Dear team, in whitepaper you mentioned that user will have up to 1Gb of data storage space in his smart vault. What initial capacity of storage system do you plan? It will be organized on your hardware or another way? How it will be secured and resistant to malfunctions? Will blockhain keep cyphered keys to these vaults, but not the vaults themseves?
The initial capacity depends on the total users that will host their drive space. Initially, we'll setup our own clusters to support the network during the first weeks, thus space can be added by running another host. This can be done very quickly. The goal is that the network is supported by DigiPulse hosts, that get payed (receive rewards) for hosting data. Malfunctions are avoid by using mirrors of every file, so even a 50% fallout of hosts would still make it possible to recover the files. (A handful of hosts receive the full shredded parts, all others receive minor mirrored parts of the files). Depending on the setup the user selects to release the vault, the blockchain will keep AES-256-CBC encrypted keys. The vaults themselves are also AES-256 encoded, and the user can choose to encrypt the files he uploads as well. |

We have some questions in Russian thread, here they are
1. We cannot write in official Telegram channel, is it ok or maybe wrong settings? Where users can ask question and receive fast answer?
2. Stakes received in previous bounty campaign - what is their status? Are they already counted in Dashboard or will be provided later?
3. Where participants may post messages in order to receive stakes in signature campaign? Dashboard tells that there is only one thread, this one. But what about local threads? Are there any threads where participants can achieve double amount of stakes? Like English thread in previous campaign?
4. How can moderators have quick chat with Community Manager in order to receive correct answers for some tricky questions, not spotted in WP or Website?

Hi, the stakes are calculated a bit differently. Lets look at the example of Twitter bounties. They have 20% allocated to them from the 2% bounty pool. That is 0.4% from the total token supply, which together is 81,935 DGPT. Now, how much you will get from this pool depends on the total stake amount you have and total stake amount in the Twitter bounty pool. So if you have e.g. 10,000 stakes and there are 1,000,000 stakes together in the Twitter pool, you will get 10,000/1,000,000 = 1% of the 81,935 = 819,35 DGPT. Hope this answers your question. |
