41  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading as an entertainment thing on: June 12, 2019, 09:34:16 PM
Trading is not a source of entertainment. It is a source of income and a source of profit. It involves huge risk because you buy a coin not knowing whether the price will rise or not. The price keeps changing ,but you believe you can make profit from it.
You've got that. It is not an entertainment at all considering how much money involve in here and many trader consider this as their life. Trader is not an easy job for me, some of them devoted their life in trading for the seek that they could focus and generate profit.
But,  among the struggles and losses they'll get in trading but still, they face it and continue their life as a trader.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Between ICO and IEO on: June 12, 2019, 02:41:05 PM
If I am not mistaken, by the end of 2018 the ICO project has been abandoned by many parties for various reasons that have emerged and turned to the IEO.
I think that's a natural thing because there are so many scammer who use ICO for personal benefit.
IEO is the right choice and also a little safer than ICO.
Can't be sure with that?  Would be IEO  is a sort of market diversion and people think that this is safe from any form of scam which I don't really believe on it.

As just like it happen to ICO before,  it shows great and profitable investment but from time to time,  it turns into a big scam. This could possibly to happen in IEO project soon. I hope it won't.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be junk/trash after ban in 2 big countries on: June 12, 2019, 02:13:57 PM
Bitcoin got banned in India and China so Bitcoin is worthless in these 2 countries. People of India will lose $10,000 or $100,000 if they do not get buyers in other countries at $7000.

But who will buy 1 Bitcoin for $7000 ??  Grin  Insider's Information for Gold and Silver

Bollywood superstar "Amitabh Bachchan" earned multi-million dollars by starting a Bitcoin company.

India? wtf
this country does not have a big role in cryptocurrency
but china yes, because most bitcoin hashs are owned by Chinese miners
so if bitcoin is banned by China goverment of course this will have an impact on bitcoin/cryptocurrency
but india? are you kidding me??
Yes,  they aren't big but they contribute something into the community in bringing crypto into their country.  Though they aren't that big but its still a lose of crypto.

But China will surely give a huge impact into the market, might we be able to see huge decrease if they'll be banning crypto. They announce it before(banning) but somehow their people are still taking a part of this making a way to hold back crypto into moving up again.
44  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin about to go really high on: June 12, 2019, 01:15:15 PM
If you were wondering what stage we are in atm

1-2 month btc price 30-50k, mark this post so you can get a free psychic reading later.
or as I like to think of it 2500-4000 hours per coin at min wage
Yeah there is a high chance that speculation will going to come true. Besides, I have read a thread regarding a billionaire wishing yo buy 25% of bitcoin total supply for no particular reason. If this will be realizing then a hype will be expected with the purchase of 25% bitcoins total supply will surely make bitcoin soar high. And I think it will reach to 30K usd per btc market price.
We are still in a wild guess,  and yet to know that every speculations we've made will can be possible at its near or a big opposite one.  Even we do TA's and seriously follow the trend since before but it is not guaranteed to be at exact thing to happen in the future.

To be honest, I didn't expecting bitcoin will reach back again into $20k so it won't make to be disappointed. I've preferred to be surprise.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 coins to buy today? on: June 12, 2019, 12:45:51 PM
XRP and BNB are shit. XRP is centralized, BNB is Binance backed coin, imagine what will happen to this coin once Binance get hacked big amount. I would stay away from both of this coins.
Hacking scenario of Binance exchange is already past by,  but look at to the price of BNB,  you might see that it keeps growing unlike of the other coins.
Now, if you think that BNB will dumps or even becoming dead because of that, you'll absolutely wrong. The continuing growth of BNB will simply means that even that hacking event happens but investors still giving their trust into this.

47  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bulls Facing Uphill Task on: June 11, 2019, 11:44:36 PM
Bitcoin price is showing signs of weakness below the $8,000 barrier against the US Dollar. BTC could make the next move either above $8,000 or below $7,700 in the coming sessions.

  • The recent recovery in bitcoin price faced a strong resistance near the $8,140 level against the US Dollar
  • The price is currently facing a strong resistance and it is likely to struggle near $8,000
  • There is a major bearish trend line forming with resistance near $7,950 on the 4-hours chart of the BTC/USD pair
  • The pair could either break the $8,000 resistance and rally or decline below the $7,700 support area.

This past week, bitcoin price started a short term recovery after trading below $7,600 against the US Dollar. The BTC/USD pair traded as low as $7,441 and settled below the 100 simple moving average (4-hours). Recently, it recovered above the $7,700 and $7,800 resistance levels. There was a break above the 23.6% Fib retracement level of the recent decline from the $8,835 high to $7,441 swing low.
Bitcoin (BTC) Price Weekly Forecast: Bulls Facing Uphill Task

Yes of course things like this are common after bullrun for about a week. Each pair needs to return to a stable price. Recovery that occurs during this time is usually quite long, but can be faster if there is good news.
Are we still in the correction stage? Maybe yes! The market isn't strongly going up and it could be easier for the price it drops back at any time. We climb up high into $8.7k but last week we dump again.

