41  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox EUR (SEPA) wires aren't processed either. on: June 29, 2013, 05:09:43 AM
FWIW i think they are dealing with some government(s) related issues. Probably far fetched and this is just a hunch but i noticed before several major organisations ceased to exist they had all one thing in common; delays, downtime, maintenance, unforseen issues, technical problems ... until the hammer dropped. It's possible they are spilling the beans and trying to stay alive with whatever forces they are dealing with.

Solutions ?

- P2P exchange
- spread marketmaking power through more trading/exchanging businesses in the world

OP IS A SCAMMER!

Just like you ! A scammer pointing to another scammer, really cracks me up LOL
43  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTS: BTC for Paypal on: June 28, 2013, 07:21:53 PM
Just in case it's not clear, please only PM me if you have more than a 100 positive trades (bitcoin-otc) or if you are a known exchange business.
44  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTS: BTC for Paypal on: June 28, 2013, 06:03:40 AM
PM sent.

Biggie, don't trust anybody who registered in 2013. That'll cut you chances of being scammed substantially.

Thanks for the good advise ! Seems some keep trying anyway but i hope a highly reputable trader will showup for this trade Smiley
45  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTS: BTC for Paypal on: June 28, 2013, 03:12:24 AM
Thank you, but need some one with a longer positive trading history plus ratings.
46  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: giantdragon (Peerbet) 25 BTC - Breach of contract. on: June 28, 2013, 03:11:10 AM
Glad to see both are in agreement that this whole thing is a misunderstanding. We got enough scammers as it is as i've experienced first hand.
47  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: giantdragon (Peerbet) 25 BTC - Breach of contract. on: June 28, 2013, 02:25:15 AM
So both delete the negative feedback ? Then there is no need to charge him 5 BTC for negative feedback and give him his coins back.
I agree to remove my negative feedback if he removes mine, but I think I still deserve moral damage compensation for time lost.
Anyways, I still agree to follow contract and add Inputs.io ALONG WITH direct deposits.

He lost also his time on this whole issue. Unless you do the exclusive thing he wants ofcourse. Anyway, in my opinion if you can't do what your client asked then just refund him, it's the honorable thing to do and remove each others feedback.
48  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: giantdragon (Peerbet) 25 BTC - Breach of contract. on: June 28, 2013, 02:12:04 AM
You left me negative feedback and wasted my time too, so I will be billing you 5 BTC too.

25 - 5 + 5 = 25.

Thanks!
You first send me SPAM message and started this dispute. I would never enter into this contract if know what condition do you really mean.

So both delete the negative feedback ? Then there is no need to charge him 5 BTC for negative feedback and give him his coins back.
49  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: giantdragon (Peerbet) 25 BTC - Breach of contract. on: June 28, 2013, 02:04:17 AM
giantdragon is only offering to refund 20 BTC out of the 25 BTC, despite doing nothing whatsoever. I do not accept partial payments, and I only accept a full repayment. giantdragon is claiming that it is for "moral damage for me". However, he has refused to refund the full BTC when I have tried to work it out with him through PMs.
I just offered an option to solve our dispute and close the contract.
Otherwise I still agree to follow contract and integrate Inputs.io into Peerbet (but leave direct blockchain deposits).

Ok but your client, TradeFortess, requires something which you can't / don't want to provide him. So if you can't do that then send him 25 BTC back. I mean how hard can it be to simply refund him and you all go home ?

Or send him at least 24 BTC back assuming 1 BTC was for your time you spend on this whole issue and looking at the details. (just my opinion)
50  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: giantdragon (Peerbet) 25 BTC - Breach of contract. on: June 28, 2013, 01:53:57 AM
That wasn't what we agreed to. It was Inputs.io exclusive for deposits. Without a clarifying statement on deposits, it means all deposits.
I explicitly asked you about conditions:

Quote
I agree for the price.
What obligations do you require from me?

and you had to answer BEFORE signing a contract by sending payment. By default Bitcoin deposits mean using Bitcoin blockhain, not third-party IOU.

So if you guys don't agree, send him his BTC back and the case will be resolved ?
51  Economy / Currency exchange / WTS: BTC for Paypal on: June 28, 2013, 01:50:49 AM
Post here if you are a highly reputable member / trader and send a PM containing the following:

- PP/BTC rate ?
- BTC amount to buy ?

Thanks !

52  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: giantdragon (Peerbet) 25 BTC - Breach of contract. on: June 28, 2013, 01:39:28 AM
In fact TradeFortress is breaching our contract!

I got spam PM from him:
Quote
I'll pay you 25 BTC if you use Inputs.io for Peerbet!

