What will happen with Blockchain technology in the next 50 years?
Token economy is the future of economy, will happen sooner than you think and is probably fully developed at 2030. Bitcoin , LTC etc are empty tokens, when I say token economy, I mean tokens with direct connection to real assets. |

I would like to know your opinions about new PoW Coins.
Do you guys think they have a future or if Proof of Work in general has a future?
Because I think it takes way too much electricity for mining and this huge power consumption is really bad for the environment, maybe other solutions could be more efficient.
100% NO future! PoW it should be died long ago but newbies are still supporting coins with PoW... Btw newbies still supporting token with ZERO value token, empty tokens... PoS and similar algorithms will replace the PoW and probably all empty token coins like btc ltc dash etc will die too.. |

For me the King is Eth and NEO , IOTA, EOS are the possible candidates that can overthrone it. Bitcoin for me is nothing. If you want to invest you money somewhere for and get big profits you buy a good ICO at the pre ICO stage. Am I too naive to believe that profit taking of the bitcoin and Ethereum markets will be used to pump altcoins in 2018?
With bitcoin almost 20k, even a rise to 40k will only mean that the capital has risen a "mere" 100%.
But people were used to make 1000% profit in a few months.
So maybe people will start taking the profits (or at least a part of it) they made with bitcoin and reinvest into altcoins and ICO's in the hope of repeating to multiplying their capital tenfold or more?
Could it thus be that 2018 is the final year where such gigantic profits are being realized and 2018 will be year of altcoins and ICOs?
Or will people just hang on to their bitcoin, thus limiting the money flow into altcoins?
I personally believe that the coming year will see a huge rise in capital flow into altcoins and ICOs out of FOMO.

Hi all! I got into cryto this same time last year, I wanna share with you the dumbest thing I did as a noob back then, and it still haunting me.
I created a new ethereum wallet last year I stocked it up with 25eth..am very poor at that time eth was 4$ each I think..that was the most I could afford, I was using an ethereum client node, unfortunately for me I wrote down my wallet address instead of the private key.
