When I try to connect the wallet from gui, it says incorrect password.
The same password works with the cli wallet.
Any way to fix this?
1.Try restarting the GUI wallet, or restart the computer. 2.Check whether it is the same wallet seed file and whether the case conversion key on the keyboard is turned on. 3.Be sure to save your wallet seed file or confirm that mnemonic words are recorded. 4.If you are running the GUI wallet on a computer with the cli wallet installed, please download the cli wallet file again at: https://github.com/mugleproject/mugle-wallet/releasesAnd deletes the old wallet configuration file, Windows system: C:\Users\Username\.mugle\main\mugle-wallet.toml Linux system: ~/.mugle/main/mugle-wallet.toml Thanks it works now. It is now like 1100 GPUs on chain so few more will not give you good income of course you can try I think there should be a pool already  ops 2500 GPUs now to be honest Not sure why you write that there are 2500 gpu on network. I am able to solo mine with just one rtx 3080. You can try to mine with GPU mining is working fine. Do you hear Yourself ?? did you read what I wrote yes maybe you found a block after 200 shares accepted or even more. Good Luck At this stage, only GPU can mine. I used six iPollo G1 Mini miners and failed to dig a block for an hour. NVIDIA graphics card is required, and mining programs cannot be run on machines with ATI graphics card installed. Difficulty is very low now. I am getting 1 block in every 15 blocks. Mining with nvidia card. Can you create a discord please? |

I think it is ok, if you want to premine. Every dev should have some premine for the work they do, else later they have to depend on donations
Just mention it in the opening post about the premine, so that people have trust in you.
Writing zero mine and to then premining is not good.
Also there are no nodes since yesterday. I did tried to mine and was able to mine day before.
Can you check on the nodes Is there any telegram or discord channel?
Edit : Nodes are there, seems there was some issue with my network.
Any website or any whitepaper or just a copy paste of grin?

99.8 % premine? I don't think somebody is offering hash power for this!
The premine is only 100 blocks with higher rewards saved for listing fees. The difficulty is still low, you're welcome to mine if you want. I don't think pre-minning 99% coins for listing is a good reason. You won't be spending that much for listing. Also it doesn't matter you mined 100 or 1000 blocks. What matters it you premined 99% of the supply so no one will be interested to mine 0.005 coin per block. It is your coin so it's up to you, but what really matters is the community that suport a coin. If you want community support then you have to think on premine. May be people buy it if you launch on good exchange and have a good roadmap, but definitely minning is not interesting here so such a less block reward. |

Myself am a newbie, and only started to be more involved in crypto last spring (ETH surprisingly) and have had no reason to be in bitcointalk when development and majority of miners are in Discord.
Last post I made was about ETH, and now I felt like posting after reading all the BS in OBTC discord, and getting banned for existing in another discord, and the bitcointalk BS.
I still hold a fair share from mining in November.
I just want to end my opinion here. You can assume whatever you want, if that makes you happy. I am following both the projects from day 1. If you want to discuss more, join discord. I am too a holder in both the coins and not against pbtc, they have their own plans. But creating hate is not good for both the project , it is even not good for pbtc which is a fork of oBTC. In both projects, I am in under 25 richlist, but I am nowhere blaming any project and following both. If you have any confusions, discord is best place to discuss. |