My reply:
Quote
I agree for the price.
What obligations do you require from me?

Thanks.

TradeFortress reply:
Quote
Sign up for inputs.io with something like btc@peerbet.org - get an API key and set a callback to peerbet.org/callback.pup

In that file, check to make sure the request came from our IP address. Look up the from email in your database. If it exists, credit that account with the btc deposited. If not, send it back with the note saying "No user found"

For withdrawals, just call the send API to do that. It's a good idea to add a link for deposits that points at the request payment URL.

Let me know when you've implemented the API, since inputs.io isn't released yet leave your current system. But I will pay you 25 btc when Inputs launches and you make it inputs exclusive

My reply:
Quote
I want to store Peerbet's funds on offline PC with Bitcoin-qt for better security and review withdrawals manually as I do it now.

About deposit API I agree and can change Peerbet's scripts to work with your service right now, but at first I would like to receive promised Bitcoins to 1G5FG5yyFjaEunXgYXVy5BP81UW1R6VGde.

Thanks.

He sent 25 BTC and THEN responded:
Quote
OK, you can simply send the coins to the offline address after recving them. But you will need to use Inputs.io meaning people need to deposit funds from the off chain network and get withdrawals through the off chain network.

I have sent 25 BTC.

This means that before receiving payment I don't took an obligation to remove off-blockhain deposits.
Nevertheless, I agree to comply with terms of our contract to integrate Inputs.io ALONG WITH normal blockchain deposits.

So what's the problem ? If you don't agree or it was a misunderstanding then just send his BTC back and all is good ?

53  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: MtGox steals 3.46700611 BTC! on: June 28, 2013, 01:22:13 AM
If mtgox does not want to credit his mtgox account then they should simply send them back to the address they came from, problem solved.
It's hard to believe mtgox would do this to one of their clients while the proof is available.
54  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bank Account Closure - Australia (possibly due to sending money to TechnoCash?? on: June 28, 2013, 12:54:41 AM
From what i read here about suddenly losing a bank account it always had to do with bitcoin / exchange in one way or the other. Asking for a reason is usually silence or you get a notification from their riskmanagement unit.
If they closed your account, didn't they at least offer you a way to get your money out if you had any in it ?
55  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: AquaMan on: June 25, 2013, 05:00:51 PM
Also gave you both a positive rep for the help in bringing these scammers to justice !
56  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: AquaMan on: June 25, 2013, 04:55:03 PM
Thank you, greatly appreciate it for confirming Aquaman is a scammer and also that Mahav guy who tried to scam me pretending John K send him an escrow contract for another BTC<->LTC deal !

Everyone, please give a negative rating to AquaMan and Mahav while at it. It has been proven they are scammers so let us prevent them from scamming other people !
57  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: AquaMan on: June 25, 2013, 04:13:08 PM
Confirmed. The transaction took place as Biggie described.

Thank you for confirming and your bother to check this !

I hope now we can put a scammertag on AquaMan, mods ?

PS: And if there is still a TRUSTED person who wants to check for himself feel free to post here and i will give you my password to verify.

The thing is, you can't just get all the mods to check, without a big scam and screenshot proof so that the mods don't have their time wasted, all you can do is have people on DefaultTrust (incl. Tomatocage and me) give them negative reputation.

Also: PM me your login details and I will check and leave negative reputation if there is sufficient proof.

Sorry, i really need some one trusted or recommended by another trusted member. Tomatocage was recommend to me by a highly trusted person so i gave him my pass to verify my story. And it's not a waste of time, tomatocage saw it fast. So any mod/admin can do the same if they want.

Right now i hope the mods/admins will act to stop this guy from scamming people.

They won't, only trust ratings will. Unless this guy made off with 1000 BTC, then he won't be getting a scammer tag, and without proof, then the community won't really put any reds on him :S

If some one trusted wants to vouch for you then i will give you my password so you can verify and give AquaMan a negative rating. I know it's not alot of BTC, but it's principle, next time he might take alot more from some one else in the nearby future and we all stood and watched ... If people see the community at bitcointalk deals fast with scammers it'll only be positive.

Don't know why I have to make myself look trusted to look at some PMs, but...

I have some decent rep from trades, excluding 2 negatives, one from someone who gave me a negative rep after I gave them a negative rep (calling me an alt of Tomatocage, lmao) and one who gave me a negative rep after I called them out for literally making a thread that said 10 names and the word "SCAMMERS".

I'm also on DefaultTrust:

Satisfied?  Wink

Ok, i see also tomatecage trusts you so i PM'd you my login details to verify and post here your findings !

Thanks alot !
