Ugh. If you guys are gonna post in this thread you should at least abide by your own statements and stop posting here. *SNIP* As I no longer have any interest in this coin and the posters here ( see below ) I don't plan to follow this thread any more, so bye *SNIP* Yes it is getting trolley now, no point arguing with Smooth, and I made my points so I will leave. *SNIP*

Thanks Vegasguy. i'll try that and see what happens.
Thanks PressTab. That would potentially allow the smaller fish to grow in the great big Hyperpond.
There was talk a few pages back about using a Raspberry pi for the wallet. Anybody know if these would be fine for staking such large amounts of blocks (300+)? My original EEE PC is telling me its working too hard

Big thanks to Rpietila and to the Monero team for making this happen.
If your wondering what additional functionality this wallet may contain in the future, reading the Terms Of Service and Privacy Policy might help!
minor quibble: In the privacy policy "request, facilitate" appears to be lacking a space.

Wine can be a variant, haven't tested it.
I tried it with PlayOnLinux(Wine), installed firefox and could see the site... however the unity web player addon would not install. I tried to install it manually and it says success, however it does not take. I tried installing flash for Firefox the same way... Flash installed fine and could visit flash sites as well with no issues. As an amateur unity dev, im looking forward to this and will check it out from a dedicated machine later.

I am very much looking forward to M3 #18. Especially keen to see the (lower) per-kb transaction fees, as this should encourage greater trading volume/liquidity. Further news on LMDB progress would be a bonus. The DB works, you can compile the branch and play with it. I'm pretty sure the one below is the correct branch (I haven't been working personally on it). https://github.com/tewinget/bitmonero/tree/blockchainSee above lyth0s

Web Wallet We are considering creating a web wallet for HyperStake (like blockchain.info or coinbase). *snip* The Web Wallet would be great HYPe for HYPerstake. Especially with functional staking. How much more difficult would integration with CounterParty be? On the other hand HYPerstake already has one of the best QT wallets out there... it would be a shame if people did not get to experience it.

question to anyone, if i have say 10k HYP how much should i expect a month? a 30 day period
TL;DR 18%If you get HYP, you should use coin control to break them up into 1600-4000 HYP blocks. When you break them up, they start to Age & gain Potential Stake. Each block after 8.8 days has a chance to stake. If you were lucky and everything stakes at 8.8 days your at roughly 18%. --edit I see Waxo & Biomech said basically the same thing.

This is working as designed. If you only have the Minimize on close checked, it will still allow you to minimize to the task bar using the minimize button. If you use the close button it goes to the tray. But as you noted just the "Minimize to system tray" basically enables both. It both makes sense and could be adjusted. The code to do this is simple. void BitcoinGUI::closeEvent(QCloseEvent *event) { if(clientModel) { #ifndef Q_OS_MAC // Ignored on Mac if(!clientModel->getOptionsModel()->getMinimizeToTray() && !clientModel->getOptionsModel()->getMinimizeOnClose()) { qApp->quit(); } #endif } QMainWindow::closeEvent(event); } All that would need to be done is to remove the getMinimizeToTray from that if statement, and only the one check box will allow the X to minimize. FYI BTC at current version has not changed this at all. Thanks for looking into it Tranz. I am just going by my user experience. If one of the two items are checked, I would expect only one of them to "fire". It was some work but here it is. The development of the money supply of 2014 for HBN, CAP, TEK and HYP, all of them HighPOS coins. *SNIP* So quite amazing to see this all happening. I'll update these figures on a monthly bases and let me know what you think!
Great information! Thanks PressF1!

Thanks guys! I made a recent transfer and for some reason it was saying that I could only send 12 monero even tho the unlocked balance was much higher. After a bit of time it did allow me to send more.
|
|
|
So for example lets say i have a balance of 1000. I sent 300 successfully, however next time i attempt to send it says i can only send 12.8 moneros... even tho that these are OLD coins.
|
|
|
I have noticed that i am unable to send despite having a positive balance 2014-Oct-11 17:07:39.328761 wallet2.h:372:struct tools::error::not_enough_money: not enough money, available = 12.838793661673, tx_amount = XXXX.000000000000, fee = 0.100000000000 2014-Oct-11 17:07:39.328761 Error: not enough money to transfer, available only 12.838793661673, transaction amount XXXX.000000000000, fee = 0.100000000000 (fee)
I have more than 12.8 avialable

Probably should have written more on it.
Check Mark on Minimize to system tray No Check Mark on Minimize on close
So when its maximized and I click the X to close, it minimizes to the system tray, even tho "Minimize on close" is not checked. When I remove the checkmark in "Minimize to system tray" and i click the X, it closes out the Bottlecaps QT client. So it seems like when "minimize to system tray" is checked that its actually enabling both options.
