There are two cases and having different consequences .
1. If Bounty got hijacked by few people (Now a days we a marketing consultancy firm observed that most of bounties hijacked by Vietnamese, Philippines multi account holders) than definitely amount of tokens they will earn will be dumped in future.
2. Bounties are for all around world people except some countries where it is illegal, Marketing campaign run for creating awareness all around the world except two three countries. If people from different part of world join bounty than it will really be good for project and it will worth it.

If we clearly talked about the in economic way market control by two terms demand and supply.
These both terms are depend on us ( We people ). For better understanding take an example for bitcoin after 2017 Fork. I mean after invention of BCH, Demand of bitcoin rose tremendously because new people attached to the community.
That's why i said we people has power to control the market, but there are many loopholes in the crypto market. Big investor can change the whole market in a day.

As we heard Facebook controversy and panama paper leak, these were big issue last year but do you think that blockchain can really solve the problem of data security through distributed legder?
There are many projects which are actually work on made product to provide the data security, storing personal data in ledger. There is one project which i really liked i don't wanna take name here because of rules in the thread, but they use Very unique method Directed acyclic graph.
I think we will be solution very soon for securing our data by using blockchain technology.

To be honest bitcoin can't be stable, i don't think equilibrium point matters in crypto currency where demand and supply is same and price stable. Can you control the demand and supply for bitcoin? No we can't control it because it is uncontrollable.
People only invest into bitcoin because of price fluctuations otherwise there is no fun of doing investment in currency which is not liable in any govt. Authority.
