How does one solomine With one of the gpuminers available to BitAsean. What do i need to put in my config.txt - on a scryptcoin it would look like this "url" : " http://127.0.0.1:44101", What do i need to do With BitAsean? So far i have been able to poolmine - would like to test solomining, if anybody knows please tell me! You should put the rpc port from the BitAsean daemon. How do I go about doing that, and where would i find this BitAsean daemon? What I did was put "pool_address" : "daemon+tcp://:", where the pooladdress used to be, didnt work, got error when trying to start miner... Sorry if this is a noobish question, only used to mineing scrypt coins back in the day ;o) Its the same you where using, just specify the port 40609 (BitAsean RPC default): daemon+tcp://localhost:40609 |

Ups, so removing it, thanks. Btw, You will get the same results mining with GPU than with CPU (cryptonote). |

Seams you are not using a correct address (invalidaddressusedforlogin). I have tried with multiple wallet address but same issue, using below command: NsGpuCNMiner -o stratum+tcp://bas.e-pool.net:3333 -u jkzoYue1AvQGypc6TmFAmoTFPfGyW5CBFWoaqyssHD3eMzwNCLCoNrpYgwqEzKa7SXeAnCnFBRUxr4T qKHGDTxns2nmbPzJSo7 -p x If you think just address is wrong, give me your address i can try to run on that and you will get free coins for your help Maybe the problem it's because you are using the gpu instead of the cpu. |

There is a problem, we should increase the max transaction size from the network, currently set a bit low.

Hey, Okay, it was a problem with my firewall. Now it says stratum authentication failed. Port number makes no difference for me. Andy It's still maybe a problem with your firewall or you are not using the correct miner command. |

The software you gave is a lot harder for me. I succeeded with CryptoNote-Easy-Miner but I can not do it with my BAS address. How do I put my address? With the config.ini file? If this is the file, what do I write? Sorry for the hassle but I repeat that I'm a newbie. Thanks for your patience I never used it, but it seams you need to fill config.ini. I think its harder to configure that the one i'm telling you. |
