you can use AT to run a script hidden and schedulded

AT?

I am getting this with stock clocks as well :/

I am currently working on a batch files, that restarts GUIMiner every 10 seconds

Hello!

It wouldn't work for me either, I had to connect me second 5850 card via HDMI to my TV in order to connect, putting an RGB and a DVI in the same monitor didn't work

I am mining at Slush's pool, but I've been mining for two-three months before that, without having this error.

It's not related to the pool
45  Bitcoin / Mining support / Auto re-starting miner every 10 minutes! on: June 16, 2011, 10:39:21 AM
Hey guys!

I keep getting this "Verification Fail, Check Hardware" error quite often, so my GPUs waste a lot of precious mining time Sad This failure is often solved for a while by restarting GUIMiner, so I made a batch that does just that!

So now my GUIMiner restarts itself every 5 minutes, with a pause on 5 seconds (5 seconds cool-off time every 10 minutes), and it does so minimized, but I have a question:

How do I make the cmd window disappear? I can run it stealth via a vbs script:

Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WshShell.Run chr(34) & "G:\Users\Sebz4n_GAME_OS2\Desktop\Restart GUIMiner.bat" & Chr(34), 0

But a window still opens and appears for 0.2 seconds or so, which I wanna remove, how do I do that?

Thank you

Did you try a third-part clocking tool, such as the AMD Clock tool?

I just don't understand why I am getting this all of a sudden, when I have mined before without issues!

I'd say it's a problem with his phase coil inducers. Rerouting power through his secondary transmogrifier manifold should do the trick. Worked last time it happened to me, at least.
How do I do that?
Is that via software, or hardware modification?

forget that. they are joking. your miner tells you that there is a hardware error. If you didn't overclock, then you have to RMA you card. If you did overclock, then go back to previous speed.

I have tried setting both GPU's to stock clocks, still get this error :/
Never had it before

How do I fix this?

Looks like hardware error. But correct me if I'm wrong...

How to reduce idle time!
Hey guys, I see that a lot of people are having issues with connection time outs and much idle time.
I found a quite simple "solution" to this, which you may not have thought of.

I have two GPU's that I mine with, using GUIMiner, now, I had the same issues you do, connection problems,
time outs, idle etc...

So I started running 4 miners on my two cards instead of one, currently Slush has two pool links going on:
mining.bitcoin.cz
api.bitcoin.cz

So set up your GPUs so they mine to BOTH addresses, if one drops out, it will transfer the Mhash/s to the one
that is still working, and vice versa. This will at least reduce idle time a great bit, and I haven't seen both links
time out at the same time yet Shocked

Peace!
55  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Cooperative mining (1.5Thash/s) on: June 13, 2011, 09:55:33 PM
lol, I found that the most efficient way of mining, is with GUIMiner set to run 4 miners, one for mining.bitcoin.cz and one for api.bitcoin.cz (I have two GPU's)

They switch by timing out, so idle time is reduced, while your Mhash/s stays the same

This is the error i get before it shuts down:

My miners keep having connection problems, what's going on? Will this get fixed soon or what? I'm not gonna keep donating 2,5% if I can't mine -.-'

I can't connect now, the site just times out Sad
Been using this pool for a week or so now, how old is that list?
