41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptocurrency replace other currencies? on: October 29, 2022, 09:04:46 AM
There is no doubt that cryptocurrencies have many benefits over existing physical currencies, even the value of crypto currencies is getting stronger from time to time even though basically investing in cryptocurrencies carries a high risk.

Some of the benefits of cryptocurrencies are that they are universal, transactions are carried out quickly, are transparent and can be carried out privately without the need for the help of second and third parties.

It is not impossible if one day crypto currency can replace the existing physical currency.

43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk is one of the keys to be 100k$ per Bitcoin? on: October 28, 2022, 09:14:23 AM
The rise in the price of bitcoin is everyone's wish for the holder of the asset.

But I don't think the influence of the bitcoin price increase will be limited to an individual, indeed Elon Musk has had a good effect on the price of crypto assets for example on Dogecoin tokens and also Elon Musk can do some manipulation in the market with his tweets, but I doubt his tweets has more effect on bitcoin and I don't think it can affect the market significantly even in the short term.

Perhaps the increase in the price of bitcoin assets will reach its peak when almost all countries provide the best access to holders of these crypto assets
44  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Education seems to have failed in some developing country on: October 28, 2022, 02:34:51 AM
If there is a question about whether formal education guarantees employment then the answer is No.

how can that be? educated means you gain a lot of knowledge while attending high school and are trained that you should be able to use the knowledge you gain to create space for yourself in the labor market even if there are no job opportunities,Education will give you some skills that make you different from an illiterate person.

but in developing countries without a school certificate you will find it increasingly difficult to compete. work so that education is needed, what must be changed is that the educational curriculum in schools does not only focus on knowledge that is not relevant to the world of work in the future but also teaches skills.
45  Economy / Economics / Re: Russian Gas ban - A problem for Europe or suicide for Russia? on: October 27, 2022, 04:00:42 PM
Regarding the issue of Russia's prohibition of selling its natural gas to European countries, it may have a bad impact on many people in that country.

but Provided supply does not fall below 50 percent of the maximum natural gas demand from the industrial site, BASF can continue to operate Ludwigshafen, which covers approximately 200 production sites and requires 6 terawatt hours of electricity annually, but at reduced capacity. The exact reduction will depend on the availability of gas, as well as substitute oil, BASF told Reuters.

but said if supply fell significantly below 50 percent over a sustained period, then companies would have to shut down production activities. BASF said it would prioritize which factories to shut down first following discussions with customers and politicians, adding that some of its products are critical to the food, pharmaceutical and automakers.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Point Do You Start Accepting Bitcoin as a Payment Option For Your Business? on: October 27, 2022, 12:30:24 PM
The discussion about What Points You Start Accepting Bitcoin as a Payment Option For Your Business is very interesting, but it must first know the model of your business, for example, your business requires a fast turnover of capital, it could be a legitimate payment through bitcoin currency will be a bit hampering Your business capital turnover is due to the payment system through bitcoin currency when the current market price doesn't seem very profitable.

Meanwhile, if your business model does not really require a capital turnover that is too fast, the digital currency payment model can be very profitable because this is a long-term investment that allows large profits when the value of the bitcoin currency rises high.
47  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What problem does Bitcoin solve? on: October 27, 2022, 02:54:25 AM
Whatever the intent of the creator of bitcoin we often hear is that sathosi nakamoto could be designed for an easier payment system without a second and third party intermediary.

And it is also possible to make bitcoin a P2P (person to person) service, which means borrowing money in the currency of a country directly between creditors / lenders (lenders) and borrowers (loan recipients) based on information technology.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would the world be if Bitcoin wasn't created on: October 26, 2022, 11:33:44 AM
Maybe if bitcoin is not found we will not be able to invest independently without the need for a second or third party even though it has a fairly high risk.

In my opinion, if bitcoin is not found, the one who will benefit is the government of a country and the banks in that country, especially if there is a pandemic problem like now that is engulfing all countries in the world.

And I think many people are grateful for the existence of bitcoin, because with bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, it can simplify investing independently without involving many parties.
49  Other / Archival / Re: Most investors think regulation is a good thing on: October 26, 2022, 05:28:46 AM
Regulations in a country or a well-organized government system as well as layered rules for most investors who will enter a product industry in various worlds may have obstacles for the entry of these investors, but with these regulations at least it will provide security and supervision guarantees for investors. investors as the main financiers will not open cryptocurrencies in the world.

Basically the concept of cryptocurrency is no centralization, no KYC, everything is anonymous and without third parties. But at the same time, without regulation, a large number of scams and scammers emerge, many crypto exchanges in the market can manipulate prices.

At least the regulations that are implemented as an example of the existence of the KYC system are nothing but to create a conducive ecosystem and also to facilitate efforts in a country which of course will have a significant impact on job creation, especially in encouraging the country's economy.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: Savings during inflation on: October 26, 2022, 12:53:05 AM
Inflation can be said to be a ghost or a real threat to all countries in the world and no one country wants to experience it, as for what inflation is? Inflation is an increase in the price of goods or services on an ongoing basis within a certain period of time, this increase does not only occur in one product or commodity, but covers several or almost all aspects.

This increase in the price of goods or services is the impact of rising production costs such as raw materials and labor wages.

And also another cause of inflation is the instability of the amount of demand and supply, as well as the level of circulation of money circulating in the community.

