The reason for the pump in the prices of cryptocurrencies is not because of the defi hype, The most probable reason for this big bleeding in the prices of cryptocurrencies is because of the stock market which is not stable. The instability of the stock market is due to the effect of the pandemic (Covid - 19).

I'm a crypto enthusiast, even tho I have been in the business for long but what thing have learnt in crypto is that the knowledge you gather last year won't work 100% this year which means you just have to keep learning.
There are sometimes that I will think have become an expert and this usually result to a huge loss, and we have or we will all pass through the stage of being a newbie and thus stage is the most delicate stage because the stage determines where you are going. Newbie stage is all about learning the basics, gathering informations, gathering experience.
To me, I'm still learning and will keep learning because you have to keep learning to up to date.

Is true that making money in crypto this days is not easily because most projects did have a good plan and budget before they start. Sometimes ago like 5 to 6 yrs ago, one project will give you cool money but now there are somethings that must be in place before determining if the project is good.

2. Hard work

In 2019 - 2020 bounty project I don't think I participated in up to 4 bounty project but I really get a good reward from serve project then. I have determined that this year 2020 I will try to do more project than 2019 ad I'm looking forward to have like $500 to $1000 by the end of this year.

I think oikos is doing well presently. But in terms of investment nobody is 100% sure of a project, so investment involves risk. Nevertheless, oikos is a good project with a great team and they are working with all their powers to reach their goals. My own advice is just that you should continue monitoring your money.
