Altcoins rise won't be able to kill bitcoin position ever. Bitcoin will always remain at top in crypto market. Btc is adopted as a payment method at various platform. Only few altcoins are adopted at small platform. Bitcoin have much popularity and strong position among all cryptocurrency. Moreover btc marketcap dominance stay above 50% most of the time. So clearly altcoins can't replace bitcoin from my view.

There is no surety but I hope we are going to see bitcoin price new ATH this year. Eth will take little more time to cross it's previous highest price. Most other altcoins will cross their previous ATH price when we will have a perfect bull run, maybe we are going to see it on next year.
