how many ico rounds do you plan?
as for now - only one. ICO finishes 30 November
What are your strenghts comparing to other similar ico projects?
CopPay works with no commission for merchant to exchange crypto to fiat. That's a core feature. And for consumers 2% is also very small comparing to other services.
how long will it take to exchange to cash ?
as for now, we don't talk about conversion to cash: just from crypto to fiat money (fiat on a bank account)

Token distribution look like that: Pre-ICO (3%) ICO (54%) Core Team, Advisors and Rewards (43%)

Tell me please, there is some kind of guarantor (third party), which will monitor that the money went into the right direction
if you talking about escrow - no, we don't have it.

It is a pity that the fees are slow ... Investors have begun to invest more accurately their money now, and this situation with segwit2x does not give a push to development. I think after November 18, your fees will go more quickly, because you already have a promising idea, a strong team and the most important is already working product!
Thanks for support! probably you're right and the situation we have is caused of the upcoming fork.

if not pick up the softcap maybe you have a plan B? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) surely the project will continue to develop as we see real interest from businesses in different countries. We have plan of action for this situation
How to mine your tokens?
you can not mine them
Are there any similar projects already?
there are other projects like Bitpay to TenX for instance, but we believe CopPay provides a wider range of services, offers no commission fee and etc.
What is the difference between Coppay and for example RaiBlocks (Mrai) - instant transactions without a commission?
As far as I see, that's a wallet, right? Well, CopPay is not a wallet, but a full payment system.

great project! Do you have any partners in the tech side?
We have a CTO and IT specialist in our team who deals with technical related issues. Talking about partners, recently we have concluded a deal with Aitoc, which is a provider of custom solutions for the e-commerce CMS platform Magento. Also earlier we started cooperation with the Austrian online auction and trading platform developer Merkeleon.
How did your team meet and decided to do this project?
Actually it all started in January 2017, when CopPay co-founder Vladimir Serzhanovich and a group of enthusiasts came up with the idea to create a blockchain laboratory Consensus Lab, which aims to promote the usage of blockchain in business and economy in general. And within this laboratory the concept of CopPay was created.
