You sign in daily Steamboat, how about an update?
43  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Liquid Synergy Designs Inc. -ASIC mining hardware on: September 27, 2013, 12:22:49 AM
The fact remains that I've paid 3.4275BTC for a product and have received nothing. This may not be a large figure to some but it is to me. I started with 1 GPU and mined enough coins to be able to secure myself an ASIC.

There were plenty of posts and emails when the cash was flowing in, now I can't get a reply to several emails or PMs at all.

Refunds were offered and I took up the offer, over 2 weeks ago. People who have put in a refund request after me have received refunds.

A lot of people have publically backed Steamboat but frankly in my eyes Liquid Synergy Designs is no different to Butterfly Labs or BitSynCom.

If anyone has direct contact information for Liquid Synergy Designs please contact me. I have an invoice for goods and services that I have not received.

I'm tired of sitting around and wondering day by day if I'll get anything at all out of this group buy, other than frustration and disappointment.

Heh, I spent 25.5BTC and will be lucky if I get close to half that back

I just want my chips, assembly and freight refunded of which Steamboat has not paid from of his own pocket.

Keep the hardware I've got no interest in this project anymore.

Start talking about legal action, that usually lures Yifu back from counting his millions to 'post an update'.

For those posting that they've gotten their refunds, would you mind posting when you requested the refund? Might be a useful nugget of info for those waiting for refunds...

I have not yet received refunds, for refund requests submitted on Sat 9/14.

(One of two was resubmitted on Sun 9/15, due to lack of confirmation in the browser window the first time. Possibly a browser issue.)

my request was put in 9/12 and I haven't heard squat about chips/miner/assembly/freight, or even if my request was received.

still nothing

have sent again via the online refund page

I think there was mass refund
from Avalon this morning

8000btc ($1mil USD) transaction... crazy

Are there funds left to pay people to assemble miners even if the chips arrive?

If SB remains silent people will eventually yield and ask for a chip refund.

Once chips are refunded there's no need for the hardware. It can then be sold off (well below purchase value) to release funds and relieve SB of his nightmare.

I have no doubt that SB sees every post in this thread.

Silence worked for Yifu so SB is employing the same strategy.

For those who paid for the miner/assembly/testing/freight with bitcoin (and was sent a invoice with a $ amount), will we be refunded bitcoin or USD?

If we're refunded for miners in bitcoin, will we be refunded the actual BTC amount we sent, or a recalculated BTC amount from USD using 'current market value'?

To have the gall to start promoting yet another product with all of the existing stranded customers, manufacturers and resellers is truly amazing.

So you had the resources to bring a 2nd generation chip to market but couldn't fulfill your obligations to the original people who put faith in your business?

Get stuffed.
57  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Liquid Synergy Designs Inc. -ASIC mining hardware on: September 11, 2013, 01:37:15 PM
Thanks for the belated reply.

I'm walking from this and will take my chip/freight/assembly/parts refund as presented in the email.

Out of principle I want nothing to do with Avalon, regardless of what product they offer in the future.
58  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Liquid Synergy Designs Inc. -ASIC mining hardware on: September 04, 2013, 12:45:14 AM
Miner/assembly/international freight cost more than the chips for my one K16.

The refund policy on these items will decide if I go for a refund.

Steamboat now that Yifu is offering chip refunds, and you've previously said you haven't got stock to fulfil all of the miner orders, can you make arrangements for refunds?

I'm happy for you to keep the reseller profit on the chips themselves as compensation.
