Im sure a dozen are being created as we speak.. They gain stupid value like crazy, example bitbar, then they will disapear... Stick with BTC and LTC

Better exchanges, more merchants, although I can see it getting tied up with paypal for example, already in the talks, but its just a middleman for bitcoin, not what we want. Bigger countries will start adopting the concept of cryptocurrency further pushing the price up. We can only hope most of us got in it early enough...

Paypal using BTC is just setting up a middleman for BTC, which is what we dont want.. Easier to deposit funds but still going to charge you fees for sending, why not just stick to promoting BTC.. plain and simple, Paypal is treading water with toothpick these days...

Would be fantastic. I hope your right, I think now is the time to buy as well, and the sky is the limit for BTC, I imagine much money will be made off of it, but for right now trading alts is the way to go while we are waiting for BTC to take off...

I would like to be whitelisted please - I have been lurking on this site for, finally decided to join up. I have been holding BTC since 2011 and get involved in all other alt. currencies. I have a complete understanding on the concept, what it is all about and how it's done. I would like to review and post in other threads... Thank you -

My biggest mistake is that I did not buy BitCoin when it was almost worthless... lol

no different than if they paid you in dollars, the value of the dollar is always losing value as well, its just harder for the average person to see that...

I keep seeing new ones every day. Anybody can create one and advertise it. Whoever makes it can start mining immediately, and if it's ever worth something, they can cash out. Some people might have better intentions, but it's still difficult to get any market share. I don't see any of the newer alt coins affecting bitcoin right now. While there may be room in the future for more than a few, right now I don't think there is.
Yes I was going to say the only way a new coin will ever come up to the standard of btc is if it is not an alt. coin, would have to be completely independent. Thats why they are less valued, they are the lesser of btc. |
