I thought that like if 90% or so are met, they don't necessarily cancel everything. Isn't this rule prescribed individually in each ICO's terms?
Usually, if a project cant meet their minimum cap, they will refund the money they've collected and what WeiCrowd will do is to avoid this fail especially for project with great prospect. |

There are many projects driven by unprofessional or even scam developer team and it is bad for future of cryptocurrency. I mean, if WeiCrowd can really reduce scam project, helping investors to gain benefits from their investment, this wont be just great, but also create positive view from common people on cryptocurrency investment.

For new people to cryptocurreny, maybe YES.
Example : I want to contribute to an ICO but, bitcoin price is getting lower. I may think "its bad, cryptocurrency is turning into ashes" and I decide to not contributing in that ICO just because I think "cryptocurrency world is going to end"

Hold is maybe good, but is not always the best decision. Dont let them keep you buy at lower price while they hit the next lower price. Sometimes, cutloss is a good decision.
