The only main problem is mbappe was not interesting in signing a long term deal with chelsea. He demands 1 year contract with chelsea caused by he will be picking which team that's gonna be his new home next year. Chelsea can't accept it and then it seems like that the deal with mbappe already cancelled caused by chelsea has no interest to buy mbappe for only 1 season. Chelsea wants long term contract with him. Mbappe needs to find another team.
It's likely mbappe will always stay in PSG till next season will be starting. There's no team that is willing to spend a lot of money to buy him with only 1 year contract. Saudi club was the only answer for mbappe. 

pep guardiola is very shrewd in choosing the players bought by man city, even though the price is expensive but gvardiol's potential to bring man city back to become the Treble champion is quite big, he is a very good defender, Gvardiol's performance statistics for Leipzig last season were very good so Pep Guardiola really wanted him to be at Man City, i can't wait to see his first appearance with Mancity when they face Arsenal in the community shield later.  Kovacic and Gvardiolvtgey are really Man City's best signings this season.

The Saudi league would continue to survive and perhaps thrive not just for the next two seasons but many more seasons to come.
