41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bminer: a fast Equihash miner for CUDA GPUs (6.1.0) on: April 08, 2018, 12:44:05 PM
Is there a way bminer work with 13 gpu (nvidia) ?

Linux supports only max 12 GPUs WITH video output.
If you have GPUs without video output, then you can use more than 12 GPUs in one rig for mining.

For about one hour is it possible to purchase ASIC miners to mine Ethash coins as ETH.
905 USD include PSU to mine with 180 MH/s and 800 W power usage, delivery in July 2018.

As soon as the first badge is in the market we will see that Equihash difficulty will increase
because many GPU miners of ETH will move from Ethash coin to Equihash coins like BTCZ.

https://shop.bitmain.com/product/detail?pid=00020180403174908564M8dMJKtz06B7

Looks like Vitalik Buterin gets a problem ... "ETH is ASIC resistant" is now history.

A few points:

1) BTCZ is Equihash, not Ethash.
2) $1000 (with PSU) for 180Mhs at 800w is not that good to be honest. Yes, the equivalent Mhs GPU setup would be around double the cost but the risk of the ASIC becoming a brick from forking is huge. I know there are other Ethash coins but still, I don't look at this ASIC and get excited to buy one. I prefer the flexibility of GPU's. Also, Antminers are really, really noisy machines so really, only farms are going to buy this product and if you're a farm owner would you take the risk knowing that ETH could fork? I wouldn't.
3) Mining BTCZ has been more profitable than mining ETH for a very long time.
4) If we have new miners come onboard then it's all good - the coin gets more exposure and growth. There is enough BTCZ supply for everyone to have a slice.

Seahawk,
thank you for the correction. Have changed it in my post.

LTZ-Team,

I found this address [L1Suj2KfNXJWdj9rtn7fGh7oBYRD9cPgHVX] which is collecting by Proof-of-Stake 49,490 coins in one block.
Total received PoS coins until now 63359.85050700 .

unfortunately, I did not find a link to your site. can you please tell me where can I see your road map? Has your token already listed a coinmarketcap?

Good day
You can find all necessary info on first page.
Our site is: https://btcz.rocks
Coinmarketcap: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoinz/

Thanks - we are in the process of re-organizing the ANN OP.  Please pardon our dust Smiley

PERFECT! The split was not good for coin progress.
Many thanks!

...

Yeah Equihash is my favourite NVidia algo. I've got a bunch of 1070's mining BTCZ at 100w and averaging 4.2 sols/w. Pretty happy with that.

Seahawk, a question please: I've tuned my 1070 Ti and set power limit to 126 W, I get 4.2 - 4.4 Sol/Ws and a hashrate of 430 h/s without OC.
With overclocking (200/1200) I reach 515/530 h/s. What are your results.
Many thanks for a reply.

That is on DSTM miner I guess. Been using Bminer lately with PIMP o/s ... at 110W same OC as you, 4.6+ Sol/W ~ 515 Sols/s - 9 x 1070ti doing 4600 Sol/s.

Thank you so much for your numbers and especially for your advice about bminer! I love bminer ...

8 x 1070 Ti tuned - power limit set to 126 W and 200/1300 OC

how should Bminer bat file look like if i would like to mine something on suprnova?

can any1 paste their own miner bat files?

https://www.bminer.me/examples/

Here you will find it what you are looking for.
Good luck!

Putting all my hashing power on this right now. Even at the current prices BTCZ is generating good income (I'm going to hold it though).

Good call.

Been mining since December and did quite ok, without selling a single mined coin ... did pick up a bunch at 22 sats Cheesy ... so I'm expecting a huge rise in Equihash coins in the next couple of months.
Come summer, all the Nvidia cards will go off ETH and mine Equihash since it runs on much lower wattage and heat.

ZEC is good, ZEN and ZCL bit crap, HUSH is ... just meh but I mine it too since it dumped.
BTCZ is one I have almost half my hash on and rented some on Nicehash too. Great coin to mine and I see way more ... uhh .. community ... ahem .. whales ... Wink

With my 1070 rig (not Ti's) on DSTM I can get up to an average of 495 sol/s on 180 core 1000 mem but sol/w drops to 3.5, the rig runs much hotter and is not so stable. Electricity costs are quite high here (UK) so I prefer stability, lower heat and higher sol/w.

I get 497/522 with core 200 and memory 1200 (1440 is too instable) and Sol/Ws about 3.96/4.05 .
Never heart about bminer. Any links to check it? Thank you.
