number( for example x10 can be claimed by 2 different users)- NO comment, I don't think I violated this rule too because I have not been credited yet. ) Users who post the same roll ID as 1 previously posted cannot make the same claim. (There is no competitor with the same roll ID.) I played with rules, never broke any rule. Let's imagine, one user applied for a bonus and made a cashout at 99x. I don't think you will ignore his 50x claim and refuse not to pay. If I was wrong, I am honest enough to accept my fault. Why this extra stress and additional rule after the user winning the prize? Cashout x50 = $300 I am sure the manager shows the point of reaching the threshold amount, not the exact-precise-absolute number as you mentioned. Let's imagine again the rules on game, I am not supposed to put auto-cashout on every bet which can not be edited after the game starts. I am sure you understand how unfair is to get 10x which is the minimum prize whilst there is a chance to cashout at 20x-30x or even 50x. If I think wrong, please change my mind. Sorry if it is too long. You technically should not have been paid the bonus since you cashed out a multiplier already won. Since all the x30 have been claimed you technically did not qualify for a bonus. Being as the rules may not have been so clear, the owner has credited you with x25 bonus. This will not be the case from here on out. 1 way to avoid this sort of confusion is to set the autocashout.  if you're chasing x10 you can set the autocashout for 14.99 or lower and you will have no worries on not making the correct bonus level. Again make sure to check the spreadsheet and see which numbers are left as well. Hope this clears up any confusion on the contest. |

Why we hadn't heard from you when I have raised the flag? Answer would simple, the team hadn't contacted you and didn't explained about the situations. Same thing, there wasn't any kind of explanation to defend them and when I have seen their new announcement thread then I felt it's quite important to raise flag in order to warn peoples. They use same domain because it's already old and obviously I appreciated that in my previous post. You have your own opinion and you are open to support or oppose flag its depend on your beliefs, I won't argue in that nor I will. Any site can scam at any point. we have no idea of knowing when or why a site ends up scamming. Having a neutral in their trust here is good enough for now. Tossing out flags when nothing was stolen is a bit much though.
Have you noticed anyone raised flag for a new gambling site without any clue? Even we don't know who will scam but we can't raise flag to any companies without any clue. This is flag type one since there is still possibility of happen scam. I am not saying they will scam, but they could or could not, who know? I don't think its appropriate to turn feedback neutral for now since I believe still there is risk (I believe), ofcourse all DT members opinion couldn't same. If they prove themselves trustworthy in future, likely I could revise feedback or not it depends on situation. If they were asking for money, then I would jump on the red flag train with you. I have no clue why OP of that topic edited topic nor why betnomi didn't respond to scam accusation...
I could ask the owner to respond here as to the reason. Account was a newbie then and could have likely gotten pissed off at the accusations and red tags and just left the forum. Who knows, I don't really want to speculate much on that particular issue when I can just ask the operator of the site. **EDIT** Looks like the operator responded above. I also feel like the flag against them is a little overboard. Maybe I'm biased since I have been working a little with them, but no money was taken in their ICO, they've shown proof that the team or some members were real(not sure if all members were proven real), the original scam accusation was deleted, and the owner came back to promote on his tagged account. BTW, in my opinion the Final Tournament should be with direct/manual registration. Imagine uninvited players joining via leaked passwords? Even if they not gonna get paid, they could be friends or multiaccounts, = team play. Only 9 players will get in the game. If there are 10 or more in, then 1 of the 9 are untrustworthy. I am pretty sure i'll be 1 of the 9 so that would mean 1 of the other 8 are an issue. I'd hate to have to give neg rep over a fun game. Not to mention I would probably decline to set this up again or exclude the other 8 from playing. I would think we can all trust each other somewhat but i've met a lot of shady poker players so who knows. We will cross that bridge when it comes. Only way we can do direct registration is if SwC will set it up. Could be an option. Anyone know who CTOptimal is? I have no record of them paying the entry fee.

I was made aware that you had already made a cashout, but you have another 50 on your account that you can play on or Withdraw. An error was made in the rules when I posted the thread that is now fixed. Users are only able to win 1 roll hunt bonus and claim 1 deposit bonus. Rules have been edited in case anyone was wondering. |

I have big problems with SwC page today. I get disconnected and then when it connects me again I can't sit back on the table. I have to close the browser and re-log again. Anybody with same problems or some trick to solve it without re-login. Are you playing via browser ? I would try to download the client, never had issues with it: https://swcpoker.eu/downloadI have the client and face the issue quite often. Really pisses me off when i'm playing high stakes chinese poker and lose a load due to disconnect. SwC needs to address this issue but seem to ignore it when someone reports it. |
