I placed an order yesterday for 2 goldrush cards, but was not sent any confirmation email.. Feeling somewhat uncertain wiring close to 1800usd on these lose terms..
42  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: May 13, 2014, 07:34:03 PM
Was trying to place an order for 2 goldrush units, but i cant seem to get past the shipping info, it will just stop at "retrieving information", and then nothing shows up, not allowing me to select shipping to sweden   Huh

worked earlier today, thats the sad thing...

doesnt give a very good impression sadly - sharetransfer email not working, unable to place orders on the website..  Undecided

Ok, I will fix that right now.

Thanks, worked fine now Smiley

Order placed for 2 goldrush asics, just have to wait for international wire transfer to process now  Roll Eyes

"Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server.

Hi

have deposited several btc sofar with the site, seems to be working very well, have only recieved one earnings payout though, and had shares for about 3 days now.

My question though; If i deposit 100usd worth of BTC, and then when the period is over (or when taking out earnings), are these btc locked at the deposited rate of btc, or it goes on the daily market-price? Iam hoping its the latter of course, but better ask then be unsure.. Smiley

Is it possible to get some more pictures of the "bunker" the miners are hosted in?

Will it be possible to continuously invest btc for increased hashrate, on a single account? Or it will be placed as separate accounts whenever i order more hashrate?

Yes, it is possible to add hashes to your current account, you can contact me to do this. Also you can open another account(add order more hashrate) if you want.

Sounds great Smiley so what happens if i place an additional order using the same email and btc wallet?

We add hashrates to your current account (according to your email)  Smiley

Ahh great, easiest solution possible then, hope to have my first order activated soon, which i placed earlier today Smiley

I just activate your account and send info to your email. We add bonus 2 Gh/s to your order Smiley

thanks, worked great to login Smiley

just a feature request - could you add the ability to change password on the site?

Are there any benefits to using a newer cgminer (use mainly 3.1.0 and 3.3.0) ? Iam more on the "if it aint broke dont fix it" line here... dont wanna touch the rights if they are working properly..  Roll Eyes

I havent looked through the entire thread, but a few pages with no luck Smiley

Using a mixed bag of gpu's to mine, most are 280x and 5870, and 3x 6970. What is the best approach for difficulty?

Currently i have it setup with only "-u btcadress -p x" , but should i be using "_workername" and also specify diff setting per worker?

Loving the pool sofar, had 3-7% rejectrate on middlecoin (eu/amsterdam), and here iam below 1% sofar  Grin
55  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: CGWatcher 1.3.4, a GUI/monitor for CGMiner & BFGMiner to help minimize downtime on: January 10, 2014, 09:25:02 PM
Anyone here able to use cgwatcher to monitor a butterfly labs Asic?

have my bfl connected to a rigg running 3x 6970, so already have one instance running. But starting a 2nd instance only sees the gpu-cgwatcher.

Iam running cgminer for my bfl (same as for the gpu's).

See this comment about running multiple instances of CGWatcher. There are two things you must do to ensure it works correctly: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=159267.msg3853830#msg3853830

Ahh ofc, didnt think about the API port. Works great now with 2 instances, thanks! Smiley

Have a bunch of varied GPUs pointed to middlecoin for several months now, and wanted to extend a thankyou to H2o for fixing EU server again, having quite high ping to the US one from Sweden  Roll Eyes

My question is regarding cgminer - should i bother testing other versions than the ones i currently use (3.1.0 and 3.3.1), if it somehow benefits multipool mining?

try to use 3.1.0 for my older cards (5870 etc) and 3.3.1 for R9's etc..

Hi!

Id like to order a EUR based card, but on coingig it states "not available", and the forum thread states "available". Please PM/reply how to proceed Smiley
60  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: "The Bitcoin Card" review on: December 19, 2013, 07:40:29 AM
Hello,

I've stopped using the card this summer when balance ran out. It was an experiment for me and it was not worth it, as it cost me 1 BTC to spend 50 EUR (0.5 card + 0.5 funds)

Currently I'm considering opening an account with Fidor Bank (https://www.fidor.de/). It's a real bank i Germany and their service is really 21 century, bitcoin included. Had not made the step yet.

Best of luck

Kate

Sitting in the same boat. Have tried thebitcoincard but found their fees to be way of the charts. Have tried emailing them about this, when they eventually reply (can take a week or more), they just state its "middle of market price".

Arent there any other similar services available, which accept the likes of uKash? have googled like crazy but have only found Fidor bank, and some other dodgy looking startups.
