Have you ever calculated how much of your total capital is in cryptocurrency?
In my case, i have 60% of my money in bank accounts, 20% in stock market, 5% in cash and only 15% in crypto.
I have maybe 99% on crypto 1% in bank account, i dont think its good to put your money in bank account unless you have a businesses or planning to open one in near future. I do put a lot in one coin which i think have a huge potential that will help me to fullfill my life in future. I do think you should put more into investments , and also you might be consider any other instruments like bonds or lands. 60% is really big percentages and so useless if you only put it in the bank. |

From analysis, it has been argued severally that hodlers are winner and earn more profits than traders, this depends on your expertise and where you fall into. The current situation now means that anyone that bought lower and didn't take profit because of greed or another reason will soon be at loss or breakeven if things continue to go down. Now many people are lamenting because they didn't expect this at this time and didn't take profit because they thought the uptrend will last more for better profit. For people that has been here for long knows the cycle and this kind of situation is inevitable. For people that can be patient I think they can still get back to the former or expected profit but this is not guaranteed. In my opinion I think it's better to hodl and take profit at the right time and wait for the dip to buy back more quantities and wait for more profit. This way you earn more profits. What do you feel is best to do when holding a coin, please share your opinions!
I been hold my coin more than 3 years , and i do feel the its good for mental healty and also best way to earn money, trading is too much for me, sometimes you lose some when you have a wrong predictions. Holding is good things when bear market happen, think it as an opportunity to enter the market, instead panic selling and waiting the next round market to going up its better to hold and just wait patiently. Its true there is a risk but i think the risk is lesser then doing trading without knowledge. |

the reasons why people still using ethereum cause ethereum still the most trustable network in cryptospace, its true there is a lot alternative that offering good price in gas but the trust and the safety concern always make ETH become number one in crypto space, people even still mine it even though its need a lot money to do it. If you talking about dex i do think eth dex such as uniswap still the biggest choices in crypto space, when we look other DEX such as pancake swap that have a bug and also recently thor chain that got hacked i do believe its better to use a good network and safety such as ETH.

If you are a newbie in crypto world you are bound to make some mistakes but this thread is for you on how to avoind making those mistakes
1. You dont want to skip the learning part- You need to have an idea of what youre going to even if it is to make a research about it. You have read about an asset before you invest in it to know exactly what they are building.
2. You want to avoid using the wrong crypto exchanges. This is one thing you want to avoid because it can make you lose all your assets. You need to research about the exchange before even registering. Some exchanges have fake volumes and are not transparent enough.
3. You dont want to rely on a single coin- Diversification is very important when it comes to investment. You dont want to put all your eggs in one basket.
4. You want to avoid the fear of missing out (FOMO)- When you see everyone buying a trending coin you dont jump in, it might too good to be true
5. You dont want to forget the basic security. Keeping your private keys safe is very important. As a newbie you should understand how important private keys are. Also 2 factor authenticator shold be added to all your exchanges
I dont think its bad to put all your money in single coins. Its depends what coins you investing and i dont think diversification is the answer for safety of investments. Divesifications in investing means you invest not only in crypto but on stock and other financial instruments like bonds and land. Its okay to buy more than one coin but you need a reasons why you buy so many coin not just because diversification but cause you believe the potential in the coin that you buy. |

I'm new to this whole thing and recently I've realised that too many projects are volatile and not trustworthy.

We were told to hold token in wallet for the long term. in the earlier stage. most projects promises holders and long term investors that holding will generate more benefits and interest if they can hold the token for long term. today, None of these tokens offered dividends for holding, rather they creat campaigns for staking and ask investors to deposit.
My questions, are the long term benefits of crypto changing or it is just useless to hold since you can partake in farming and staking programs.
Well i consider staking and farming is just like getting interest like holding and nothing wrong at all to doing it. But before you trying to get interest from a coin you need to consider how inflation that could happen cause the reward are from unlocking or generating a new coins. You need to understand the use of your token and the project behind it is crucial thing that can affect the price of the coin you hold cause it would be futile if the number of coin in the market will affect the price in negative way. |

In long term i do believe bitcoin will even rich a new milestone which maybe 100k or 150k, patience is the key here and most of people in crypto dont have it , when the price going up they just regret their decisions to sell at this price. People also oftenly jump into hype and mania and when the market in bear or correction phase it makes them afraid and sell all their asset and dont even think to buy more. As a good investors we should see correction and bear market as an opportunity to buy coins instead feeling fear that would turn out bad for your investment. |

Well i dont see the any reasons that could explain that meme tokens are going to the moon. The last pump is only because the tweet from someone famous like elon musk. There is no value behind it and even vitalik butterin just happily sell it and make it dump so hard. I do believe many meme coin are useless and you should not invest on it cause it pretty dangerous, most meme coin have an anonymous developer which i dont think good cause they might be run away and also not credible enough to take as a reason to buy the meme coin. |

I feel the Meme coin mania are about to over now cause the correction of bitcoin price. The mania makes people looking for new coins on tiktok or even in some signal coins on instagram, They will buy it fast on pancake swap with high gas and sell it immediately. Its really bad that people chasing pump coin and some people just got dumped very hard by buying this useless coins with zero project at all.

Is there any tangible reason why binance exchange is been hunted? It seems they just hate success or what? Anyways no matter what they try CZ is a determined fellow, that's why binance made it this far, it's my best exchange and won't be changing any time soon
Well i do remember when CZ said they are doing research to list only good compliance coin, but look what binance now list every useless coin in the market in the name of profit, he even delete the tweet because he dont do what he said. But is sucks when you are invested on Stablecoin then it collapse like hell, Only in DeFi this things will happened since most of the teamm there are anonymous which is very easy for them to rug pull. DeFi market will be in trouble once regulation step in and enforce law to regulate it. We will not see anymore insane APR offer in DeFi once there's a regulation monitoring every financing there. Rug pull on stable coin its freking sad. thats what you got when you looking for big apr, big reward means big risk. Big apr on stable coin doenst mean it couldnt have an inflation, when the coin too much and there is low demand what you expect for. |

I decided to check out coinmarketcap.com/new today for any new listed projects but what I saw is heartbreaking, many people are just creating versions of their own meme coins over and over, if you see this and you don't have a change of mind about meme coins you will forever be a fool  They are patiently waiting to start an hype and idiots who want to buy Mansions in a week will start buying in Definetly so sad, this is just like ICO hype like in 2017. Many people trying to make new coin through ICO process which turn out to be scam and useless project and make people lose money so much. People need to learn to stop invest in meme coin that give them promises to go to the moon. Its so sad that people dont want to invest in money game and ponzi scheme but the truth is ponzi and money game are the best project that many people take interest in. |

Uniswap have a great project in crypto space . i do think in future decentralized exchange will be much stronger.