Well at this position I think saving and investing in assets such as finished products or stocks is always a better choice than saving money in the bank during inflation.

This is because the value of assets will increase over time, while the value of money stored in banks will decrease.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins is a good way to keep and save money or not? on: October 25, 2022, 02:10:35 PM
Stablecoins are digital currencies that were developed to minimize price volatility. This type of cryptocurrency is a digital currency that is pegged to the value of other assets, be it fellow cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies, or trading commodities or other commodities.

Storing stablecoins can be a safe step in entering the world of cryptocurrencies even though basically in buying and selling crypto assets there is no guarantee of security and even has a high risk of loss.

Based on various sources, for example, the world's largest stablecoin by market capitalization is Tether, where the price touched US$ 0.9978 per chip on June 13. As of today, the digital coin (token) codenamed USDT is trading at US$0.9992 per chip, according to data from CoinMarketCap.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency and Gambling on: October 25, 2022, 09:55:58 AM
Cryptocurrencies and gambling may have some similarities, for example, both can be accessed online, fast-paced in the transaction process, but both have differences, among others, if gambling depends on chance and luck while in the world of cryptocurrencies we can study charts or candles.

In the world of cryptocurrencies, it can also be divided into several categories, some are staking and some are playing in the holder method. I think there are some differences in gambling and cryptocurrencies, if there are some people who think cryptocurrencies are gambling, I strongly disagree because cryptocurrencies can be learned and there is knowledge.

There may be a fact that some people think that the world of cryptocurrencies can be equated with gambling because buying and selling crypto assets is an unsafe investment, high risk, and there is even no guarantee from various parties in the transaction process.

But keep in mind that high risk means you can win big or lose big in the process.
53  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto prices crash as threat of war looms on: October 25, 2022, 05:32:37 AM
The price of bitcoin fell due to the war between Russia and Ukraine which greatly affected the prices of other digital currencies, we know Russia is one of the few big countries that have investors in the cryptocurency world, with this war, it absolutely has a big influence on the price of digital currencies, especially bitcoin, why so? we know bitcoin is like a benchmark and price benchmark for other types of digital currency.

For example, when the price of bitcoin increases, whatever the percentage, you can be sure that maybe 75% of other digital currencies will also go up, even like now when the price of bitcoin has decreased, we can see it on various digital currency market sites such as coinmarketcap and others, then other types of digital currency also experience a decline, even the percentage is almost close to 100%, all digital currencies have decreased.

but what I believe is that every time there is an obstacle or challenge there is definitely an opportunity, so when the price of digital currency falls, especially bitcoin we can invest in it by buying some digital currency assets at low prices like today but also within reasonable limits, don't be too extravagance that overrides our basic daily needs.

I'm still sure there will be many opportunities in the cryptocurency world, maybe there is a stigma or belief that there is a 4 year cycle the price of bitcoin has decreased like it is today, hopefully one day the war between Russia and Ukraine will be over. I'm sure the price of bitcoin and other digital currencies will increase.
54  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Currency should be Integrated into School Curriculum on: October 25, 2022, 03:01:11 AM
Giving Cryptocurency subjects as a school curriculum, maybe we should divide it into several school levels. For example, if we want to provide this cryptocurrency curriculum to elementary schools (SD) and junior high schools (SMP) it may not provide so many benefits for these students, why is that? because, students at this level (SD and SMP) may still be under the age of 17 years and we all know that the world of cryptocurrencies is a world of digital investment and trading that has high risks.

maybe we can incorporate the cryptocurency curriculum into the high school level (SMA) or into the college (university) and even then, I think entering the cryptocurency curriculum requires in-depth study from various related parties such as teachers, parents, and educational institutions in the area.

as a first step in entering the cryptocurency curriculum into schools, maybe it would be wiser for us to include it in extracurricular subjects first and not include it in the main subjects so that after students understand well about the world of cryptocurrencies with all these high levels of risk, it is not impossible for cryptocurency subjects can be entered as a subject matter in schools around the world.
55  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will Russia Emerge As The Next Dominant Superpower on: October 24, 2022, 02:29:32 PM
A superpower is a country that can exert a great influence on other countries globally. For now the superpowers are still held by America and China, the two countries are a barometer for other countries to catch up in terms of economy and technology. The Russian state is currently planning the will to make it a superpower with everything it has. ranging from natural resources including natural gas which supplies more than 50% of natural gas to European countries and the Russian military which is included in the top 10 countries with the strongest military in the world can be Russia's main capital to achieve its goals. With the achievement of Russia becoming the next superpower, we hope that cryptocurrencies in the future can be widely accepted in various countries.
56  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: October 24, 2022, 03:54:57 AM
Qatar 2022 world cup is the first to be held in the middle east, with the majority of people being Muslim, is there a local government policy to limit alcohol and the like, for example, is it done or not to interfere with the freedom of visitors to the 2022 world cup grand event?

59  Economy / Economics / Re: Running a successful business in most developing countries on: October 23, 2022, 11:46:15 AM
I use several references from various sources to guide me in running a business or the like, so it is very likely to be able to provide guidance in exploring business science in various situations and conditions, but there are many challenges that may arise to carry out the process. The policies of some elements such as local government and several other factors may want to kill the business, but with passion, hard work, and keeping things that should and should not be done, maybe that way we can maintain the new business that we just built consistently.
