Hi, no im sure they deleted in months ago you can check yourself. The whole second password section is gone, I even tried opening new accounts, gone and also customer support confirmed its gone. I have a trezor wallet somewhere bought it 2-3 years ago, i will look for it but I just honestly didnt like the layout back then so I stopped using it, is ledger easier to use? more user friendly?

Basically blockchain.info used to have a second password feature, they deleted this. Does anyone else know a web wallet with a second password? does the trezor / ledger have a second password?

49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: cancel unconfirmed transaction on: November 14, 2017, 03:14:36 PM
i'm pretty sure that this is because of the fees in the electrum wallet, it says minimum 694. sat/byte which is extremely high for such amount, even when i try to send 1mbtc it gives that fee 694 as the lowest that i can choose, how can i change this..? thanks.

Tools -> Preferences -> Transactions -> Check Dynamic fees

I managed to change the fees, but I still cannot spend anything from that unconfirmed, the max that I can spend it litterly the 19mbtc that is in my wallet. Anything that im missing here?

Did you delete the transaction you mistakenly sent from the data before importing into electrum?

I do not think so. How do i do this?
What i exactly did:

logged into blockchain.info web wallet
bought food online, that got confirmed
wanted to buy a new tv, accidently sent it to the food btc address but i'm lucky it had a small fee
imported private key from my blockchain account to electrum, it showed all my transactions and it shows the one that i sent out on accident, it has a low fee signal next to it. How can i get this deleted etc?

blockchain.info my own imported wallet where i have the private keys from, any advice please thanks.
Import the private key into Electrum, and make a new payment to the right address. Set a much higher fee than you used the first time.

Instead of importing I noticed that sweeping all the amounts in the wallet would best to go. I really think that you can use the electrum wallet instead of blockchain(op).
I have given the below link to understand the sweeping and how to import the wallet to electrum with the clear instructions please check it.
https://bitcoinelectrum.com/importing-your-private-keys-into-electrum/
http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/faq.html

I have imported the private keys to that wallet, i can see the transaction it has a 'low fee' sign next to it. But how can I now make a new payment to another address when I only have like 100 dollars worth in my wallet and not enough for the 700 that is still unconfirmed.

Look at this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2400132.0) and the link contained within about the 18BTC transaction.
That should help.

Thanks for the help. But with what wallet can I do this? to export the data and delete bad transaction from that file.

What wallet are you using?

58  Economy / Web Wallets / excodus wallet 2 received payments pending on: November 07, 2017, 11:03:36 PM
Today I used this wallet for the first time, I received in the lasst 15 hours about 10 bitcoin transactions and all are fully confirmed into the wallet but the last two receives are pending, received 12 hours ago but when I click on them on the blockchain and search them up, they both have over 80 confirms so i'm not sure why its still shown up as pending..

i tried to 'rescan blockchain' it says 5/10 mins but then it gives me rescan error unexpected token < in json at position 0 and then it syncs forever but nothing happens and its been 5 hours since this as i click on it it says that its syncing but nothing happens, opened/closed the application few times but still same issue over and over again. Any advice? thanks
59  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info and segwit2x on: November 02, 2017, 03:38:18 AM
Backup the private key to a piece of paper and you are fine alternatively start using a desktop wallet as they are 100% against all forks and they are more secure too.

Hi, thanks everyone for the help. Would like to refer to what you said as desktop wallets are against all forks. Does this mean people who have a desktop wallet will not get both coins even if they have the private key? I have my private key so I understand now that I am secure thanks. Does anyone know about this bitcoin segwit 2x coin what value it will get? thanks.
60  Economy / Web Wallets / Blockchain.info and segwit2x on: November 01, 2017, 03:34:47 PM
Basically I need help with this.

I owe some money in my blockchain.info web wallet account and I plan to keep it there. However this post confuses me alot https://blog.[Suspicious link removed]/2017/10/12/bitcoin-hardfork-blockchain-wallet/

They say that they don't know yet which btc they will call the main bitcoin and the segwit one which is completely weird to me. I'm just extremely confused. Basically I have this blockchain account since 2014 and I have bitcoins in the imported address on it, so not on the receive money blockchain address that changes everytime. So when this fork happens, I will still have bitcoin as bitcoin is right and the new coin? or should i be worried that my bitcoin will have a different name or something. Please any help thanks.
