I know this coin is bad and i shouldn't waste any time on it, but i think it's a great practice for my ubuntu skills.
So I compiled it and I have the gamecoind. It works fine. But I would like to have the qt!
When i do (sudo) qmake and make it gives me this:
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
Can someone help this noob?
u don't need sudo just stay on the main folder (not in the /src) and give: qmake make Thanks for the help, but i still encounter the problem: Failure to open file: /home/ziggy/gamecoin/Makefile Unable to generate makefile for: /home/ziggy/gamecoin/gamecoin-qt.pro I just miss a file? Have u ever done with another coin it before? try erase ...git clone again and read README u probably miss some lib |

All I have got is 30 something orphans and 100+ rejects wtf.  That's nothing compared to some of the miners here. That's normal diff is so low block are discovered back to back realy fast....anyway the p2pool is down i tried it had share on it but never get payed |

I can give you a BIOS for 7970 cards, already memory underclocked (150 Mhz) and undervolted (1.09V) and go to the dark side.
You will still need to flash the BIOS yourself.

Is a generic AMD bios I modified (with a hexeditor) for all my 7970 cards, using them for months. I can not guarantee that is gonna work for all 7970 cards, so far I flashed only Sapphire, XFX and MSI cards. Use the -f parameter to force the flash and of course make a backup of your original BIOS. Hi, I tried it and it's working realy well....just one problem I can only mine sha256 with it for scrypt have to switch bios....is possbible to have a bios with mem from 150 to 1.500? Or is possible use the other bios switch but without reboot? In this case you can try a 7950 BIOS similar to your card. A standard 7950 BIOS is undervolted at 1.09V and you can set whatever value for memory. Download one from Techpowerup. Tried some of them but no one works fine....I keep yours on linux ,but for scrypt have to switch to default bios boot windows and tune with afterburner.....it's my only solution at moment |
