Due to advancement of technology today, Bitcoin promotions on social media's (where the large number of audience are millennials) are the main reasons why the millennials are more attracted than investing into stocks and lots of information's scattered over the internet that crypto currencies is good investments which gives the investors fast ROI and possible huge profit.

I have a strong feeling that it will not hit the $8k this year due to many reasons like unconfirmed transaction, cancellation of previous fork and doubt of people to invest on BTC. My opinion why People is much attracted to bitcoin rather than any other crypto currency because the following reasons:

1. The bitcoin is all the father of the crypto currency. other crypto's are just copy.

I don't think if the government in your country would immediately issue an order to ban bitcoin, unless bitcoin is threat in the economic and security aspects of your country.
