приведите, пожалуйста примеры сетей, где бы пользователь "А" видел бы новости пользователя "С", при учете, что "А" подписан на "В", а "В" подписан на "С". И "В" не репостит все подряд. И где это видано, чтобы сиськи ничего не рекламировали?  Например, рекомендации ВК, но там ещё ранжирование прикручено, дабы не сваливать кучу шлака в одну, простите за тавтологию, кучу. Регистрируете 10 млн уникальных аккаунтов? И ведете их достаточно активно?... Ну хрен знает, зачем оно Вам.
То есть не только количество связей и/или денег на кошельке играет роль. Значит, надо ещё это самое "ведение" хранить. Децентрализованно, конечно. Как собираетесь обеспечивать случайность? Что мешает генерировать R=0 и быть победителем?
Как числовое значение первых N байт результата хэша предыдущего блока и публичного ключа узла, поделенное на максимально возможное значение 2^( N*8 ). Математически доказано, что результат SHA256 распределен равномерно на всем интервале возможных значений. Это уже реализовано в NXT например. ≠ случайно |

Имхо, не надо. Если я хочу смотреть на чьи-то сиськи, это не значит, что я хочу смотреть на профили салонов красоты, ноготочков и бровей, которыми заинтересована обладательница сисек. А вообще, "рекомендации", основанные на подписчиках подписчиков, сейчас есть почти везде. При генерации блока в системе Fractal будет использоваться PoWeight-алгоритм, являющийся подвидом PoS-алгоритма майнинга блока.
Вес каждого пользователя-узла будет складываться из количества токенов, которым владеет пользователь, и количеством входящих голосующих связей пользователя, умноженным на определенный коэффициент.
Таким образом, обладатель большого количества входящих голосующих связей будет равен в своих возможностях по генерации блока и получения вознаграждения с пользователем, который является держателем большого количества токенов. Так будет реализован основной принцип F – связи имеют стоимость.
Я беру условный ботнет в 10 млн устройств и делаю себе кучу связей. Иерархическую. W=T+k*C
W – вес узла
T – количество токенов, которым владеет узел
C – количество входящих голосующих связей узла
k – коэффициент стоимости связи.
При записи нового блока в блокчейн узел генерирует случайное число R, распределенное равномерно на интервале [0;1]. Для каждого узла вычисляется
S=R/W
Узел с наименьшим значением S становится победителем. Каждый блок имеет в качестве одного из атрибутов число, являющееся сквозным результатом сумм всех предыдущих значений S. Узел победитель прибавляет к этому числу свой результат, записывает блок в блокчейн и рассылает другим узлам свою версию цепочки. При разделении цепочек блокчейна предпочтение отдается цепочке с наименьшим сквозным значением S.
Как собираетесь обеспечивать случайность? Что мешает генерировать R=0 и быть победителем? |

TL;DR.
You say you store messages on the blockchain. Yeah, DPoS, improved speed compared to PoW, but: have you ever considered the amounts of data the full nodes will have to store if your messenger will become popular? Wouldn't it lead to centralization, because only a small amount of nodes will be able to process large amounts of data?

Ok, I've looked through the WP.
I think that the assumption of 300 bytes per message is not very precise, because you also have to store sender and receiver addresses, the signature, probably some additional metadata.
If sender can read sent messages, they should be encrypted and stored twice (encrypted with receiver's private key and sender's private key).
Transactions of other types will also consume hard disk space.
Telling that your messenger is "secure" and "anonymous" is not very correct too.
1) Assuming that one user has his private key compromised, the stealer gains access to the full message history.
2) As I understand the concept, the fact of conversation between two pseudonymous users can be easily proven. It is possible to build a graph on user's connections.
3) At the moment, browser version of the messenger connects to the public server. The client requests transactions belonging to him with his public key. So at the server (full-node) side it is possible to correlate IP-address with the public key. I'd strongly recommend to use this app only via proxy/tor/vpn.

Part of the tokens was frozen for the future development of the project. Our goal is to start from Asia and become the number one messenger, then the whole world, accordingly it will take a lot of resources. We plan to attract venture investors, so it's quite obvious that we will have to use part of unsold tokens in future.

Just ROFL. I warned that e-Chat is most likely a scam. I've been banned from telegram channel for that. Now, go to their website and take a look at "Downloaded app XXXXX users" I noticed that the value increases every second. "Maybe it requests some data via AJAX", I thought. Well, I checked network queries - empty. Alright, let's explore the source code.  We see a span tag with "download counter" id. Somehow the text inside it is being changed. How? That's how.  Here's a proof that they are (a) Russian, and (b) scammers. |

My point is:
1) Token issuance is not transparent at all. We don't know if any token will exist, as you cannot provide contract address and/or source code. Did I understand it correctly that ECHT is claimed to be Ethereum ERC-20 token? If so, why hide the contract? Do you have it? Or, can you even write it? And will you?
2) Blockchain based messenger. I'm ok with it. But why do you require phone number and/or social accounts?
3) You're going to use IPFS for file sharing. Do you understand that IPFS is basically a transport protocol? I mean, to make sure that file will be stored at some node, one must request the file through this node. It's not like "hey, I put an IPFS node on my phone, here's my sharing folder, here's the hash", send the hash to the receiver, go offline and hope that the receiver will actually get the file.

What?ExoTown is an animal breeding program specialized on reptile species selection headquartered in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. The ExoTown project was founded by three enthusiasts driven by idea of herpetoculture popularisation and development of qualitatively new standards in the commercial field.
Why?We are tired of the condition of herpetoculture in our country. Keepers (and their animals) are suffering from lack of education and veterinary assistance. Many breeders are pursuing the profit at any cost, which results in keeping animals in less than humane conditions (improper feeding, absence of vet care, forced breeding, etc). Increased demand on exotic pets leads to smuggling and purchasing of animals from poachers. Scattered market can't help when it comes to choosing animals with specific genus, color pattern, or even gender. We're going to fix this situation.
How?Breeding: Starting with breeding the most commercially valuable species (comparatively easy-to-care-of and not so expensive, e.g.: corn snakes, king snakes, ball pythons, bearded dragons) and morphs, we plan to extend our reptile species diversity in order to cover almost all the range of demand locally (and internationally, in the best case).
