Howard Wang left the project in August and left for the U.S. to complete his studies and work there. Michael Sparmann has consulted for us and developed software for the 65nm interface and currently is in touch with me, awaiting for a chat with the new technical team. The ownership of the company will be passed from Mr. Tatti to me during the next month. Could you please give us your qualifications? It is the impression of your investors that Howard Wang was the 'brains' and he is now gone. Now that you have admitted to outsourcing the troubleshooting of your current hardware problems is it safe to assume that at this point the problems are unknown and we don't know if they will be resolved? Also, you've claimed to order 100k additional chips. This would imply that the problem isn't with the chips, rather with the boards. However, your initial estimates were 5GH/chip but subsequent updates mentioned 1.7GH/chip. Could you please give us technical details of the problems you are having and the steps you are taking to resolve them? I am not qualified in hardware development, i do have a general IT background and have managed several software development projects. We will try our best to reply all questions during the session tomorrow. |

29 September update
We took the decision to outsource the troubleshooting and final touches of the mining boards to an external party.
Delivery of the finalized hardware will take place before 15 October.
All the informations that are being posted are totally made up and there's no direct connection between Labcoin and the people mentioned.
Labcoin operation is not a scam, we are struggling with technical difficulties but still mining with our hardware and paying dividends.
As promised, as soon hardware get delivered we will bring online the full mining power and dividend payments will reflect this.
We are still holding our labcoin shares on btct.co and still plan on transferring to bitfunder, this process though has slowed down due to their strict requirements and all accusations being thrown at us are not helping.
We ask everyone to keep calm and avoid spreading false informations.
How do you explain the fact that your CEO knows nothing about what is going on and is denying all involvement with your company? Mr. Tatti is who registered the company initially but is not involved directly with the project. How about Alessia Tatti? No involvement at all? She was initially helping with coordinating hiring the team but left shortly after we started development. |

UPDATE
Hashing rate will be visible again on the pool in about one hour, we are having again stability issue, working on that.
Regarding the share transfer, we are still waiting for a final reply from Bitfunder.
Again,we remind everyone that we will bring online about 20 TH within October.

All btct shares will be converted to direct shares as soon as we receive official communication from Ethan Burnside before 31 October.
Dividends will be paid regularly until the btct platform is available.
For what concerns the hashrate, as soon as we reach stability with another batch, we will merge it on btcguild, be patient.
We will also evaluate listing again on another exchange.

We understand the feelings you are going through but at the same time we know most of the accusations thrown at us are foolish.