People are too optimistic that it will reach into %11k this month but looking into the current flows, will be difficult to make it and even for $9k. Hope this time, will have its continuous up and make another big jump.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: About New Altcoin's on: June 11, 2019, 11:27:49 PM
I do not have a 100% trust about new altcoins in the market now. I prefer to buy more altcoins that already exist in the market such as top twenty of coinmarketcap. In my opinion it will be a lot more safer.
It looks like new coins aren't have any potential into our eyes and yet, we experience a lot of losses than of making money from them. The reason will be might this, it never gains market trust from investors and its platform never give something to contribute into the community.
By looking into this, there is a big possibility that this coin will be ended badly and for sure the creators of this platform will soon to abandon this coin.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: hardware wallets safe? on: June 11, 2019, 02:59:40 AM
for myself, so far I still use a digital wallet because there is still little that I keep in my wallet, maybe it would be much better if I use an offline wallet to save coins, so that they are safer.
I believe it so,  but remember we can't keep them all for the lifetime. And if we can only make transactions without internet will consider almost a hundred percent but we can't. But in terms of security it will be more safer than of online wallets and that's makes thing prone to any hacks and losses all our efforts and money.
50  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin goes down, no new rich people anymore on: June 11, 2019, 02:35:33 AM
The idea that Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin goes down, there are no new people making fortune from it is a misconception. The fact is, bear market and bull market can equally be utilized to make profit only if the participant knows the strategies to do so. Trading is one of the ways to earn during bear and bull markets because traders do not need huge spikes in prices in order to make a choice (buy or sell).
I'd love to see those people went down and thinking negative when the market goes down and in the later part they're turning back again. They are just stupid and nothing to prove that they are worthy for this investment.

Anyway, there is no need to hold them and force them to believe bitcoin. As to know that,  only risk takers will survive in crypto investment and they are not among of them(us).
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OBSERVATIONS WITH SOME IEO'S on: June 10, 2019, 10:54:44 PM
Binance so far has recorded a good result generally with IEO's, the recently launched harmony_one IEO equally made a resounding profit, so far this does not apply to IEO's of other exchanges, I hope sooner others will have some good results too, this is gradually making ICO's unpopular and it is a good development

The projects presented did great performance because of the reputation of the exchange where they are being handled. But if you follow after 2 months or 6 months, would the results still be satisfying? How about those projects from Yobit or any other small exchanges? So the scenario presented is not true to all IEO projects. There are factors contributing such success - the name of the exchange, the project itself, the interest of traders, etc...
Those presented calculations are those IEO that already in the market and it is proven to be a profitable investment but we don't know that coming project if this will the same. It is all about how investors appreciate it and the team involve. If a certain project will be listed into reputable and known exchanges will surely be gaining but of not, its absolutely a negative. Have this question if IEO will be the same of what ICO shows to us in the coming days?
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: big banks going against crypto on: June 10, 2019, 10:37:26 PM
I like what @dothebeats did, investing more in crypto will seems to profitable at this time than of real assets. It is just to open up our mind and be very resourceful of anything we can do to generate money as a source.

in my opinion, to use all assets for crypto, of course, it is very risky, as well as only a few assets that are used as crypto assets, in my opinion, it is clear that bitcoin is the main choice for crypto assets or altcoins, I suggest binance coins.
Yeah, investing in crypto is risk and we know it since before but somehow we need to be along the risk cause that's the only we can make this things right. Choosing the right coin will be a best solution for not losing our funds and I'm preferred to put my money into top 10 altcoins rather than of seeking into cheap coins.
53  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC procedure in online casinos does more good than bad or the other way around? on: June 10, 2019, 01:13:40 AM
I find KYC very annoying as a person who wants to go and do things in the moment on a whim it takes up a bunch of my time and really ruins the mood i was in when i wanted to try out the website I was going to.
heck I get annoyed when I send bitcoins to gamble with and I need to wait for the confirm kyc is worse its like being in the doctors office filling out forms and waiting.
I want good instant convenient service!
I know how confidential is our identity in any online platforms, a lot of people might taking advantage of using it into illegal activities. I may think that submitting KYC it is an option to us, in fact, we have a lot of time to think. Due to some issues regarding some people using different identity(or using other's identity), it makes people keep their profile at safe and submitting KYC will be a big deal to us.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the altcoin bull started on: June 09, 2019, 11:39:02 PM
I think investing in cryptocurrency this time is good because the market seems to be bullish. However , you need to be careful when choosing the altcoins.
Your advice is right before starting. We must understand and understand all the risks that we will get in investing with crypto currencies. Our conviction and patience are very much needed in investing with these currencies.
Now, if you want more profit in here you better start it when the market at its dumps but somehow the market started to move high and it is to be a long wait before it drops down which you are just wasting it. If we have enough courage to take the risk in investing, will it's up to you and only I can suggest is to put your money in the right coin. We can't have an instant profit, it takes sometimes before it.
55  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The analytics of my betting, what does it mean? on: June 09, 2019, 10:44:47 PM
Could you  explain this? So you made a total of 4637 bet? Won 2,992 times,
Lost 1645 times
How did you manage to make so much bets? Did you achieve that with bot or manual?

