Tried Zpool and couldn't get it to work. Currently pointed at MiningPoolHub using myriad algo, waiting to see what payouts look like after 24-48 hours.

For those asking about "1 piece" on AWB, I received 4 miners yesterday which were all in one box. Inside the shipping box, they were individually packaged. I ordered in first batch and was eventually on the "by 11 Dec" email list.

Also received waybill from Baikal this morning. Ordered 4 units but shipping info says "1 piece" so we'll see what shows up.
That said, delivery is scheduled for Dec 11 exactly!

I'm guessing you're from germany location?

US location. I was part of the first batch that got delayed.

Still haven't received waybill and miners!
And they do not respond to email anymore....

Hopefully their communication department is helping with the packing and shipping!  Cheesy

I don’t think I will do business with them again...

You may not be doing business with them at all. Unless they deliver. Roll Eyes What are you expecting in returns at this point?
i am expecting more more than 15 miners. Whatever i expect, i am under water already...

Some random people who ordered 1 miner or a couple received them. Seems like igotek ordered 10 and received them. Still a lot of people with nothing. Supposedly bittawm ordered 55 units but still nothing, so it isn't quantity that gets priority. It is truly random it seems regardless of when you ordered (unless you are asicminermarket, then you are like the President and gets everything).
I don't think so.
When I pay for the units I have send them invoices, after a few weeks I have received an email that I should pay for shipping cost within 2 hours by LTC, I have run like a dog to send them some LTC for shipping cost. That's why I have received miners in time. it is my mind.
So you think you are the only guy that did that?
I don't really know.
did you do the same?

I ordered 4 units for US delivery, was extremely prompt with wire transfer and LTC payment (both payments made within a few hours of getting the invoice). Still no units received.

The last email I got, I was told delivery on 11th December, so I'm giving them one more week before I start to get worried.

Be patience, the miners are on the way. The custom clearence is the big problem.
I dont have any idea about asicminermarket but baikal has started the shipping.

^ first shill account to suggest customs clearance issues. they're getting closer to a public statement saying that customs clearance is an issue so they can mine on YOUR hardware for another 30-60 days.

Check this user's post history. They're only posting in topics about X11 miners and on off-topic threads. The majority of their posts are going to baikal threads. They're also the one who posted the shipping information in the other threads suggesting that units are going out.

Nah, the miners has not been sent, i've already wrote an e-mail to baikal and that's what they say :

Quote
Hello,

I am really sorry for my delay.

I will forward the waybill to you as soon as I have it .

please have some more patience.

best regards.
baikal miner

I was expecting a date or something but no....

Just received email with the exact same text. Not exactly reassuring.

@Baikal: Please let us know what's going on. Even if it's bad news, it will help us plan accordingly.

any mid Nov shipping update from anyone?

Emailed them yesterday and they confirmed shipping this week:

Hello,

First batch will start delivery from 15th Nov.

please be patience, we will send you waybill as soon as we hvae the waybill.

baikal miner

I haven't received shipping notification or waybill yet, so I'm assuming these will start to ship on the 15th.

is it possible to conenct the two miner together and use them as one miner ?
technically it could. but not necessary to do so as each X10 have its own controller installed inside.

How about overclock? Can we get access to the frequency settings?

Would be great if they would accept crypto as payment...

They actually accept crypto for shipping cost...

wondering what the rest two algorithms would be? .... since X13, X14, and X15 are out of option...
Blake 2B? LBRY? X11Gost? Pascal? or NeoScrypt? or Lyra2REv2?

I would prefer Blake 2B, which would be 6 month before Sia ASIC by Sia team... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes not bad

What two algorithms you guys are perfer to see Grin Grin?

I'd like to see Blake2s and Lyra2v2! Would support multiple coins that way, and higher market cap coins too.  Shocked

Anyone have a lead on what the future algorithms might be?

Baikal Giant X10 Algorithms: X11 / Quark / Qubit (for now)
Baikal miner Giant+ Algorithms:X11 / X13 / X14 / X15 / Quark / Qubit

So "soon later 4 new algorithms can be added by updating" - i bet three of the four would be X13 / X14 / X15, and the last one... I hope it would be Blake (2b) - since ASIC is already in development by the Sia dev team

I was looking at the Blake algorithm too and there's apparently several versions. Nicehash supports Blake256r8, Blake256r14, Blake256r8VNL, and Blake2s (could this be the 4 algorithms?).

Does anyone know how similar or different those versions of the Blake algorithm are? Link to explainer on Blake would be appreciated.

Second batch is real from what I can tell. AsicMinerMarket had batch 2 on their site with shipping date in Nov.

https://asicminermarket.com/product/baikal-giant-x10-dash-coin-miner-2batch/

Not vouching for this site, but could be good info FWIW.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is $120 a day possible with the Bitmain Antminer D3 !? on: September 20, 2017, 03:26:10 PM
nice video , mine still on delivery @@ , cant wait , 1 day missing , 1 day missing roi

but i still believe that d3 on november and beyond can make roi , maybe 6-7 months roi
well maybe ,  except there will be a d3+ by december that do 30ghs for the same price
I would've thought that possible but rumors seem to be swirling that bitmain is going to be frozen? temp? by China gov? Can anyone offer some insight on this?

I've been curious about Bitmain's reaction to the crackdown and if they're impacted or not. Where have you been seeing these rumors?

Long time lurker, first time poster! (Be gentle)

Sent an email to Baikal about the x10 only having 3x 6-pin connectors and pulling 800W. Got a replay saying "you will need total six 6 Pin connectors to power one Giant X10".

Still not sure this is going to be enough connectors since each 6-pin is only rated at 75W. Anyone have experience with pulling more than 75W per connector? Undecided

Your main concern being that the mother port ( on the baikal ) or the father connector ( the one from the psu ) will melt or?
Be a bit more specific and maybe I can give you an answer

Yes, my concern would be melting one or both ends of the connectors, or pulling too much current through the 12V wires.
With 6 connectors, that's 133W each, nearly double the 75W they're rated at.
That said, an 8-pin connector is rated at 150W, so 130W through a six pin may be fine as long as the wires are sized for it.

All I know is my 800W L3+ takes 9 and this 800W Giant x10 only takes 6.  Shocked
