Каким образом будет юридически оформлено соучредительство? Токены держателя при этом будут сожжены, или они по прежнему будут участвовать в обратном выкупе на общих основаниях?
Добрый день! По российской практике, доля менее 5% в компании никому не интересна. Если такая сумма слишком велика, то можно создать "пул" из друзей и знакомых, а затем назначить одного вашего представителя в компании.. При получении доли Токены должны быть возвращены. Либо доля-либо обратный выкуп)) Если все таки появится интерес при доле менее 5% (1,2 или 3), то это возможно? С нотариальным оформлением и пр. А если только от 5%, то от какой суммы? MaxCap - HardCap - SoftCap Можно, конечно! В состав Учредителей, не вопрос) От SoftCap. |

A small comment from our programmer about ERC 20Token problems: batchOverflow exploits the batch transferFunction . It's not part of the ERC-20 standard and we don't have it. And those who wrote the batchTransfer function is just like a morons So, guys, don't worry - our Smart is the best!)) |

Небольшой комментарий нашего программиста касательно "проблем" Токена формата ERC20: batchOverflow эксплуатирует функцию batchTransfer . Она не входит в стандарт ERC-20 и у нас ее нет. Хотя для взлома ход придумали интересный. А те кто писал функцию batchTransfer - ну просто малолетние дебилы (с). |

Для такого глобального проекта слишком маленькая команда и мало информации о ней. Контракт пока не верифицирован  Токены как я понимаю будут использоваться только как кредит Добрый день! Проект не глобален по сути, а вполне себе локален)) Поставщики оборудования известны, каналы продаж продукции тоже понятны. Какой контракт не верифицирован? Смарт? Токен - в упрощенном виде, это ПАЙ, дающий право на получение прибыли, доли в компании или продукции. |
