I thought this post was about being unhealthy financially. Youre 100% right on how trading is being unhealthy physically. The effect is like playing video games for hours. It will hurt your eyes, head and even your back. Stress also contributes a lot on being unhealthy. But its better that playing video games because you can earn more with this. Try eating more healthy foods to counter it.

Actually Cardano was born as a competitor to Ripple, many experts said it have more potential to be success altcoin in the future and the price can be much more than 3$, however with this present market, it is hard to believe ADA will be back to 3$ at least not in this year but as soon as the market green again, i can sure ADA will be in top 10 altcoins rises in the future.
ADA is very cheap, although the market capitalization of Cardano is great. Many people will continue investing in it, and the altcoin will grow. However, it will not reach 3 dollars this year. |

In this start of the year many of altcoins get pumping already slowly but lot of them also stock what on their price right now so it's good to buy until the of it not already pumping up.
As I see it, the first quarter of the year will not differ a lot from 2018. The market will be flexible, and Bitcoin price can vary from 3,7 to 4,7 thousand. Later, the cryptocurrencies will start growing slowly. |

If you want no loss at all then it's impossible. All jobs have risks but at least you can minimize losses for example not taking a lot of profit. maybe only 5-10%. or you have to divide into several parts to back up. You must focus and be consistent when taking profit, don't be too greedy

Don't you think ICOs should allow people to invest any amount of money they want? It will cause the tokens to be distributed among more people.
Assume that 1000 people are participating in an ICO and each of them is investing only 1 dollar. Don't you think they are more helpful than a person who is investing 1000 dollar?
Better to consider a maximum amount instead of a minimum and do not let the whales manipulate the price.

I had some experience in working with Tether and BitShares. I have been tried to hold these coins but without any significant result eventually. Maybe for keeping savings these coins are good but not for making profit, not for trading of course. |

It is hard to predict price but bitcoin as a master can easy go to 12k buy end of this year. I am realistic and not romantic that where i see the price. What price you predict btc will be by end of year.
Even in November this forecast looked fantastic. The market situation is now bad and in the next 2-3 months one should not expect rapid growth even from the strongest coins. |