So, total amount of bet: 0.9201 bitcoin?
Total profit: 0.01437 bitcoin?

-0.01437
No profit and that is so sad. I guess this is normal since every bet we make is not the same, right? The same thing happened to my cousin doing the Martingale strategy. Comparing those losses with a win, you should've earned a profit, I guess if this is me I will be minimizing my bets from now on. That amount will do better in my investment but yeah, it is hard to keep yourself form gambling.
Really that sad.  Though we saw that he wins a lot than of losing but results nothing, he losses more than a half of how many time he win and isn't enough to make gains. He probably doing it roughly and bringing him into losing instead of gaining.

We cant point it out which part he actually did wrong as he never show some important details.
56  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Kapa-Community Ministry Investment scam on: June 09, 2019, 02:05:18 PM
Pinoy talaga hindi na nadala sana inisip man lang nila kung bakit ganyan kalaki yung kita in just a month surely it is a HYIP type.

Most of this schemes are under the hat at kung minsan patago kaya hoping na yung PNP, NBI and other agencies will go deeper to investigate such cases mostly sa FB messenger mga tirada niyan or P2P talaga.
It for sure, yung mga nauunang miyembro nila ay kasamahan parin sa grupo. Ito lang ay isang palabas para may maipapakita kita sa mga taong kanilang inaalok nito.
Definitely, a big scam cause if you think it wisely, you can't earn such percentage without doing anything. Same thing it happen to ponzi schemes activities, offer a big return pero kailangang may makukuha kang bago recruit para makukuha mo yung pera, eh kung wala di wala rin.
57  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling site that offer Free spin? on: June 09, 2019, 01:36:02 PM
Is there any gambling site that you know offering free spin such betgame.online? Because despite of my losses i decided to stop playing . but temporary only which maybe soon i will start again when i have free time to focus on it. As of now i would like to try  playing with free spin because it sounds pretty interesting for me'.lol. Can you guys suggest some sites?

If you wish to play for a joy you may try playing with demo account on https://blockstamp.games/. There are 4 games at the moment, roulette, lottery, dice and slots. Obviously you can't withdraw your winnings from a demo account, but hopefully you can have a fun.
I did this before and it also gives us ideas into a real play someday. Not only https://blockstamp.games but almost gambling sites today offer such activities to give attraction and so gamblers will have time to practice before they'll go into real gambling.  This will be a big help to beginners and also those who are just doing this free spin for fun and not for the intention to put money in gambling.
58  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is anonymous betting a desired feature? on: June 09, 2019, 01:14:01 PM
many users want anonymous features in betting. much reasoned by betting using anonymity that their privacy is protected. and there are also reasons that using anonymous features is very helpful to them if in their residence country, betting is against the law.
Even if we are playing in a registered gambling sites with crypto,do you think we can be tracked?

Anonymous betting is a good feature but without registration look unsecured way of betting,if there is any issues happens on getting rewards what can we do?

There will be no way to prove we actually bet on it.
If we want to gamble, we must have to register first and we don't have a choice but to do that.
One reason why some of the gamblers today want to bet using crypto is that they are giving an opportunity to play anonymously and even young minds can make some bets. Keeping it anonymously will also one of our security and some sort of protection from the crowd.
59  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling frustration and depression on: June 08, 2019, 10:15:13 PM
A desperate gambler surely never wins,  they're probably out of his mind and they always put bets without seeing to be right.
Actually, the photo never shows a frustrated and desperate person and @johnzky is right, he just snapping. I can't say he is in addiction but maybe he played a lot and he need to relax his mind for few minutes just be active again.
60  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on an insect fight? on: June 08, 2019, 12:07:35 PM
I think its hard to analyze or predict if which one is better to place a bet in a insect fight.  So, I dont think its a good idea to place a bet a inserct fight.

I think this depends since we are doing these when we are just children. It is not the same way you bet on sports or in some games that you usually do since it is like just having fun. Well, in terms of what you are saying, it is true but that is the same in cockfighting, you bet most of the time at a chicken you don't know about unless you bet on someone's fight you know about or your friend maybe.
Cockfighting is known to everyone but insect fights, I don't think so. Spider fight is common to our country, not only kids have played this fight but also for adults, and they bet for a huge amount in every fight. But, this is illegal and we know the consequences of doing this as it is against the law protecting animal life either we got into prison once caught by the authorities or fine for a certain penalty.
